The 10 best online ordering systems for restaurants in Thailand.
Restaurants in Thailand take orders on their own websites, apps and tables through local and regional systems such as SilomPOS, Wongnai POS and Eats365. Of the 9 systems compared here besides Menuthere, 7 say they take no commission on orders and 5 have a free plan; the rest charge a monthly fee or quote per restaurant.
Menuthere publishes this list and makes one of the systems on it (number 3). Every figure comes from the companies' own pages, dated and listed on each system's page. How we ranked them is at the foot of the page.

Contract
Monthly or yearly subscription; a year costs 10 times the monthly price. Subscriptions are paid by bank transfer to the company's Kasikorn Bank account, or by a card payment link for international users. QR payment setup needs a yearly plan (English FAQ). No minimum term or cancellation terms appear on the pricing page or FAQs.
Each plan shows a monthly price and a yearly total, for example 390 THB a month or 4,680 THB a year. A minimum term is not published. The daily-fee plan is charged each day to the shop's LINE MAN GP Partnership account.
Month to month; 7-day free trial on Lite and Pro
Annual or monthly plans (annual billing is cheaper)
Malaysia and Singapore: daily subscription with no lock-in contract. Philippines: annual or 2-year plans. Thailand: 6-month or 1-year plans.
The terms allow monthly or yearly plans, paid in advance, and either side can end the service with 24 hours' notice. The pricing pages offer 12-, 24- and 36-month plans with 2, 12 and 24 free months added. Subscription fees already paid are not refunded on termination.
No fixed term. Either side can end the merchant terms with at least 7 days' written notice; Pompkins must give 30 days' written notice of any fee change, and the shop may cancel at once if it does not accept (merchant terms, 4 March 2026).
Prepaid 30-day or 360-day terms, paid by bank transfer to CodeMobiles' KBank account. The terms say there are no refunds if you cancel or downgrade before the term ends. An account not renewed within 30 days of expiry is deleted for good, and its data cannot be recovered. One-time licences cannot be refunded.
Billed yearly or monthly. Monthly billing is only for cloud hosting (Odoo Online or Odoo.sh), and yearly billing is cheaper.
Monthly or yearly billing; 30-day free trial with no card, after which billing starts automatically; fees are generally non-refundable (Quickly terms)

Thai restaurants and cafes that want an iPad POS with table QR ordering, GrabFood orders and LINE loyalty in one subscription
SilomPOS is a Thai point-of-sale app for iPad and Android from Silom Technology in Bangkok, used by restaurants, cafes and shops. Its restaurant plans add table QR ordering (including a pay-first flow for dine-in and takeaway), self-service kiosks and an official GrabFood link, all feeding the same POS. It charges a flat subscription with no published commission on orders: iOS plans start at 490 baht a month excluding VAT, with QR ordering on the 990-baht SMART+ plan and above.

Silom Pay Easy links the POS and QR orders to Kasikorn Bank (KBank) through card terminals (EDC), K Payment Gateway or a QR API. It takes Visa, Mastercard, JCB, UnionPay, Thai QR (PromptPay) and e-wallets including Alipay, WeChat Pay, TrueMoney, ShopeePay and LINE Pay. With QR Order & Pay, the customer pays by a generated QR code before the order reaches the POS. QR payments through Thai banks work only in Thailand (international FAQ).
Table QR ordering shows the menu with photos and videos, in languages such as English, Chinese, Japanese and Korean, and sends orders to the POS. The QR Order & Pay flow also takes paid takeaway orders and gives the customer a queue number (SilomPOS QR Order pages).
Prices are published: STARTER+ 490 baht a month, SMART+ with QR ordering 990 baht a month and PRO 1,990 baht a month, excluding VAT. A yearly plan costs 10 times the monthly price (Silom FOOD pricing page).
SilomPOS has an official GrabFood integration. Grab orders go straight to the POS and kitchen, with rider tracking, and promotions can be set for Grab only or for all channels at once (SilomPOS x Grab page).
QR ordering is not in the cheapest plan. The pricing table lists QR Order from the table on SMART+ (990 baht a month) and PRO, not on STARTER+, and all prices exclude VAT (Silom FOOD pricing page).
Plans work with devices the company sells. A printer bought elsewhere needs a one-time registration fee of 4,900 baht (USD 50 in the international FAQ), and on-site service costs 2,900 baht per 3-hour visit (SilomPOS FAQs and pricing page).
The product pages describe in-store QR ordering (dine-in and takeaway), kiosks and the Grab link, not an ordering website for delivery. Orders from delivery apps other than Grab are keyed in by hand (SilomPOS delivery management page).
Thai restaurants and cafés that sell on LINE MAN and want one POS for counter, table-QR and LINE MAN orders
Wongnai POS is LINE MAN Wongnai's restaurant point-of-sale system for Thailand; the company says more than 72,000 shops use it, on iPad or Android. It takes LINE MAN delivery orders straight into the POS, and paid add-ons let diners order by QR code at the table (Mobile Order), scan to order and pay at the counter (Order & Pay) or pre-order for pick-up inside LINE (LINE MINI Eats). Software is a flat subscription from 390 THB a month on Android or 1,090 THB a month on iPad (VAT excluded), with hardware and add-ons extra and no per-order commission published on its own ordering channels.

With Order & Pay, customers pay from their phone by QR PromptPay, with no fee according to Wongnai, and the system checks the payment and confirms the order. Wongnai POS Pay prints or shows a dynamic PromptPay QR code locked to the bill and closes the bill automatically once the payment arrives. At the counter, LINE Pay EDC and mini EDC terminals take cards, QR and e-wallets. On LINE MINI Eats, the customer's payment goes to LINE MAN Wongnai first and reaches the shop the next day (T+1).
The software prices are published: from 390 THB a month on Android (4,680 THB a year) up to 1,790 THB a month for Full Service on iPad, VAT excluded (pricing section of the Wongnai POS page).
LINE MAN delivery orders go straight into the POS, and menus and prices are managed on the device. Customers can earn CRM loyalty points both in the shop and on LINE MAN, and use points from delivery orders as a discount in the shop (Wongnai POS page).
It has its own ordering channels without a per-order commission. Mobile Order lets diners order by QR code at the table for a daily fee. Order & Pay lets counter-service customers order and pay by PromptPay and get order alerts in LINE. LINE MINI Eats takes pick-up pre-orders inside LINE at 0% GP (Wongnai articles; LINE MINI Eats page).
It is for Thailand only: the product page is in Thai, prices are in THB, and the after-sales line is a Bangkok number. No standalone ordering website was found, so delivery orders come through the LINE MAN marketplace, which charges GP commission (30–35% on average before VAT, per a 2022 Wongnai help-centre article).
The listed prices cover software only. Hardware starts at 8,900 THB. Mobile Order, Order & Pay, POS Staff, CRM and Master Data are paid add-ons: Mobile Order needs the Full Service package and Order & Pay needs Quick Service. The Android plans are for single-branch shops, so chains must use iPad (pricing section; help-centre package page; Wongnai articles).
The apps have low ratings on the Thai App Store: 3.0 out of 5 from 344 ratings for the Wongnai POS iPad app, and 2.5 out of 5 from 98 ratings for the Wongnai POS Manager app (read 26 September 2026).

Asia-Pacific restaurants and multi-brand groups that want an iPad POS, their own ordering website, QR ordering and delivery-app orders in one system
Eats365 is an iPad restaurant POS from Hong Kong, with online ordering sold as add-on modules: a Branded Online Store website, QR scan-to-order and the Eats365 Marketplace. It sells to restaurants in Asia-Pacific and North America, from single cafes to multi-brand groups. It charges a monthly subscription per licence: Biz-Lite is free, paid plans start at USD 25 a month on annual billing, and modules cost extra.

The restaurant links an integrated payment gateway in the Merchant Portal. Gateways documented for the Branded Online Store include Eats365's own 365pay aggregator (Eats365 partners with Adyen for it), Global Payments and KPay in Japan. Cash on pickup and cash on delivery can also be allowed.
Has a free Biz-Lite plan for small merchants focused on online ordering. Paid plans are published and start at USD 25 a month on annual billing (Eats365 pricing page).
The Branded Online Store takes pickup, delivery, catering and QR dine-in orders plus reservations. Orders sync to the POS and kitchen display (Eats365 Knowledge Base).
Eats365 Biz collects orders from third-party delivery platforms, the Branded Online Store and the Eats365 Marketplace on one Android device (Eats365 Biz page).
The Branded Online Store has no published price: it is not on the pricing page and licences are bought through the sales team. Loyalty, reservations and gift cards are also 'Contact Us' (Eats365 pricing page, Eats365 Knowledge Base).
The online store only works when paired with an Eats365 POS, Biz or Biz Lite. Scan-to-Order (BYOD) and reservations each need a separate licence (Eats365 Knowledge Base).
Delivery on the online store is available only in some countries and regions (Eats365 Branded Online Store page).
Cafés and restaurants in Singapore and Malaysia that want a POS, card payments, QR ordering and a commission-free ordering site from one provider
Qashier is a Singapore-based POS and payments company. Its QashierEats product gives restaurants their own commission-free ordering website and QR table ordering, and every order lands on the Qashier POS. It sells to cafés, kiosks and restaurants in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines. It charges a POS subscription (a daily fee in Malaysia and Singapore, fixed 6-month to 2-year terms in Thailand and the Philippines), takes 0% commission on orders, and charges payment fees through its own QashierPay.

Online payments run through Qashier's own QashierPay. Qashier holds a Major Payment Institution licence in Singapore; in Malaysia it processes through Bank Simpanan Nasional, a BNM-registered acquirer. In Malaysia, QashierEats takes Visa and Mastercard cards plus DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay and Boost. In Singapore, QR orders can be paid with PayNow, cards, Apple Pay or GrabPay. In the Philippines and Thailand, Qashier's QR ordering FAQs say orders are paid at the counter and online payment is 'coming soon', although the QashierEats pages for those countries list card and wallet payments.

0% commission on QashierEats and QR orders. Malaysia lists the add-on at RM1.50 a day with no setup fee. In Singapore, online ordering is part of the S$5-a-day plan with no add-on fee (Qashier QashierEats pages).
Online orders, QR orders and GrabFood and foodpanda orders all arrive on the same Qashier POS terminal (QashierEats and food delivery integration pages).
Malaysia and Singapore plans are billed by the day, with no lock-in contract (Qashier pricing pages).
QashierEats and QR ordering need a Qashier POS subscription and are not sold on their own. Outside Singapore they come with the Growth plan or cost extra on Essential, for example RM1.50 a day in Malaysia or ₱590 a month for QR ordering in the Philippines (Qashier pricing and ordering pages).
In the Philippines and Thailand, QR ordering works in-store only and customers pay at the counter. Qashier says online ordering and payment there are 'coming soon' (QR ordering FAQs).
Philippine plans need an annual or 2-year term, and Thai plans a 6-month or 1-year term (Qashier pricing pages).
Cafés and restaurants in Malaysia and the Philippines that want a POS with QR table ordering and delivery or pickup ordering built in
StoreHub is a Malaysian POS company, launched in 2013, that sells to F&B, retail and service businesses in Malaysia, the Philippines and Thailand. Its restaurant POS includes QR Order & Pay for table ordering and Beep Delivery, an ordering link and app for delivery and pickup whose orders sync to the POS and kitchen. It charges a POS subscription (from RM122 a month in Malaysia) and takes 9% of each Beep Delivery order.

9% per Beep Delivery transaction (Malaysia and Philippines pages). StoreHub compares this with 25–35% on delivery apps; the Thailand page says its fee is about three times lower but gives no rate. No commission is published for QR Order & Pay; StoreHub says its team explains the fees for each setup.
Online payments
StoreHub collects online payments and pays them out to the restaurant's bank account. Beep and Webstore checkouts accept cards, online banking (FPX in Malaysia) and e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, depending on the country. In Malaysia, Beep also runs as a Touch 'n Go eWallet mini program. In the Philippines, QR Ph covers GCash, Maya, GrabPay and bank apps. QR orders can be set to Pay Now, Pay Later or Pay at Counter. In-store cards go through StoreHub Pay, which takes Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · WhatsApp ordering or updates · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations
QR Order & Pay and Beep Delivery are ticked on every plan, from the RM122 / PHP2,249 Starter plan up. QR orders can be set to Pay Now, Pay Later or Pay at Counter (Malaysia and Philippines pricing tables; QR Order and Pay setup guide).
Beep, QR and in-store orders all sync to the same POS and kitchen display. FoodPanda, ShopeeFood and GrabFood (Philippines only) orders can also flow into the POS through an add-on (Beep Delivery page; food delivery integration guide).
Beep Delivery works with the restaurant's own riders or StoreHub's rider network: Beep Rider, GoGet, Lalamove and PandaGo in Malaysia, and Grab and Lalamove in the Philippines. It also takes self-pickup and pre-orders, with delivery zones of up to 20 km (Beep Delivery page and help guides).
Beep Delivery takes 9% of each transaction. Payment gateway fees and any StoreHub rider costs are deducted from payouts on top of that (Beep Delivery page; payout summary guide).
Online ordering is not sold on its own. It needs a StoreHub POS subscription, and Webstore needs the Advanced plan or higher. Loyalty and SMS marketing are paid add-ons on every plan (pricing pages).
StoreHub's own riders cover only Klang Valley, Penang and Johor in Malaysia, and Metro Manila in the Philippines. Outside those areas, restaurants use their own riders or another courier, or offer pickup (Beep logistics guide).
Small and mid-sized Thai restaurants that already take orders by LINE chat and want a free, commission-free ordering and payment system inside LINE, with an optional free POS (Lalamove rider booking covers Bangkok, its surrounding provinces and Chonburi)
POMPKINS is a Bangkok-based ordering system that lets Thai restaurants take orders on LINE: the restaurant sets up its shop through the @pompkinsmerchant LINE account, shares a shop link or table QR code, and customers order and pay inside LINE for pickup, the restaurant's own delivery or a Lalamove rider. A free Merchant app for iOS and Android adds a kitchen printer, a POS mode with tables and bills, a kitchen view and table booking, and a web back office (POMPKINS Portal) handles menus, sales reports, the POMPOM CLUB loyalty programme and payouts; the site says more than 4,000 shops use it. There is no sign-up fee, monthly fee or commission; the restaurant pays payment fees when customers pay online (for example 1% + VAT on Thai QR PromptPay, 3.25% + VAT on cards), ฿15 per withdrawal and ฿0.02 per broadcast message.

Online payments go through ReservePay and LianLian Pay (both licensed by the Bank of Thailand): Thai QR PromptPay, credit/debit cards, Rabbit LINE Pay, ShopeePay, Paotang, WeChat Pay, Alipay and TrueMoney. The merchant terms also list Kasikornbank for in-store card payments after bank approval. Cash is allowed only for pickup orders; delivery orders must be paid online. Refunds are the restaurant's job — Pompkins does not refund customers. The separate RubTung LINE account turns a phone into a counter payment terminal.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Multiple locations · Reservations
No sign-up fee, no monthly fee and no commission: the only charges are payment fees when customers pay online (Thai QR 1% + VAT, cards 3.25% + VAT), ฿15 per withdrawal and ฿0.02 per broadcast message (POMPKINS pricing section and FAQ).
Built into LINE, which Thai customers already use: the shop is set up by adding @pompkinsmerchant with no app to install, then shared as a link in LINE chats or as a table QR code; orders arrive sorted instead of through one-by-one chat (POMPKINS homepage).
Delivery options without a marketplace: pickup, the restaurant's own riders, or a Lalamove rider booked through the system, with the fee split so the restaurant pays up to a cap it sets (20% of the food value on the automatic setting, or its own percentage or fixed baht amount) and the customer pays the rest (POMPKINS FAQ).
Thailand only: the site is in Thai, online payments run through providers licensed by the Bank of Thailand, and ordering runs through LINE and Pompkins' shop pages; customers who add a shop are also added to Pompkins' own POMPKINS Food LINE account, which lists every Pompkins shop they have ordered from (POMPKINS homepage and POMPKINS Food page).
The LINE-only mode has no kitchen printer, POS, kitchen view or table booking; those need the Merchant app, and a shop can be logged in on at most 3 devices at once — a 4th login signs out the earliest (POMPKINS ecosystem page and FAQ).
Lalamove riders are booked only in Bangkok, its surrounding provinces and Chonburi (merchant terms); cash is accepted only for pickup orders, and if no Lalamove rider can be found the restaurant must deliver the order itself or refund the customer in full; payouts can be withdrawn from the next business day, between 10:30 and 20:00, as the full balance only, at ฿15 per withdrawal (POMPKINS FAQ).
Thai restaurants and cafés that want a low-cost POS with table management, kitchen screens and QR table ordering, not a takeaway or delivery ordering website
POSPOS is a Thai point-of-sale system from CodeMobiles Co., Ltd. in Bangkok. It runs on Windows, Android and iOS, and its restaurant mode covers table management, order-taking on phones, kitchen printers and kitchen screens; staff can also record take-home and delivery orders at the POS. Diners can order from their table through the E-Menu QR add-on (250 THB a month per branch, Smart plan or above), but the site does not describe an ordering website for takeaway or delivery. It charges a flat subscription from 550 THB a month (Basic) or 4,500 THB a year, with no per-order commission published; one-time Windows licences are also sold.

At the counter, POSPOS takes cash, bank transfer, amount-locked PromptPay QR on every plan, and credit and debit cards and e-wallets. Through the POSPOS PAY add-on it also takes KBank QR API, KBank and KTC EDC terminals and Beam Bolt+. 'Multiple online payment channels' is listed only on Pro+ and above. The E-Menu add-on lets diners call staff for the bill, but it does not mention paying online.
Prices are published and low. Basic is 550 THB a month or 4,500 THB a year, and Smart is 650 THB a month. Every plan is a flat fee with no per-order commission published (POSPOS pricing page).
Restaurant mode includes table management, order-taking on Android and iOS phones, kitchen printers and kitchen display screens. It keeps selling offline and syncs when the internet is back (POSPOS restaurant page and FAQ).
The E-Menu add-on (250 THB a month per branch) lets diners scan a QR code to see the menu, order, share the QR with friends, check what they ordered and call staff or ask for the bill. The FAQ says it connects to the kitchen automatically (POSPOS pricing page and FAQ).
E-Menu is a paid add-on only for the Smart plan or above, and the main POS machine must run POSPOS on Windows. Table management is also Windows-only (POSPOS pricing page).
The site does not describe a restaurant ordering website for takeaway or delivery, or any food-delivery app integration. The E-Commerce add-on (350 THB a month per branch) covers Shopee, Lazada and TikTok orders and a POSPOS online shop, and is not described for restaurants (POSPOS pricing page, POSPOS YouTube playlist).
The terms say there are no refunds if you cancel or downgrade early. An account not renewed within 30 days of expiry is deleted for good, with no data recovery (POSPOS terms of use).
Restaurants that want QR ordering, kiosks and kitchen screens in a POS linked to full accounting and inventory, and can manage a more involved setup
Odoo is a Belgian suite of open-source business apps. Its POS Restaurant app runs table service, kitchen displays, QR and kiosk self-ordering, and takeaway and delivery orders, and its eCommerce app adds an online ordering website. It suits restaurants that want the till connected to Odoo's accounting, inventory and marketing apps. One app, such as POS Restaurant, is free for unlimited users. Using two or more apps costs a fee per user per month (Standard is US$31.10 billed yearly), and the pricing page lists no per-order commission.

Online payments go through a payment provider the restaurant connects. Options include Adyen, Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Mercado Pago, Mollie, Xendit, Flutterwave, Paymob and PayU. Pay-on-site and cash on delivery are also available. In-store card terminals include Adyen, Stripe, Viva.com, Worldline, SIX, Ingenico, Mercado Pago, Razorpay, Pine Labs, Tyro, QFPay, Mollie and DPO Pay. QR self-orders can take one online payment method. At a kiosk, card terminals must be Adyen or Stripe, guests can also pay online by scanning a QR code, and cash is not accepted.
POS Restaurant is free with unlimited users on the One App Free plan, and the pricing page lists no per-order commission (Odoo pricing page; Odoo POS Restaurant page).
QR table ordering and self-order kiosks are built into the POS. Guests order and pay from their phone or a kiosk, and orders go straight to the kitchen preparation display (Odoo 19.0 documentation, Self-ordering).
Dine-in, takeaway, eCommerce website orders and delivery-app orders are handled in one place. Delivery can be limited to a set radius, and orders can be booked into time slots (Odoo POS Restaurant features page; Odoo documentation, Presets).
Website orders for delivery or pickup run through Odoo's eCommerce app, which is separate from POS. Installing a second app moves the restaurant off the free plan onto Standard, at US$31.10 per user a month billed yearly (US$24.90 in the first year) (Odoo pricing page; Odoo POS Restaurant features page).
Delivery-app orders come in through UrbanPiper. This needs a separate UrbanPiper subscription, an Odoo Enterprise subscription and a reseller account with each delivery platform (Odoo 19.0 documentation, UrbanPiper).
Customers can only place QR or kiosk orders while the POS register is open (Odoo 19.0 documentation, Self-ordering).

Whether restaurants in Thailand can sign up and use it today: a local site, local pricing, local customers or a sign-up open to any country.
What it costs a small restaurant: the monthly price, any commission or per-order fee, and contracts.
What it does for ordering: your own website, QR table ordering, delivery, pickup and payments.
Menuthere is on the list because it is a real option here, and we put it where its strengths — no commission and a free plan — fit; its limits (such as payments outside India) are stated in its entry.
Nobody paid to be on this list. Prices change: check each company's own page before you sign.
