The 10 best online ordering systems for restaurants in South Korea.
Restaurants in South Korea take orders on their own websites, apps and tables through local and regional systems such as Payhere, Toss Place (토스플레이스) and t'order (티오더). Of the 9 systems compared here besides Menuthere, 6 say they take no commission on orders and 4 have a free plan; the rest charge a monthly fee or quote per restaurant.
Menuthere publishes this list and makes one of the systems on it (number 4). Every figure comes from the companies' own pages, dated and listed on each system's page. How we ranked them is at the foot of the page.

Contract
POS and terminal: no contract and no cancellation penalty. Table order: a signed contract; the length is not published.
No contract: Toss POS is a free download 'without a contract' (약정 없이), the Toss Front is sold without a contract (무약정), and table ordering can be cancelled at any time (table order page; table-order terms, article 12).
USA: 3-year contract. Korea: fixed-term contract. The FAQ says the tax invoice is issued at the start for the total amount of the contract term, though the timing can differ by contract type. ZDNet Korea reported a 3-year contract. Asia Times (January 2026) reported that most contracts run 36–60 months and involve a finance (capital) company. t'order told Asia Times that new contracts are sales contracts, so ending early means paying the rest of the device price. Renewals are rental contracts, where the penalty is the discount received plus 10% of the remaining amount.

The privacy policy says rental contracts involve a credit check and rent is collected by automatic debit (CMS). Since the February 2025 asset transfer, customers' contracts are with SK Shieldus, on the same terms (Chosunbiz). Outside Korea, terms are set per market and rollout size.
No minimum term and no cancellation penalty (약정·위약금 없음), after a 14-day free trial. The CRM add-on can be cancelled at any time.

The 10 best online ordering systems in South Korea.

1. Payhere
Korean restaurants and bars that want a free POS with tablet table ordering, delivery-app orders and Naver reservations in one system
Payhere is a South Korean POS: a free POS app for phones, tablets and Windows or Mac PCs that works with Payhere's own card terminals, plus tablet table ordering, kiosks and a 'smart order' link where customers order and pay online, for pickup or from their seat. It sells to cafés, restaurants, bars and shops in Korea. The POS and smart order have no monthly fee once a terminal is bought (card and online-payment fees apply), while table ordering is a monthly fee quoted per store.

Smart order online payments go through KG Inicis (PG sign-up takes about 3 weeks, and online payment is offered only to the café/restaurant seller type). In-store payments (Payhere card terminals and table-order tablets) run over VAN; the terminals take cards, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Kakao Pay, Naver Pay, Zero Pay and local-currency (지역화폐) payments, plus Alipay, WeChat Pay and UnionPay QR.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations · Menu translation · Reservations
The POS app is free on phones, tablets and Windows or Mac PCs with no limit on devices; after buying a card terminal once there is no monthly fee, contract or cancellation penalty (Payhere restaurant, terminal and FAQ pages).
Table ordering has no per-order commission, runs on VAN payments so no extra PG fee is added, and comes with free nationwide installation and up to 36 months of free after-sales service (Payhere table-order page and cost guide, June 2026).
Orders from Baemin, Coupang Eats, Yogiyo, Ddangyo and 배달특급, rider calls to Vroong, Barogo, Saenggakdaero and Manna Plus, and Naver reservations all come into the same POS (Payhere delivery and restaurant pages).
The table-order monthly fee is not published: it is quote only and changes with monthly promotions (Payhere table-order page and cost guide).
Payhere works only with Payhere card terminals, and delivery-app integration runs only on Windows PCs (Payhere FAQ).
Online payment on the smart order site is limited to the café/restaurant seller type, the PG review takes about 3 weeks, and new stores pay the top 3.35% rate (VAT excluded) until their annual sales are assessed (Payhere help centre).
Korean cafes and restaurants on the Toss Front terminal that want free QR table ordering and KakaoTalk pickup orders in the same POS
Toss Place is a free POS app (Toss POS) plus a payment terminal (Toss Front), sold to shops and restaurants in South Korea by Toss Place Co., Ltd., a Toss affiliate; more than 500,000 stores had installed the Toss Front by September 2026. Its Toss Order add-ons give QR table ordering and pickup pre-ordering through KakaoTalk, feeding orders straight into the POS. The POS has no monthly fee, table ordering has no setup or monthly fee and is advertised as free for life for stores that apply now, and pickup orders have a ₩0 order fee; the store buys the Toss Front terminal (listed in the brochure from the ₩20,000 range, may vary).

Online payments
In-store payments run on the Toss Front terminal: cards, NFC (Samsung Pay, Apple Pay), QR easy payments, local currency and face pay. Prepaid table orders (beta) accept Toss Pay, Naver Pay and app cards over the VAN network (Kakao Pay and card companies were 'in preparation' in the December 2024 guide); cash, physical cards and split payments are paid at the counter. Pickup orders are paid online in KakaoTalk and settled by Toss Place, with a payment gateway's settlement fee charged to the store (Toss Order terms).
No software fee: Toss POS is a free download with a ₩0 monthly fee and no contract, on Windows POS/PCs, Android tablets, iPad and Mac, and kiosk mode on the Toss Front is also ₩0 a month (Toss Place brochure, POS page and benefits page).
QR table ordering has ₩0 setup and, per the product page read on 26 September 2026, is free for life for stores that apply now and can be cancelled at any time; guests order in Korean, English, Japanese or Chinese, call staff and split the bill from their phones (table order page).
Paying at the table by phone costs the same as the store's normal card fee with no PG fee, because it runs over the VAN network rather than an online payment gateway (table order page; Toss Place story, May 2025).
Only for Toss Place hardware users: table ordering needs both Toss POS and the Toss Front terminal, and pickup ordering is for prepay-type stores using both, after business registration and bank documents are approved (about 2 business days) (Toss Place guide; pickup story).
No delivery ordering of its own: Toss Order is defined as orders handed over at the store, and delivery orders only arrive from Baemin, Coupang Eats and Yogiyo through the POS integration, with rider calls handled in those apps (Toss Order terms; delivery app guide).
Free pricing is promotional: the table-order terms (February 2026) say the service is in principle paid and may become paid when the promotion ends (with the store's prior consent), a November 2024 story announced a monthly fee for new stores from the second half of 2025 (the product page still said 'free for life' in September 2026), and the terms let Toss Place show its own or third-party ads on the ordering screens with no payment to the store.
Dine-in restaurants, pubs and franchise chains in South Korea that want an ordering tablet on every table, connected to the POS they already use
t'order (티오더) is a South Korean table-ordering system. Guests order on a tablet at the table, or tap an NFC tag or scan a QR sticker with their phone (Multi-order), and the order goes straight into the restaurant's existing POS. On the prepay model, guests also pay on a card reader attached to the tablet. It sells mainly to Korean restaurants, pubs and franchise chains, and runs its North American business from t'order America in California. It charges a monthly fee per tablet on a fixed-term contract, with no per-order or payment commission: its Korean list price is ₩18,000 a month per tablet, and the US price is $30 a month per tablet on a 3-year contract.

Payment happens at the table, not on the guest's phone. On post-pay (후결제형), guests only order on the tablet and pay at the counter. On prepay (선결제형), a card reader is attached to the tablet, and guests pay there by card, Samsung Pay or easy-pay, with the bill split by person or by item (1/N). Both models sync with the POS. Payments run through Korean VAN networks, and the FAQ says t'order adds no payment (PG) fee. Multi-order (NFC/QR on the guest's phone) does not describe payment. In the US, orders sync with Toast, Clover, Verona, EZPOS and NAVYZ, and payment is not described.
Includes: QR table ordering · Online payments · Marketing tools · Multiple locations · Menu translation
Orders go straight into the restaurant's existing POS. t'order lists more than 35 connected POS systems in Korea (including OKPOS, Toss POS, EasyPOS and UnionPOS) and Toast, Clover, Verona, EZPOS and NAVYZ in the US, so the restaurant does not have to change its POS (torder.com, torderusa.com).
No per-order or payment commission. The FAQ says there is no payment fee on top of the monthly fee. The US price is published: $30 a month per tablet, including the tablet, mount and battery (torder.com FAQ, torderusa.com pricing).
Support in Korea: 6 support centres nationwide, an average of 0.8 days from a request to a visit, phone and chat support from 10am to 2am all year, and TeamViewer remote support (torder.com).
Long fixed-term contracts. The US contract is 3 years. In Korea, the tax invoice is issued at the start for the whole contract term, and press reports describe 36–60 month contracts where ending early costs the rest of the device price (torderusa.com pricing, torder.com FAQ, Asia Times).
It is for orders placed inside the restaurant only. The services listed on torder.com are table tablets, NFC/QR table ordering, the owner app, t'order AI, serving robots and CCTV. There is no ordering website for delivery or pickup. A POS, in-store internet and tables must be ready before installation (torder.com).
Korean prices are not published, so owners must ask for a quote (torder.com).

Restaurants and cafes in South Korea that want free QR table ordering and pickup orders from their Naver Place listing, paid through Naver Pay
네이버 주문 (Naver Order) is NAVER's ordering tool for restaurants and cafes in South Korea. Guests scan a QR code on the table, or find the restaurant in Naver search or Naver Map, then order and pay with Naver Pay for dine-in or pickup. The restaurant sets it up in Naver Smart Place, and orders arrive on its POS, a PC or a phone. Applying is free and Naver lists no monthly fee; the restaurant pays the Naver Pay fee on each order: 0.80% to 2.90% plus VAT, depending on its annual sales.

Only Naver Pay (Npay). The restaurant must sign up as an Npay merchant, and the guest must log in with a Naver ID and have Naver Pay. Guests can pay by credit or debit card, bank transfer, Npay points, Npay money or Npay money card. Bank deposit (무통장입금) is not offered for orders. Foreign guests can order and pay with foreign-issued cards since 19 June 2025 if the restaurant allows them (the setting is on by default); those payments cost 3.5% plus VAT from 5 January 2026.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Online payments · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Menu translation · Reservations
No monthly, setup or commission fee. The only cost is the Naver Pay fee of 0.80%–2.90% plus VAT per order, set by annual sales, with no separate card-company fee (Smart Place help: Npay fees for bookings and orders).
The order button sits on the restaurant's own Naver Place and Naver Map listing. Guests find the store in Naver search and order for pickup, or scan the table QR to order dine-in (Naver Order guide; Smart Place help).
Naver sends a free QR sticker kit. Orders arrive on the restaurant's POS through an order program, on a PC, or by text to up to 5 phone numbers. Owners can also run stamp and coupon promotions (Naver Order manual).
Guests must log in with a Naver ID and pay with Naver Pay; there is no other way to pay online. Alcohol needs adult verification, and foreign guests cannot order it (Naver Order manual; Smart Place notice).
Only two order types: dine-in table orders and pickup orders. There is no minimum-order setting, and menus are not synced from anywhere, so every item must be entered by hand (Smart Place help: setting up Naver Order).
Pickup orders cancel automatically, with a full refund, if the restaurant does not press 'start cooking' within 10 minutes. Order counts are shown under each menu item and cannot be hidden (Smart Place help).
Korean dine-in restaurants that want rented order-and-pay tablets on every table, with free repairs, a free waitlist and links to about 20 Korean POS systems
MENU.IT (메뉴잇) is a South Korean table-ordering system: the restaurant rents OrderPad tablets for its tables, where guests browse the menu, order and, on the prepaid setup, pay, with a MENU.IT POS and web admin for menus, sales and the waitlist. It says more than 8,000 stores in Korea use it, and since a February 2025 asset transfer its customers' rental contracts are held by the security company SK Shieldus. The Korean site lists 16,000 to 19,000 won a month on a 3-year rental (1,000 won less when ads run on the tablets), plus an installation fee that is not published.

Guests pay on the table tablet in the prepaid setup, or at the counter in the postpaid setup. MENU.IT says it supports card, cash and split payments, and that guests can earn and spend store points. Its privacy policy names Korea Information & Communications (한국정보통신㈜) as the VAN provider for card payments. Delivery-platform links are run through Technology Infrastructure Korea (the Otter service) and FoodTech's Connect service. No online payment gateway for ordering from a guest's own phone is named.
Includes: QR table ordering · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations · Menu translation
Prices are published for Korea: 16,000 to 19,000 won a month depending on prepaid or postpaid setup. The price is 1,000 won lower when the restaurant lets MENU.IT show ads on the tablets (MENU.IT OrderPad page).
Repairs are free for the whole 3-year rental. A waitlist, menu photo shoots and stock menu images are included at no extra cost (MENU.IT home, OrderPad and Management pages).
It works with about 20 Korean POS systems, including OKPOS, EasyPOS, Smartro POS and KCP POS, or with its own MENU.IT POS. It also offers an open API and an AI connector (MCP) for menus, translations, sales and table status (MENU.IT FAQ; API & AI page).
It is for dine-in. MENU.IT's pages describe ordering on tablets at the table and do not describe an ordering website or app for takeaway or delivery orders (MENU.IT site).
It is a 3-year hardware rental. An installation fee is paid up front and is not published, and the price page does not say whether the monthly price is per tablet. The privacy policy says rental contracts involve a credit check, rent is taken by automatic debit and unpaid rent goes to a collection agency (MENU.IT OrderPad page FAQ; privacy policy).
It is built for Korea. The 8,000+ stores it cites are in Korea, and its POS links are to Korean systems. Prices, contract terms and after-sales cover outside Korea are only available on request (MENU.IT English site).
Korean restaurants, pubs and cafes on a supported POS (OKPOS, EasyPOS, UnionPOS and others) that want phone-based table ordering without tablets or a contract
TagHere (태그히어) is a South Korean table-ordering service from TMR Founders: guests tap an NFC sticker or scan a QR code at the table to order, and pay if the restaurant wants, on their own phone with no app or login, and orders go into the restaurant's existing POS. It is sold to Korean restaurants, pubs, cafes and franchise chains as a cheaper alternative to tablet table ordering. No price list for table ordering is published (there is a 14-day free trial and no contract or cancellation fee); its CRM service costs ₩33,000 a month.

Guests can pay from their phone at the table by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, KakaoPay, Naver Pay or Toss Pay; TagHere says payments run in a PCI-DSS environment and the store sees sales in real time with fast settlement (TagHere payment pages). TagHere does not name the payment processor or publish a rate. Payment is optional: a restaurant can use TagHere for ordering only (TagHere payment page).
Includes: QR table ordering · Online payments · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Menu translation
No contract and no cancellation penalty, free installation and a 14-day free trial (TagHere home page and table-ordering page).
Guests order by NFC tap or QR scan on their own phone, with no app, login or tablet. The stickers need no power or charging, and TagHere says they survive rain, spills and table-top heat up to about 68–70°C, so they can go on outdoor tables (TagHere FAQ and home page).
Orders go straight into the restaurant's POS: TagHere names OKPOS, EasyPOS and UnionPOS and says it has official links with 7 POS brands. Menus are translated by AI into English, Chinese and Japanese (TagHere table-ordering page and FAQ).
No price list for table ordering is published. TagHere's guide only gives a general 'around ₩4,900 per table a month' for QR/NFC ordering, and one owner reported a fee of ₩50,000–60,000 a month in 2024 (TagHere guide, owner's Naver blog).
If the restaurant's POS is not integrated, staff have to re-enter every order into the POS by hand. Menu names in TagHere must match the POS exactly, and Android tablet POS systems need a separate enquiry (TagHere FAQ and home page).
Its pages describe only in-store table ordering: no takeaway or delivery ordering website is mentioned, and the site and support are in Korean only (TagHere site).
Asia-Pacific restaurants and multi-brand groups that want an iPad POS, their own ordering website, QR ordering and delivery-app orders in one system
Eats365 is an iPad restaurant POS from Hong Kong, with online ordering sold as add-on modules: a Branded Online Store website, QR scan-to-order and the Eats365 Marketplace. It sells to restaurants in Asia-Pacific and North America, from single cafes to multi-brand groups. It charges a monthly subscription per licence: Biz-Lite is free, paid plans start at USD 25 a month on annual billing, and modules cost extra.

The restaurant links an integrated payment gateway in the Merchant Portal. Gateways documented for the Branded Online Store include Eats365's own 365pay aggregator (Eats365 partners with Adyen for it), Global Payments and KPay in Japan. Cash on pickup and cash on delivery can also be allowed.
Has a free Biz-Lite plan for small merchants focused on online ordering. Paid plans are published and start at USD 25 a month on annual billing (Eats365 pricing page).
The Branded Online Store takes pickup, delivery, catering and QR dine-in orders plus reservations. Orders sync to the POS and kitchen display (Eats365 Knowledge Base).
Eats365 Biz collects orders from third-party delivery platforms, the Branded Online Store and the Eats365 Marketplace on one Android device (Eats365 Biz page).
The Branded Online Store has no published price: it is not on the pricing page and licences are bought through the sales team. Loyalty, reservations and gift cards are also 'Contact Us' (Eats365 pricing page, Eats365 Knowledge Base).
The online store only works when paired with an Eats365 POS, Biz or Biz Lite. Scan-to-Order (BYOD) and reservations each need a separate licence (Eats365 Knowledge Base).
Delivery on the online store is available only in some countries and regions (Eats365 Branded Online Store page).
Small restaurants that want a do-it-yourself website with online ordering, QR dine-in and table reservations built in
Wix Restaurants is the restaurant toolkit inside the Wix website builder: online menus, commission-free ordering for pickup, delivery and QR-code dine-in, table reservations and a loyalty program, all on the restaurant's own Wix site. It suits restaurants that want to build and run their own website and add ordering to it. The ordering app is free to install, but Wix says a site must be upgraded to take online orders and payments; the cheapest plan that accepts payments is Core at $29 a month billed yearly (US price), and card processing fees apply.

No commission on online orders: Wix calls its restaurant ordering system commission-free, and the Restaurants Orders app is free to install (Wix restaurant page, Wix App Market).
Pickup, delivery with the restaurant's own delivery areas and fees, QR-code dine-in ordering and advance orders are managed from one dashboard, with up to 5 separate ordering pages and per-location staff access (Wix Help Center).
Table reservations with a visual floor plan, a points-based loyalty program, coupons, gift cards, multilingual menus and Order with Google are part of the same Wix Restaurants tools (Wix Help Center).
Online orders need an upgraded site: the cheapest plan that accepts payments is Core at $29 a month billed yearly (US). The free plan can only show the menu, and Light ($17) does not include accepting payments (Wix pricing page, Wix Help Center).
DoorDash Drive courier delivery works only in the US and Canada, only for the restaurant's default location, and only with online payment, not cash (Wix Help Center).
Toast and Clover POS can't be connected; Wix lists both as feature requests and suggests a webhook instead. Square is the POS Wix documents, and Square charges an extra 1% on orders paid through other providers (Wix Help Center).
Sit-down restaurants, cafés and hotels in the Gulf that want guests to order and pay at the table by QR code, linked to their POS
qlub is a Dubai-based QR ordering and payment platform for restaurants, cafés and hotels: guests scan a code at the table or counter to see the menu, order, split the bill, tip and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay without downloading an app. It is sold through demos in the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, Brazil and the US, and connects to the restaurant's existing POS or runs on its own. qlub makes its money on the payments it processes and publishes no prices or rates.

qlub takes the payment itself: credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay from the guest's phone after a QR scan, plus its SoftPOS "Smart Integrated Terminal" and payment links for catering, reservations and events. Stripe's case study says qlub has run its payments on Stripe (Payments, Connect, Terminal and Tap to Pay) since launch, naming restaurants in the US, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Malaysia and South Korea.
Guests scan a QR code to order with modifiers, split the bill (equally, by item or by amount), tip and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, with no app download (qlub Order-and-Pay and Pay-at-Table pages).
Connects to the restaurant's existing POS, with 107 POS integrations listed, or runs standalone (qlub integrations and Order-and-Pay pages).
Local country sites in 11 markets (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Brazil, US) plus sales contacts in Egypt, Jordan and South Korea; qlub says 3,000+ restaurants, hotels and hospitality businesses use it.
No published pricing or transaction rates: every restaurant has to book a demo to get a quote.
Built around dine-in: the Order-and-Pay page describes table-side, counter and poolside orders and does not mention delivery or a standalone online ordering website.
Not a POS itself: its products (Pay-at-Table, Order-and-Pay, Digital Menu, Payment Links, SoftPOS terminal, qlub+ Rewards) are built to connect to the restaurant's existing POS or run standalone.
Whether restaurants in South Korea can sign up and use it today: a local site, local pricing, local customers or a sign-up open to any country.
What it costs a small restaurant: the monthly price, any commission or per-order fee, and contracts.
What it does for ordering: your own website, QR table ordering, delivery, pickup and payments.
Menuthere is on the list because it is a real option here, and we put it where its strengths — no commission and a free plan — fit; its limits (such as payments outside India) are stated in its entry.
Nobody paid to be on this list. Prices change: check each company's own page before you sign.
Questions
