Restaurants and cafes in Vietnam that want an all-in-one POS with a commission-free QR menu, delivery website and GrabFood/ShopeeFood sync, priced in VND
KiotViet is a Vietnamese sales-management and POS system, launched in 2014, with a restaurant (F&B) edition for table and counter ordering, a kitchen display, recipe-based stock and reports. Its Professional and Premium plans add a commission-free ordering website and QR e-menu for self-ordering at the table, plus ShopeeFood and GrabFood order sync. It is sold mainly to restaurants, cafes, bars and karaoke venues in Vietnam, for a flat monthly fee starting at 270,000 VND for one branch, with no commission on orders.

Payments are taken at the restaurant. The pricing page lists Napas VietQR, Visa and Mastercard payments on every F&B plan. The restaurant links its own accounts at partner banks (Vietcombank, VietinBank, Techcombank, MB Bank, VPBank, BIDV, VIB, Sacombank) or its MoMo or ZaloPay wallet, and KiotViet shows each QR payment arriving on the cashier screen at no charge; the help centre also covers Napas VietQRGlobal and contactless payments. The ordering-website guide shows no online payment step at checkout: the customer places the order and payment is recorded on the KiotViet cashier screen.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations · Menu translation · Reservations
Prices are published and there is no commission: from 270,000 VND a month for one branch, with free setup. Free e-invoices, digital signature and household-business tax accounting come with every plan (KiotViet pricing page, F&B help overview).
On Professional and Premium, restaurants get their own ordering website and QR table menu. These support a custom domain, SEO settings, several display languages and currencies, and a flat delivery fee. Orders land on the KiotViet cashier screen to accept or reject, and ShopeeFood and GrabFood orders sync into the same system (KiotViet pricing page, KiotViet Web help guide).
It is a full restaurant POS: waiters order on handheld devices or tablets, orders go to a kitchen display, and stock is deducted by recipe. It also covers offline selling when the internet drops, table reservations, loyalty points and vouchers, and on the higher plans SMS/Zalo/email campaigns and staff payroll (KiotViet restaurant page, F&B help overview, pricing page).
The ordering website, QR e-menu and ShopeeFood/GrabFood integration are not in the entry Hỗ trợ plan (270,000 VND). They start on Chuyên nghiệp at 330,000 VND a month, and each extra branch costs 270,000 or 375,000 VND a month (KiotViet pricing page).
The ordering-website guide describes a delivery checkout with only a flat delivery fee and no online payment step. Website orders do not reach the cashier screen, and cannot be accepted or rejected, while the restaurant's internet is down (KiotViet Web help guide).
The product site, prices (VND), payment partners and support lines are Vietnamese. The overseas edition is marketed only to Vietnamese owners running businesses abroad (kiotviet.vn, global.kiotviet.vn).
Vietnamese cafés, restaurants and chains that want a POS with e-invoicing plus their own commission-free ordering website and table QR ordering
MISA CukCuk is a cloud POS and restaurant management system that MISA JSC, a Hanoi software company founded in 1994, launched in 2017. It is sold mainly to cafés, restaurants and chains in Vietnam. Its CukCuk Web add-on gives a restaurant its own delivery and pickup ordering website that sends orders straight to the POS, and diners can also order by scanning a QR code on the table. Pricing is a flat fee billed by the year, from 199,000 VND a month per branch, plus 1,500,000 VND a year for CukCuk Web, with no commission on orders.

On the CukCuk Web ordering website, customers can pay in several ways: cash on delivery, a bank transfer to the restaurant's account, the MoMo, ZaloPay, VNPAY or ViettelPay e-wallets, or an ATM, Visa or Mastercard card once the restaurant connects its own Jetpay account (MISA CukCuk, March 2022). In the restaurant, the POS takes cash, bank cards, e-wallets and vouchers. The e-wallet links (MoMo, ZaloPay, VNPay, ViettelPay) are part of CukCuk Kết nối, which comes with the Professional plan.
Flat, published prices: POS plans start at 199,000 VND a month per branch, and all three plans (Standard, Professional, Enterprise) include reservations with deposits, takeaway, delivery and kitchen/bar orders. The CukCuk Web ordering website is a flat 1,500,000 VND a year with no commission on orders (pricing page; CukCuk Web page).
The ordering website syncs menu, prices, promotions and sold-out status from the POS and sends orders straight to the cashier. Customers can earn loyalty points and use CukCuk Lomas vouchers when they order on it (CukCuk Web page).
Diners can scan a QR code printed on the table and order from their phones, and restaurants can share the ordering page as a link or QR code for delivery or pickup (help centre guides on table ordering and the online sales page, 2021; CukCuk Web page).
Built for Vietnam: the VND prices apply only to customers in Vietnam, and the sign-up form asks for a Vietnamese province. The English site cukcuk.com sells separate USD plans ($30 to $75 a month plus a $100 activation fee) through a contact form, and its customer stories from Myanmar and Germany date from 2017 and 2018 (pricing page; sign-up page; cukcuk.com).
The ordering website is a paid add-on to the POS plan (1,500,000 VND a year). The GrabFood, Ahamove and e-wallet links (CukCuk Kết nối) come with the Professional plan, and CukCuk Lomas loyalty costs 499,000 VND a month per branch unless the restaurant is on Enterprise (pricing page; CukCuk Kết nối page; CukCuk Web page).
Plans are charged by the year, with no lifetime licence. On-site setup help costs 11,950,000 VND for 2 days, plus the consultant's travel outside five cities (pricing page).
Small and mid-sized restaurants and cafés in Vietnam that want a low-cost POS with a free, commission-free ordering page and GrabFood/ShopeeFood order sync
Sapo FnB is the restaurant edition of Sapo, a Vietnamese sales-management platform, covering table and counter ordering, kitchen tickets, stock, staff and e-invoices, with phone apps for waiters, kitchen, cashier and owner. Its built-in Web Order page lets a restaurant take delivery orders by link or QR code with no extra fee and no commission, and GrabFood, ShopeeFood and GreenFood orders sync into the same system. It charges a flat monthly fee in VND for one branch, from 170,000 VND a month when bought for 2 years or more (249,000 VND otherwise), plus a one-off setup fee on shorter terms; chains are priced on consultation.

In the restaurant, Sapo FnB takes cash, cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB and ATM cards, including through mPOS readers), MoMo, and QR payments through connected VietQR accounts (Techcombank, MBBank, OCB), VNPay QR and ZaloPay. KBank is also listed as a gateway. For Web Order, the help guide lets the restaurant offer cash on delivery or bank transfer. Sapo's Web Order page also names MoMo, VietQR and 'many banks'. No card checkout is described, and no processing rates are published.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations · Reservations
Prices are published, from 170,000 VND a month per branch on a 2-year purchase (249,000 VND otherwise). The Web Order ordering page is included at no extra cost and takes no commission (Sapo pricing page, Web Order page).
Web Order gives the restaurant an ordering link and QR code to share on Facebook, Zalo, Google Maps or by message, and Pro adds per-table QR ordering. It supports delivery zones with a default fee, fees by area or free delivery above a minimum order, and order hours. Orders arrive in Sapo to print, send to the kitchen and hand to GrabExpress or AhaMove, or to the restaurant's own shipper (Web Order page, help centre).
It is a full restaurant POS. There are separate iOS/Android apps for waiters, kitchen/bar, cashier and owner, and the waiter, cashier and kitchen apps keep working offline and sync when the connection returns. GrabFood, ShopeeFood and GreenFood orders are handled in the same system, and there is an online table-booking page where guests can choose dishes in advance; staff can record deposits on bookings (restaurant page, app page, help centre).
QR table ordering, staff timekeeping and chain management are Pro-only (399,000 VND a month, or 249,000 VND on a 2-year purchase). Start Up is limited to 5 sales devices (pricing page, QR order help article).
The headline prices need a purchase of 2 years or more. Shorter terms cost more a month and add a 1,000,000–1,500,000 VND setup fee (pricing page).
The ordering page lives on a sapofnb.vn subdomain whose name can be changed only once. Its checkout settings offer only cash on delivery or bank transfer. Sapo's website, price list and help centre are in Vietnamese only (help centre, sapo.vn).

Asia-Pacific restaurants and multi-brand groups that want an iPad POS, their own ordering website, QR ordering and delivery-app orders in one system
Eats365 is an iPad restaurant POS from Hong Kong, with online ordering sold as add-on modules: a Branded Online Store website, QR scan-to-order and the Eats365 Marketplace. It sells to restaurants in Asia-Pacific and North America, from single cafes to multi-brand groups. It charges a monthly subscription per licence: Biz-Lite is free, paid plans start at USD 25 a month on annual billing, and modules cost extra.

The restaurant links an integrated payment gateway in the Merchant Portal. Gateways documented for the Branded Online Store include Eats365's own 365pay aggregator (Eats365 partners with Adyen for it), Global Payments and KPay in Japan. Cash on pickup and cash on delivery can also be allowed.
Has a free Biz-Lite plan for small merchants focused on online ordering. Paid plans are published and start at USD 25 a month on annual billing (Eats365 pricing page).
The Branded Online Store takes pickup, delivery, catering and QR dine-in orders plus reservations. Orders sync to the POS and kitchen display (Eats365 Knowledge Base).
Eats365 Biz collects orders from third-party delivery platforms, the Branded Online Store and the Eats365 Marketplace on one Android device (Eats365 Biz page).
The Branded Online Store has no published price: it is not on the pricing page and licences are bought through the sales team. Loyalty, reservations and gift cards are also 'Contact Us' (Eats365 pricing page, Eats365 Knowledge Base).
The online store only works when paired with an Eats365 POS, Biz or Biz Lite. Scan-to-Order (BYOD) and reservations each need a separate licence (Eats365 Knowledge Base).
Delivery on the online store is available only in some countries and regions (Eats365 Branded Online Store page).
Vietnamese cafés, restaurants and chains that want a POS with e-invoicing plus commission-free web and QR ordering and Zalo loyalty
PosApp is a cloud POS for cafés, restaurants, shops and service businesses in Vietnam, made by PosApp Technology JSC in Ho Chi Minh City (founded as Mobitouch in 2013, renamed in 2019). Its Web Order gives a restaurant its own ordering page on a link or QR code for dine-in, takeaway and delivery, with orders going straight into the POS; tablet and kiosk self-ordering and a Zalo Mini App for loyalty cost extra. Plans start at 220,000 VND a month per store, billed for at least 12 months, and Web Order takes no commission on orders.

On the Khởi đầu plan, Web Order takes online payment by bank transfer and the e-wallets PosApp supports. The store picks which methods to show, and customers can also pay at the counter or on delivery. The E-Menu and kiosks show a dynamic VietQR code for the exact bill and accept MoMo, and kiosks can take cards through an EDC terminal. The English site also lists ZaloPay, domestic ATM cards and SmartPOS terminals for Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. PosApp does not name a card processor or publish its rates.
No commission on Web Order orders. The 220,000 VND a month Khởi đầu plan includes the POS, the ordering page, online payment and order syncing, so the ordering website is not an extra fee on top of a POS plan, and PosApp says the software plans carry no setup fee (Web Order page; pricing page).
Web and QR orders arrive in the POS with sizes, toppings, sugar and ice levels and notes. Staff confirm each order before it goes to the kitchen printer or kitchen display, and orders can be served at the table, picked up or delivered, with Ahamove or GrabExpress delivery as a paid add-on (Web Order page; E-Menu page).
Built for local payments and rules: dynamic VietQR, MoMo and ZaloPay, e-invoices through MobiFone and FPT Invoice, and GrabFood and ShopeeFood orders that sync into the POS and print in the kitchen (E-Menu page; English site).
The published prices need a 12-month minimum. The terms of use say the subscription is paid 100% up front for at least a year, fees are not refunded if the agreement ends, and data is kept for only 30 days afterwards (pricing page; terms of use).
The free website cannot take orders; ordering needs the Khởi đầu plan. Loyalty in Zalo costs more: the Zalo MiniApp plans are 400,000 or 500,000 VND a month plus a one-time 3,000,000 VND setup fee, and kiosks, a custom domain, embedding in the restaurant's own site and delivery connections are priced separately (Web Order page; E-Menu page; pricing page).
Made for Vietnam: prices are in VND, the e-invoicing follows Vietnamese tax rules, and loyalty runs on Zalo. The English site is aimed at foreign owners running a business in Vietnam (English site).
Restaurants that want QR ordering, kiosks and kitchen screens in a POS linked to full accounting and inventory, and can manage a more involved setup
Odoo is a Belgian suite of open-source business apps. Its POS Restaurant app runs table service, kitchen displays, QR and kiosk self-ordering, and takeaway and delivery orders, and its eCommerce app adds an online ordering website. It suits restaurants that want the till connected to Odoo's accounting, inventory and marketing apps. One app, such as POS Restaurant, is free for unlimited users. Using two or more apps costs a fee per user per month (Standard is US$31.10 billed yearly), and the pricing page lists no per-order commission.

Online payments go through a payment provider the restaurant connects. Options include Adyen, Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Mercado Pago, Mollie, Xendit, Flutterwave, Paymob and PayU. Pay-on-site and cash on delivery are also available. In-store card terminals include Adyen, Stripe, Viva.com, Worldline, SIX, Ingenico, Mercado Pago, Razorpay, Pine Labs, Tyro, QFPay, Mollie and DPO Pay. QR self-orders can take one online payment method. At a kiosk, card terminals must be Adyen or Stripe, guests can also pay online by scanning a QR code, and cash is not accepted.
POS Restaurant is free with unlimited users on the One App Free plan, and the pricing page lists no per-order commission (Odoo pricing page; Odoo POS Restaurant page).
QR table ordering and self-order kiosks are built into the POS. Guests order and pay from their phone or a kiosk, and orders go straight to the kitchen preparation display (Odoo 19.0 documentation, Self-ordering).
Dine-in, takeaway, eCommerce website orders and delivery-app orders are handled in one place. Delivery can be limited to a set radius, and orders can be booked into time slots (Odoo POS Restaurant features page; Odoo documentation, Presets).
Website orders for delivery or pickup run through Odoo's eCommerce app, which is separate from POS. Installing a second app moves the restaurant off the free plan onto Standard, at US$31.10 per user a month billed yearly (US$24.90 in the first year) (Odoo pricing page; Odoo POS Restaurant features page).
Delivery-app orders come in through UrbanPiper. This needs a separate UrbanPiper subscription, an Odoo Enterprise subscription and a reseller account with each delivery platform (Odoo 19.0 documentation, UrbanPiper).
Customers can only place QR or kiosk orders while the POS register is open (Odoo 19.0 documentation, Self-ordering).
Multi-outlet restaurant and café chains in Malaysia and Southeast Asia that want direct online and QR ordering built into their POS
Xilnex is a cloud POS from Penang, Malaysia, for multi-outlet retail and F&B businesses in Southeast Asia, and LiveOrder is its online ordering module. Restaurants and café chains get a branded ordering page and QR table ordering whose orders flow straight into the Xilnex POS, kitchen display, stock and loyalty. Xilnex takes no per-order commission on LiveOrder orders; the system is sold on a quoted monthly or annual subscription that depends on outlets, modules and hardware.

Customers pay online at LiveOrder checkout, and in the Xilnex Loyalty App through "a supported payment gateway", but Xilnex does not name the gateway or its rates for online orders.
No per-order commission on LiveOrder direct orders. The product page shows an RM 0 platform fee (LiveOrder page).
Online orders sync straight into the Xilnex POS, kitchen displays, stock and loyalty. Menus, prices and promotions are set once at head office and can be adjusted per outlet (LiveOrder page).
QR table ordering with fixed table QR codes or session QR codes printed from the POS. Guests can call a waiter or ask for the bill from their phone (Dynamic QR setup guide).
No published prices. Xilnex quotes each business based on outlet count, modules and hardware (home page FAQ).
No self-serve sign-up. Restaurants book a demo, and portal logins come from a Xilnex representative (help centre login guide).
LiveOrder is part of the Xilnex POS, not a stand-alone ordering site: it is switched on as a sales channel in the Xilnex Portal (LiveOrder page, Dynamic QR setup guide).
Malaysian and Southeast Asian restaurant chains that want POS, QR table ordering, kiosks, delivery-app integration and a loyalty app from one local vendor, and are happy to ask for a quote
Zeoniq is a cloud POS suite from Evoloper Sdn Bhd of Shah Alam, Malaysia, for food and beverage, retail and service businesses. Its Self-Order Service (SOS) adds QR and table ordering, pick-up and delivery orders that go straight into the Zeoniq POS and kitchen, alongside kiosks, delivery-app integration and the Doripod loyalty app. It is sold through sales consultations to single stores, chains and regional chains in Southeast Asia, and no prices are published.

Zeoniq lists cash, credit and debit cards, major e-wallets and loyalty points at the POS, and links to e-wallets and super-apps including TnG (Touch 'n Go), Alipay, Lazada and Shopee. With QR ordering, customers order and pay at the same time. The Zeoniq POS app's September 2026 release notes add DuitNow QR, Apple Tap on Phone and more payment-terminal integrations. The card processor and its fees are not named.
One vendor covers the POS (Windows, iOS and Android, with an offline mode and data sync), QR and table ordering (SOS), kiosks, a kitchen display linked to a queue screen (KDS), a back office (RMS), an owner dashboard app (Zeoniq GO) and the Doripod loyalty app with points and stamp cards (home, POS, SOS and Doripod pages).
Ready-made links to delivery apps and couriers used in Malaysia: GrabFood, foodpanda, ShopeeFood and Deliveroo; Lalamove, GoGet, pandago and Grab Express. Menus, prices and stock for each delivery platform are managed from one back end (Store Operation and Delivery Platform Integration pages).
Its coverage map lists local compliance for nine Southeast Asian countries, including SST in Malaysia, BIR registration, VAT and the senior citizen discount in the Philippines, dual-currency pricing in Cambodia and Myanmar, and Thai, Vietnamese and Khmer language (Regional Chainstore page).
No published prices: there is no pricing page, the cost question in the product FAQ only repeats the question, and POS Xpress is only described as pay-as-you-use (SOS and POS Xpress pages).
No self-serve sign-up: product pages lead to Contact Sales or a free consultation form, so any commission, card fees, hardware costs and contract terms are not public (product pages, Contact Us page).
The two case studies linked from its Clients page, for Lavender and OldTown White Coffee, contain the same template text about a grocery-company merger, not restaurant results (Clients page, both case study pages).
Restaurant groups in Singapore and Southeast Asia that want an installed POS with QR table ordering, kiosks and a kitchen display, supported by a local office

It comes with a kitchen display, back office, mobile POS, self-service kiosks and QR ordering (Raptor Digital Ordering), where guests scan a QR code and order on their own phones without an app. It is sold to food and beverage businesses such as restaurants, bars and food courts through Raptor's own offices and listed partners in Southeast Asia and Australia. On 27 January 2026 Adyen announced that Raptor offers payments embedded in its POS through Adyen for Platforms. The announcement is aimed at Singapore's service sector and mentions support for global and local payment methods. Raptor's own site does not say how guests pay for QR orders.
Guests scan a QR code and order on their own phones without downloading an app (Raptor Digital Ordering). Self-service kiosks, a mobile POS and a kitchen display system are part of the same product (Raptor POS homepage).
Built for chains: Raptor HQ programs the POS for every outlet from one central point. Raptor Web Reporting shows sales, table turns and covers across outlets in real time (Raptor POS homepage).
A membership module tracks customer spending and visits and handles loyalty points. The back office covers promotions, customer relations and marketing (Raptor POS homepage).
No prices are published. Restaurants have to contact Raptor for pricing (Raptor POS homepage).
Its site describes QR table ordering and kiosks, but not an online ordering website for delivery or pickup (Raptor POS homepage).
No self-serve sign-up on the site. Buyers contact Raptor's offices or the local partners on its contact list, such as Pro Trade Asia in Thailand and Iabraham in Australia (Raptor POS homepage).
Whether restaurants in Vietnam can sign up and use it today: a local site, local pricing, local customers or a sign-up open to any country.
What it costs a small restaurant: the monthly price, any commission or per-order fee, and contracts.
What it does for ordering: your own website, QR table ordering, delivery, pickup and payments.
Menuthere is on the list because it is a real option here, and we put it where its strengths — no commission and a free plan — fit; its limits (such as payments outside India) are stated in its entry.
Nobody paid to be on this list. Prices change: check each company's own page before you sign.
