The 10 best online ordering systems for restaurants in Morocco.
Restaurants in Morocco take orders on their own websites, apps and tables through local and regional systems such as Mymenu, Lacaisse.ma and Odoo as well as global platforms. Of the 9 systems compared here besides Menuthere, 8 say they take no commission on orders and 4 have a free plan; the rest charge a monthly fee or quote per restaurant.
Menuthere publishes this list and makes one of the systems on it (number 4). Every figure comes from the companies' own pages, dated and listed on each system's page. How we ranked them is at the foot of the page.

Your own ordering website, QR menus and table ordering, with a partner app that rings until you accept each order.

Moroccan restaurants, fast-food outlets and dark kitchens that want their own French, English and Arabic ordering site with WhatsApp order alerts, and card payments through CMI on the Pro plan and up, run next to Glovo rather than instead of it
Mymenu is a Moroccan platform that gives a restaurant its own branded ordering site and QR menu for delivery, pickup and dine-in, with each order announced on the restaurant's phone and on WhatsApp. It is aimed at restaurants, fast-food outlets, cafés and dark kitchens in Morocco, and it also runs a Mali site (mymenu.ml) priced in CFA francs. It charges a fixed subscription from 149 Dhs a month billed yearly (179 Dhs month to month) with no percentage commission, plus 2.90 Dhs excl. VAT per order beyond each plan's free monthly orders.

No percentage commission ('0% de commission sur vos ventes'), but the pricing page adds 2.90 Dhs excl. VAT per order beyond the plan's free monthly orders (10 on Basique, 30 on Pro, 100 on Premium).
Online payments
Card payments through CMI (Centre Monétique Interbancaire) with Visa and Mastercard, online and at the till, plus cash at pickup or on delivery. Integrated payment is included on the Pro and Premium plans only, not on Basique.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · WhatsApp ordering or updates · Branded app · Multiple locations · Menu translation
No percentage commission on sales: a fixed subscription from 149 Dhs a month billed yearly, with no long-term commitment and cancellation at any time (home page pricing and FAQ).
Each order is announced on the restaurant's phone and on WhatsApp with the customer's location, and the restaurant's own driver receives the order summary and a Waze route on WhatsApp (home page).
Takes delivery, pickup with a pickup slot chosen by the customer, and dine-in orders from a table QR code, with the menu in French, English and Arabic (QR menu and click-and-collect pages).
Not free of per-order fees despite the '0% commission' headline: every plan adds 2.90 Dhs excl. VAT per order beyond 10, 30 or 100 free orders a month (home page pricing).
The entry plan, Basique, has no integrated card payment, no own domain (white label), no customer app, no marketing tools, no advanced statistics and no phone support. These start on Pro at 299 Dhs a month billed yearly or 359 Dhs month to month (home page pricing).
No free plan, and nothing is refunded for periods already billed when an account is closed (home page pricing, terms).
Moroccan restaurants that want an iPad till, their own ordering website, QR table ordering and delivery-app orders in one system
Lacaisse.ma is a Moroccan iPad till (POS) for restaurants and shops, made by APPLITE SARL in Casablanca. Besides the till, it sells a white-label online ordering website, QR table ordering, reservations, loyalty and a channel manager that brings delivery-app orders into the till. The POS licence costs 199 MAD a month before VAT, with add-on modules billed monthly, and the online ordering page says it charges no commission.

Online payments
Online card payments on the ordering site go through LacaissePay, the company's own payment service. LacaissePay says it works as a payment-institution agent with licensed Moroccan financial partners. The customer ordering app offers 'Carte bancaire' (card) and 'Payer en espèces' (cash), depending on what each restaurant turns on.
Orders from the white-label ordering site sync straight into the Lacaisse.ma till, and the site can run on the restaurant's own domain (online ordering pages).
Prices are published: the POS licence is 199 MAD a month before VAT, and the KDS, queue screen, QR digital menu and QR review codes are listed as free (pricing on the home page).
The online ordering page says it charges no commission and no integration fees. Card payments run through LacaissePay, and delivery can go through Glovo and Done integrations.
The online ordering site has no published price, and custom offers and hardware are priced on quote.
Many features are monthly add-ons, before VAT: invoicing 100 MAD, stock management 100–400 MAD, WhatsApp integration 99 MAD, QR table ordering 99 MAD and the ordering kiosk 199 MAD.
It is built for Morocco: prices are in MAD and the only office listed is in Casablanca. The about page says it began expanding internationally in 2022 but names no other country.
Restaurants that want QR ordering, kiosks and kitchen screens in a POS linked to full accounting and inventory, and can manage a more involved setup
Odoo is a Belgian suite of open-source business apps. Its POS Restaurant app runs table service, kitchen displays, QR and kiosk self-ordering, and takeaway and delivery orders, and its eCommerce app adds an online ordering website. It suits restaurants that want the till connected to Odoo's accounting, inventory and marketing apps. One app, such as POS Restaurant, is free for unlimited users. Using two or more apps costs a fee per user per month (Standard is US$31.10 billed yearly), and the pricing page lists no per-order commission.

Online payments
Online payments go through a payment provider the restaurant connects. Options include Adyen, Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Mercado Pago, Mollie, Xendit, Flutterwave, Paymob and PayU. Pay-on-site and cash on delivery are also available. In-store card terminals include Adyen, Stripe, Viva.com, Worldline, SIX, Ingenico, Mercado Pago, Razorpay, Pine Labs, Tyro, QFPay, Mollie and DPO Pay. QR self-orders can take one online payment method. At a kiosk, card terminals must be Adyen or Stripe, guests can also pay online by scanning a QR code, and cash is not accepted.
POS Restaurant is free with unlimited users on the One App Free plan, and the pricing page lists no per-order commission (Odoo pricing page; Odoo POS Restaurant page).
QR table ordering and self-order kiosks are built into the POS. Guests order and pay from their phone or a kiosk, and orders go straight to the kitchen preparation display (Odoo 19.0 documentation, Self-ordering).
Dine-in, takeaway, eCommerce website orders and delivery-app orders are handled in one place. Delivery can be limited to a set radius, and orders can be booked into time slots (Odoo POS Restaurant features page; Odoo documentation, Presets).
Website orders for delivery or pickup run through Odoo's eCommerce app, which is separate from POS. Installing a second app moves the restaurant off the free plan onto Standard, at US$31.10 per user a month billed yearly (US$24.90 in the first year) (Odoo pricing page; Odoo POS Restaurant features page).
Delivery-app orders come in through UrbanPiper. This needs a separate UrbanPiper subscription, an Odoo Enterprise subscription and a reseller account with each delivery platform (Odoo 19.0 documentation, UrbanPiper).
Customers can only place QR or kiosk orders while the POS register is open (Odoo 19.0 documentation, Self-ordering).

Small restaurants and cafés in the Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan that want a free or low-cost QR menu with WhatsApp ordering and no commission
Menubarcode (منيو باركود) is a QR menu and online-ordering platform run by London-registered Yalamar Ltd; its default site is in Arabic and it has country pages for Morocco, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, Jordan, Pakistan, Malaysia and Singapore. Diners scan a QR code or open a link, order in the browser, and the order lands on the restaurant's live order board or arrives as an itemised WhatsApp message; higher plans add a POS, kitchen screens, reservations, loyalty and delivery-app links. There is a free plan, then flat subscriptions from $9 a month (or yearly, or a one-time lifetime price), with 0% commission on orders.

No commission, no per-order fee and no setup fee on any plan (no-commission page, home page).
Orders can arrive as an itemised WhatsApp message on an ordinary WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business number, with no app for the diner to install (WhatsApp ordering page).
Many restaurant tools sit on higher plans: POS, reservations and scheduled orders from Pro ($19); kitchen display, loyalty, inventory and own-driver dispatch from Premium ($29); Zomato, Swiggy and Deliverect links, the branded mobile app and e-invoicing only on Premium+ ($49) (pricing page).
The terms rule out cash refunds for early cancellation unless the law requires one, and say all account data is lost when an account is terminated (terms of service, updated 22 September 2026).
The pricing page read on 26 September 2026 listed prices in US dollars only, although the Morocco, Pakistan, Malaysia and Singapore pages say local-currency prices are on the pricing page (pricing page, country pages).
Cafés and small restaurants, especially in Mexico and other Poster markets, that want a low-cost cloud POS with inventory and an add-on ordering website for delivery and takeout
Poster POS is a cloud point of sale from Ukraine for cafés, restaurants, bars and shops that covers the till, inventory, finances, loyalty and delivery management; restaurants add an ordering website (Poster Site) for delivery and takeout, a QR menu and a courier app. It is sold self-serve with a 15-day free trial, in local currency in markets such as Mexico, South Africa, Poland, Colombia and the Philippines, in euros in Europe and in US dollars elsewhere. It charges a monthly subscription per location from US$26 (billed annually) plus US$19 a month for the ordering website, and takes no commission on orders.

Card payments on the Poster Site ordering website (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) are taken through Stripe, connected with the restaurant's own Stripe keys; the help centre says to check that Stripe is available in the restaurant's country. For delivery orders taken at the POS, Poster accepts card, cash or partial payment with cash-back rewards.
One subscription covers the POS app (iOS, Android, Windows and Mac) with offline mode and a floor plan, inventory with automatic stock deductions, cash-flow reports, a customer database, loyalty programs and sales reports; Business adds dish modifiers, promotions and delivery management (Poster pricing page).
The Poster Site ordering website pulls the menu, photos and prices from the POS, sends web orders straight to the Poster terminal, and includes a free ps.me address or the restaurant's own domain; it costs US$19 a month for up to 500 orders, with the first 100 orders free (Poster Site page).
No commission or per-order fee from Poster, no set-up fee and no signed contract required (Poster pricing FAQ).
Online ordering is a paid add-on: the ordering website costs US$19 a month (MXN 361 + IVA in Mexico) on top of the POS plan, and delivery management, dish modifiers and promotions are listed from the Business plan at US$44 a month billed annually (Poster pricing and Poster Site pages).
Card payments on the ordering website need the restaurant's own Stripe account and only work where Stripe is available; Stripe's fee applies on top (Poster help centre and Poster Site FAQ).
The ordering website's working hours apply to every day: different hours per weekday or specific days off cannot be set; menu item names are not translated automatically, and the site interface is available only in English, Ukrainian, Russian and Spanish (Poster help centre).
Restaurants and chains that want one cloud POS with kitchen screens, QR table ordering, online orders and reservations, bought and supported through a local HIOPOS partner
HIOPOS is a cloud POS suite made by HIOPOS Solutions, a company in Torrefarrera, Lleida, Spain, that the ICG group set up in 2010. For restaurants it combines tills, waiter handhelds, kitchen screens, QR table ordering with payment on the customer's phone, reservations, and online delivery and takeaway orders through PortalRest, ICG's ordering site. It is sold as a subscription (software as a service) through the sales team and local partners, whom HIOPOS lists in 48 countries; prices are not published.

At the till HIOPOS takes card payments through a connected PIN pad or a waiter's handheld terminal, and cash through a cash drawer or a CashDro smart drawer. Customers who order by QR at the table or online through PortalRest can pay on their own phone. HIOPOS and PortalRest do not name the online payment gateway or its fees. The Australian partner connects HIOPOS to card PIN pads.

One system covers the whole restaurant: POS terminals, waiter handhelds, HIOSCREEN kitchen screens, QR table ordering with payment on the customer's phone, online delivery and takeaway orders, table reservations, HIOSTOCK stock control and the HIOFFICE back office (HIOPOS restaurants page).
PortalRest online ordering states 0% commission and says restaurants do not pay according to the number of orders. Orders arrive in the POS automatically, and ordering can be opened from the restaurant's website, Facebook and Instagram (PortalRest online ordering page).
Reservations are well covered: booking from Google, an optional payment per booking or per diner against no-shows, email or SMS reminders, automatic table assignment and a WhatsApp chatbot that takes bookings (PortalRest reservations page).
No prices are published on hiopos.com or PortalRest. hiopos.com sends restaurants to its sales team by contact form or WhatsApp, and HIOPOS sells and supports through partners in each country (HIOPOS restaurants and partners pages).
The online payment provider and card fees are not published on hiopos.com or PortalRest.
The official site says HIOPOS takes orders from "external platforms" but does not name them. The Australian partner names only Glovo.
Small restaurants that want a do-it-yourself website with online ordering, QR dine-in and table reservations built in
Wix Restaurants is the restaurant toolkit inside the Wix website builder: online menus, commission-free ordering for pickup, delivery and QR-code dine-in, table reservations and a loyalty program, all on the restaurant's own Wix site. It suits restaurants that want to build and run their own website and add ordering to it. The ordering app is free to install, but Wix says a site must be upgraded to take online orders and payments; the cheapest plan that accepts payments is Core at $29 a month billed yearly (US price), and card processing fees apply.

No commission on online orders: Wix calls its restaurant ordering system commission-free, and the Restaurants Orders app is free to install (Wix restaurant page, Wix App Market).
Pickup, delivery with the restaurant's own delivery areas and fees, QR-code dine-in ordering and advance orders are managed from one dashboard, with up to 5 separate ordering pages and per-location staff access (Wix Help Center).
Table reservations with a visual floor plan, a points-based loyalty program, coupons, gift cards, multilingual menus and Order with Google are part of the same Wix Restaurants tools (Wix Help Center).
Online orders need an upgraded site: the cheapest plan that accepts payments is Core at $29 a month billed yearly (US). The free plan can only show the menu, and Light ($17) does not include accepting payments (Wix pricing page, Wix Help Center).
DoorDash Drive courier delivery works only in the US and Canada, only for the restaurant's default location, and only with online payment, not cash (Wix Help Center).
Toast and Clover POS can't be connected; Wix lists both as feature requests and suggests a webhook instead. Square is the POS Wix documents, and Square charges an extra 1% on orders paid through other providers (Wix Help Center).
Small restaurants, cafés and home kitchens in almost any country that already take orders on WhatsApp and want a free menu link with local payment methods
Take App is a Singapore-built online store for WhatsApp: a restaurant gets a menu link where customers order for delivery, pickup or at the table by QR code, and each order arrives as a complete WhatsApp message and in a dashboard and phone app. It is a general store builder for many business types, with restaurant extras such as a mobile POS, a kitchen display and table reservations. The Basic plan is free and saves 50 orders a month, Business is $50 a month, and neither takes a commission.

Customers pay through the restaurant's own gateway account. Take App lists 32 gateways, including Stripe, PayPal, Xendit, Razorpay, Paystack, Flutterwave, Mercado Pago, M-Pesa Express, HitPay, Adyen, Paymob and Tap, and 128 payment methods in all. The country pages list local methods such as M-Pesa, Airtel, Paystack, Flutterwave and Pesapal in Kenya, and Mercado Pago, OXXO, CoDi and Clip in Mexico. Manual methods (bank transfer, QR such as PayNow, cash on delivery, with payment-proof upload) work on the free plan. Automatic card payments need Business. Take App says it never holds the restaurant's money.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · WhatsApp ordering or updates · Multiple locations · Reservations
Free Basic plan with 0% commission and unlimited products, and 0% commission on the $50-a-month Business plan too (Take App pricing page).
Takes no payment-processing fee on any method: the connected gateway charges its own rate and pays the restaurant directly (Take App help centre, Payment Processing Fee).
Local payment methods in many markets, for example M-Pesa, Airtel, Pesapal, Paystack and Flutterwave in Kenya; Paystack, Flutterwave and NIBSS/NQR in Nigeria; and Mercado Pago, OXXO, CoDi and Clip in Mexico (Take App country pages; 32 gateways on the integrations page).
The free plan saves only 50 orders a month to the dashboard. After that, orders still reach the restaurant's WhatsApp but are not saved to the dashboard (Take App pricing page).
Card payments, automated WhatsApp order updates, a custom domain, the delivery-fee calculator, courier and driver tracking, loyalty and analytics all need the Business plan at $50 a month (Take App pricing comparison and FAQ).
Business includes 1,000 automated WhatsApp messages a month. After that, each message costs $0.05, and each store over five costs $8 (Take App pricing page).
Restaurants that want to start free on a commission-free ordering site and later pay per outlet for a branded app, loyalty and their own drivers
Deonde is an Indian white-label ordering and delivery platform whose restaurant product, Ressto, gives restaurants an ordering website with QR table ordering and table reservations, and on the top plan a branded iOS and Android app, loyalty and a driver app. A separate Deonde Express line ($99 to $399 a month) is for multi-vendor delivery marketplaces. Ressto has a free plan (100 orders a month, cash only) and paid plans at $39 and $99 per restaurant a month, with 0% commission on every plan.

Deonde's FAQ adds PayFort, Telr, Paystack, Flutterwave, MTN Mobile Money, M-Pesa, Apple Pay and Google Pay, saying gateways vary by region, and its country pages mention GCash and Maya (Philippines) and Lanka QR (Sri Lanka). Online payments need Ressto Growth or above; the free Basic plan is cash only.

0% commission on every plan and no per-order fees on Ressto plans; the restaurant uses its own payment gateway, with Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, SumUp and six more listed (Ressto pricing and integrations pages).
The Scale plan ($99 per restaurant a month) includes a branded iOS and Android app published under the restaurant's name, a loyalty programme, and delivery management with a driver app and live tracking (Ressto pricing page).
The free Basic plan takes cash payments only, caps orders at 100 a month and carries Ressto's domain and branding; online payments start on Growth at $39 per restaurant a month (Ressto pricing page).
The branded app, loyalty, delivery management and driver app are only on Scale ($99 per restaurant a month), and POS integration is not in Basic, Growth or Scale; Ressto's POS page says it is available on custom plans.
Deonde's own pages disagree on plan details: the Basic menu-item limit is 50 on deonde.co but 200 on ressto.co, and the Ressto FAQ describes a $39 'Pro' plan with a branded app, while the pricing page puts the app in the $99 Scale plan.
Whether restaurants in Morocco can sign up and use it today: a local site, local pricing, local customers or a sign-up open to any country.
What it costs a small restaurant: the monthly price, any commission or per-order fee, and contracts.
What it does for ordering: your own website, QR table ordering, delivery, pickup and payments.
Menuthere is on the list because it is a real option here, and we put it where its strengths — no commission and a free plan — fit; its limits (such as payments outside India) are stated in its entry.
Nobody paid to be on this list. Prices change: check each company's own page before you sign.
