The restaurant links an integrated payment gateway in the Merchant Portal. Gateways documented for the Branded Online Store include Eats365's own 365pay aggregator (Eats365 partners with Adyen for it), Global Payments and KPay in Japan. Cash on pickup and cash on delivery can also be allowed.
Has a free Biz-Lite plan for small merchants focused on online ordering. Paid plans are published and start at USD 25 a month on annual billing (Eats365 pricing page).
The Branded Online Store takes pickup, delivery, catering and QR dine-in orders plus reservations. Orders sync to the POS and kitchen display (Eats365 Knowledge Base).
Eats365 Biz collects orders from third-party delivery platforms, the Branded Online Store and the Eats365 Marketplace on one Android device (Eats365 Biz page).
The Branded Online Store has no published price: it is not on the pricing page and licences are bought through the sales team. Loyalty, reservations and gift cards are also 'Contact Us' (Eats365 pricing page, Eats365 Knowledge Base).
The online store only works when paired with an Eats365 POS, Biz or Biz Lite. Scan-to-Order (BYOD) and reservations each need a separate licence (Eats365 Knowledge Base).
Delivery on the online store is available only in some countries and regions (Eats365 Branded Online Store page).
Restaurant chains and hospitality groups in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia that want QR, kiosk and app ordering tied into their existing POS, payments and loyalty
Aigens is a Hong Kong company that sells QR and mobile ordering, self-service kiosks, POS, payments (Aigens Pay), loyalty and system integrations to restaurants, chains, food courts, hotels and other F&B operators, mainly in Asia-Pacific. Guests order from their own phones for dine-in, takeaway, delivery or catering, through a web page, the brand's own app, or WeChat and Alipay mini-programs. Prices are not published: Aigens says it uses subscription pricing that scales with features, locations and usage, quoted after a sales consultation.

Guests pay on their phone or at the cashier. Aigens Pay, Aigens' own payment service, uses Adyen for Platforms and was listed in 2024 as available in Singapore and Hong Kong; it takes cards, local QR payments (AlipayHK, GrabPay) and e-wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay). Aigens also connects other gateways: its 2024 integrations page showed 2C2P, Adyen, AsiaPay, eGHL, iPay88, Midtrans, Razer, Ksher, QFPay, Stripe, Octopus and PayMe among others. Its WeChat mini-program ordering takes WeChat Pay.
Guests can order from any phone browser with no app download, from the restaurant's own app, or from WeChat and Alipay mini-programs, for dine-in, takeaway, delivery and catering, including advance orders (Aigens Mobile Ordering page; Honeymoon Dessert press release, March 2026).
Links to the rest of the restaurant's systems: Aigens lists 30+ POS integrations plus payment gateways, delivery platforms (such as foodpanda, Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Grab), kitchen display systems and hotel PMS, and Mobile Ordering can also run stand-alone (Aigens home, Mobile Ordering and Integrations pages).
Aigens says it serves 7,000+ stores, holds PCI-DSS, ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications, and offers a 99.9% uptime SLA and a 15-minute response time on support tickets (Aigens home page).
No published prices: Aigens quotes after a sales consultation, and its Mobile Ordering FAQ answers the price question with "Please contact us for an estimate" (Aigens home and Mobile Ordering pages).
No self-serve sign-up: the site's way in is to book a demo with Aigens (Aigens home page).
Its package on Hong Kong's DTSPP funding programme is listed at HKD 22,000 to HKD 100,000 with a 24-month contract (Cyberport solution list).
Taiwan and Hong Kong restaurants that want an iPad POS with their own ordering website, QR table ordering and delivery-app orders in one system

No percentage commission in Taiwan, but online orders are billed in order-volume plans (a NT$0 trial plan, then 500 orders from NT$600 a month), and online card orders carry an order processing rate. In Hong Kong the Online Store has no monthly fee, but card-paid orders carry an order processing fee (the Stripe rate of 3.5% + HK$2.35 includes a 0.1% iCHEF fee); orders paid in cash at the counter carry none.

Taiwan: 91APP Pay for online cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB) and Apple Pay, plus LINE Pay; the NewebPay online card service ended on 14 September 2026. Hong Kong: Allinpay (cards, WeChat Pay, Alipay), set up through iCHEF's Hong Kong distributor NCC; Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) is closed to new sign-ups. Customers can also pay at pickup.
In Taiwan, orders from the restaurant's own ordering website, QR table ordering, LINE, reservations and Uber Eats or foodpanda all arrive in the same iPad POS and print to the kitchen; in Hong Kong foodpanda orders are integrated (iCHEF Online Store and delivery integration pages).
Prices are published: in Taiwan the POS starts at NT$1,950 a month and online ordering has a NT$0 trial plan, then NT$600 a month for 500 orders; orders paid in cash carry no extra processing fee (iCHEF Taiwan pricing and online takeaway pages, help centre).
In Hong Kong the Online Store has no activation or monthly fee for POS users, and the HKD 888 monthly fee includes on-site installation, training, repairs and backup hardware within 4 hours (iCHEF Hong Kong pricing and Online Store pages).
Online ordering works only with an iCHEF POS subscription: in Taiwan the module cannot be bought alone, and when a plan's orders run out the site switches to menu browsing only (iCHEF help centre).
The POS app runs only on iPad (App Store listing).
Delivery ordering on the restaurant's own site is Taiwan only; in Hong Kong own delivery is listed as coming soon (iCHEF help centre, iCHEF Hong Kong Online Store page).

Gingersoft says it supports online and offline payment channels. Providers listed on its home page include PayMe, Stripe, KPay, Yedpay, QFPAY, eftPay, BBPOS, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Octopus, Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, FPS and Bank of China. Rates are not published.
One product covers POS, QR table ordering, delivery orders, a CRM membership system, coupon marketing, a central menu for chains and a cloud queue system (Gingersoft home page).
Delivery orders from foodpanda, Deliveroo and Keeta are managed in the same system as the restaurant's own delivery orders, with no switching between systems (Gingersoft home page).
The system connects to common Hong Kong payment methods such as Octopus, PayMe, FPS, Alipay and WeChat Pay, and the queue system sends WhatsApp notifications. A customer quoted on the home page says its table QR codes are random and time-limited, which stops prank orders (Gingersoft home page).
No prices are published. Every plan on the pricing page shows '$ 0 /year' with a 'Contact Us' button, so costs are known only after a sales quote (Gingersoft pricing page).
No self-serve sign-up. Restaurants request a demo or an on-site consultation through a form, by phone or on WhatsApp (Gingersoft home and pricing pages).
Focused on Hong Kong. The site shows only a Hong Kong office and a +852 phone number. A 2021 milestone mentions expanding into Singapore, but no Singapore office, contact or customers are shown (Gingersoft About and Contact pages).

Oddle's Singapore help centre lists 10% of the food (after discounts, before GST) as the standard Oddle Shop usage fee, with card processing on the food included.
Online payments
Oddle collects online payments itself: Oddle Shop comes with credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay ready, with no separate payment provider to connect, and Stripe and PayPal payments are marked paid automatically. Payouts reach the restaurant's bank through a Stripe account set up in Merchant Admin. Offline payments such as cash on collection can be recorded by hand.

Oddle Managed Logistics dispatches delivery orders to partners such as Lalamove and GrabExpress at a fixed fee by vehicle and distance, in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Taiwan. In Singapore, restaurants that deliver with their own team pay Oddle nothing for delivery (Oddle help centre).
Prices are published for each market. The Singapore plan includes the first S$3,000 of online orders, 500 reservations, unlimited stores and staff accounts, and 5,000 marketing credits a month (Oddle pricing page).
Not commission-free: online orders above the included amount carry a usage fee of 6.5% in Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia (7% in Taiwan). The Singapore help centre lists a 10% standard usage fee on food (Oddle pricing pages, help centre).
The monthly plan needs a 1-year commitment, and the website offers no self-serve sign-up: restaurants book a demo and go through 30-day guided onboarding (Oddle pricing page).
Point-of-Sale / QR Ordering is a paid add-on from S$90 a month in Singapore, each plan covers one brand, and the online-order device needs a refundable deposit (S$150 in Singapore) (Oddle pricing page).
Sit-down restaurants, cafés and hotels in the Gulf that want guests to order and pay at the table by QR code, linked to their POS
qlub is a Dubai-based QR ordering and payment platform for restaurants, cafés and hotels: guests scan a code at the table or counter to see the menu, order, split the bill, tip and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay without downloading an app. It is sold through demos in the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, Brazil and the US, and connects to the restaurant's existing POS or runs on its own. qlub makes its money on the payments it processes and publishes no prices or rates.

qlub takes the payment itself: credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay from the guest's phone after a QR scan, plus its SoftPOS "Smart Integrated Terminal" and payment links for catering, reservations and events. Stripe's case study says qlub has run its payments on Stripe (Payments, Connect, Terminal and Tap to Pay) since launch, naming restaurants in the US, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Malaysia and South Korea.
Guests scan a QR code to order with modifiers, split the bill (equally, by item or by amount), tip and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, with no app download (qlub Order-and-Pay and Pay-at-Table pages).
Connects to the restaurant's existing POS, with 107 POS integrations listed, or runs standalone (qlub integrations and Order-and-Pay pages).
Local country sites in 11 markets (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Brazil, US) plus sales contacts in Egypt, Jordan and South Korea; qlub says 3,000+ restaurants, hotels and hospitality businesses use it.
No published pricing or transaction rates: every restaurant has to book a demo to get a quote.
Built around dine-in: the Order-and-Pay page describes table-side, counter and poolside orders and does not mention delivery or a standalone online ordering website.
Not a POS itself: its products (Pay-at-Table, Order-and-Pay, Digital Menu, Payment Links, SoftPOS terminal, qlub+ Rewards) are built to connect to the restaurant's existing POS or run standalone.

Online payments go through a payment provider the restaurant connects. Options include Adyen, Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Mercado Pago, Mollie, Xendit, Flutterwave, Paymob and PayU. Pay-on-site and cash on delivery are also available. In-store card terminals include Adyen, Stripe, Viva.com, Worldline, SIX, Ingenico, Mercado Pago, Razorpay, Pine Labs, Tyro, QFPay, Mollie and DPO Pay. QR self-orders can take one online payment method. At a kiosk, card terminals must be Adyen or Stripe, guests can also pay online by scanning a QR code, and cash is not accepted.
POS Restaurant is free with unlimited users on the One App Free plan, and the pricing page lists no per-order commission (Odoo pricing page; Odoo POS Restaurant page).
QR table ordering and self-order kiosks are built into the POS. Guests order and pay from their phone or a kiosk, and orders go straight to the kitchen preparation display (Odoo 19.0 documentation, Self-ordering).
Dine-in, takeaway, eCommerce website orders and delivery-app orders are handled in one place. Delivery can be limited to a set radius, and orders can be booked into time slots (Odoo POS Restaurant features page; Odoo documentation, Presets).
Website orders for delivery or pickup run through Odoo's eCommerce app, which is separate from POS. Delivery-app orders come in through UrbanPiper. This needs a separate UrbanPiper subscription, an Odoo Enterprise subscription and a reseller account with each delivery platform (Odoo 19.0 documentation, UrbanPiper).
Customers can only place QR or kiosk orders while the POS register is open (Odoo 19.0 documentation, Self-ordering).
Whether restaurants in Hong Kong can sign up and use it today: a local site, local pricing, local customers or a sign-up open to any country.
What it costs a small restaurant: the monthly price, any commission or per-order fee, and contracts.
What it does for ordering: your own website, QR table ordering, delivery, pickup and payments.
Menuthere is on the list because it is a real option here, and we put it where its strengths — no commission and a free plan — fit; its limits (such as payments outside India) are stated in its entry.
Nobody paid to be on this list. Prices change: check each company's own page before you sign.
