1. klikit
Multi-brand chains and cloud kitchens in Southeast Asia that sell on GrabFood, foodpanda and other apps and want those orders, a POS and their own webshop on one device
klikit is a Singapore restaurant operating system that combines a POS, a hub that brings orders from 50+ delivery apps onto one device, and a branded Webshop where a restaurant's own customers order for dine-in (table QR), pickup or delivery. It is sold through a demo to restaurants and chains in Southeast Asia, Japan and Taiwan. It charges a quote-only flat fee per location per month, plus a klikit service fee of 2% to 5% of the basket on Webshop orders and the payment gateway's fee.
- Price
- Quote only
- Commission
- Webshop service fee on the basket: 2% for dine-in, 3% for pickup and 5% for delivery orders, on top of the payment gateway fee (MDR) (help centre). klikit says the fee can be charged to the customer, to the restaurant or split between them. The Webshop product page advertises '0% commission fees' and says 'No commission fees ever', but klikit's help centre lists these service fees and its own Oddle comparison page describes its pricing as a monthly subscription 'plus a small take-rate on orders'.
- Online payments
- klikit's gateway partners take Webshop payments: Xendit in Indonesia and the Philippines (weekly payouts, or settled funds in 2–5 days through XenPlatform) and Stripe Connect in Singapore, Malaysia and Australia (settled funds in 2–5 days). The Payments page also names CIMB Niaga, and klikit's country pages list local methods such as GCash and Maya (Philippines), GoPay, OVO and Dana (Indonesia), PromptPay and TrueMoney (Thailand), PayNow and PayLah! (Singapore), LINE Pay and JKoPay (Taiwan) and PayPay (Japan). Webshops can be pre-pay or pay-after. klikit support can switch on cash payment for each branch, but the restaurant cannot turn it on itself.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations · Menu translation · Reservations
- Orders from 50+ delivery platforms go to one dashboard, with one menu that syncs to every channel. Named platforms include GrabFood, foodpanda, GoFood, ShopeeFood, Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Wolt and Demaecan (klikit Integrations page, help centre).
- One Webshop takes dine-in table QR, pickup and delivery orders. In the Philippines, Indonesia and Singapore, klikit books a GrabExpress rider for Webshop delivery orders and the customer pays the delivery fee. Once support turns it on, restaurants can switch the default between their own riders and third-party delivery (help centre).
- The POS (with offline mode), kitchen display, reservations, kiosk, CRM, loyalty and SMS, email and push campaigns are on the same platform (klikit Packages and product pages).
- Not commission-free, although the Webshop page says '0% commission fees'. Webshop orders carry a klikit service fee of 2% (dine-in), 3% (pickup) or 5% (delivery) on the basket, plus the gateway fee (klikit help centre).
- No prices are published. Every package is quote-only, priced as a flat fee per location per month, and sold through a demo rather than a self-serve sign-up (klikit Packages page, help centre).
- The restaurant cannot change many Webshop settings itself. Delivery methods, the payment flow, the cash option, who pays the service fee, auto-accept and driver lookup are changed by klikit support (klikit help centre).
