The 10 best online ordering systems for restaurants in Taiwan.

Contract
Taiwan: POS contract plans (the entry plan renews monthly). Online-ordering plans are bought by the month inside the POS contract and are not refunded or downgraded once bought; the QR ordering FAQ says that add-on has no lock-in and no setup fee. Hong Kong: iCHEF promises two months' notice of price changes; POS subscriptions keep their price until renewal, and the Online Store terms run to the end of each calendar year and renew automatically for a year.
Standard and Premium are paid half-yearly or yearly. Lite is paid monthly by card auto-debit or for two years on a two-year contract; Plus is NT$1,400 month to month by card auto-debit or NT$1,300 a month on a two-year contract.
Standard plans are billed yearly (年繳). The limited-time bundles can also be paid monthly, and the subsidised plans run for 6 months. Nidin's FAQ says payment terms are discussed with a consultant.
Month to month; 7-day free trial on Lite and Pro
The merchant terms refer to a contract, a contract period and paying the full system service fee under it; the length is not published.
Annual or monthly plans (annual billing is cheaper)
—
Yearly: Ocard's blog says 線上點 is billed mainly as an annual system fee. Minimum term not published. Ocard Malaysia's FAQ says subscription fees (monthly or annual plans) are generally non-refundable once access is activated.
Rental contract; term not published. dudoo's 2021 blog says its iPad POS can be stopped at any time once the contract ends.
Billed yearly or monthly. Monthly billing is only for cloud hosting (Odoo Online or Odoo.sh), and yearly billing is cheaper.

Taiwan and Hong Kong restaurants that want an iPad POS with their own ordering website, QR table ordering and delivery-app orders in one system
iCHEF is an iPad POS for restaurants from Taiwan, owned by 91APP since December 2025. Its Online Store add-on gives a restaurant its own ordering website for takeaway, QR table ordering and reservations, with every order going into the POS. It sells to independent restaurants and chains in Taiwan and Hong Kong for a monthly POS fee (from NT$1,950 in Taiwan, HKD 888 in Hong Kong); in Taiwan online ordering is billed by order volume, and online card payments carry processing fees.

From $1,950/mo
Commission
No percentage commission in Taiwan, but online orders are billed in order-volume plans (a NT$0 trial plan, then 500 orders from NT$600 a month), and online card orders carry an order processing rate. In Hong Kong the Online Store has no monthly fee, but card-paid orders carry an order processing fee (the Stripe rate of 3.5% + HK$2.35 includes a 0.1% iCHEF fee); orders paid in cash at the counter carry none.
Online payments
Taiwan: 91APP Pay for online cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB) and Apple Pay, plus LINE Pay; the NewebPay online card service ended on 14 September 2026. Hong Kong: Allinpay (cards, WeChat Pay, Alipay), set up through iCHEF's Hong Kong distributor NCC; Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) is closed to new sign-ups. Customers can also pay at pickup.
In Taiwan, orders from the restaurant's own ordering website, QR table ordering, LINE, reservations and Uber Eats or foodpanda all arrive in the same iPad POS and print to the kitchen; in Hong Kong foodpanda orders are integrated (iCHEF Online Store and delivery integration pages).
Prices are published: in Taiwan the POS starts at NT$1,950 a month and online ordering has a NT$0 trial plan, then NT$600 a month for 500 orders; orders paid in cash carry no extra processing fee (iCHEF Taiwan pricing and online takeaway pages, help centre).
In Hong Kong the Online Store has no activation or monthly fee for POS users, and the HKD 888 monthly fee includes on-site installation, training, repairs and backup hardware within 4 hours (iCHEF Hong Kong pricing and Online Store pages).
Online ordering works only with an iCHEF POS subscription: in Taiwan the module cannot be bought alone, and when a plan's orders run out the site switches to menu browsing only (iCHEF help centre).
The POS app runs only on iPad (App Store listing).
Delivery ordering on the restaurant's own site is Taiwan only; in Hong Kong own delivery is listed as coming soon (iCHEF help centre, iCHEF Hong Kong Online Store page).
Taiwanese restaurants and chains that want an iPad POS with their own commission-free web, LINE, app and QR ordering in one system
WEIBY 微碧 (微碧智慧店面) is a Taiwanese iPad POS for restaurants with its own online ordering built in: an ordering web page, LINE ordering, Weiby's shared 微碧愛點餐 customer app and QR table ordering, all sending orders straight to the POS. It is sold to Taiwan's breakfast and brunch shops, cafes, drink and bento shops, hot-pot and all-you-can-eat restaurants and chains. It charges a subscription in Taiwan dollars: a free one-iPad POS plan, online-ordering-only plans from NT$900 a month and POS plans from NT$1,250 a month on annual billing, with 0% commission on online orders.

Online orders (web page, app, QR) can be paid by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through NewebPay (藍新金流), or by Taiwan Pay, LINE Pay, JKOPAY (街口支付), 全盈+Pay and 全支付. The restaurant applies to each provider through Weiby's application page. In-store card terminals are arranged with the National Credit Card Center (聯合信用卡中心).
Online ordering, the ordering app and QR ordering take 0% commission with no cap on orders; the restaurant pays only its plan (Weiby online ordering, app and QR ordering FAQs).
Prices are published: a free one-iPad POS plan, online-ordering-only plans at NT$900 and NT$1,300 a month, and POS plans at NT$1,250 and NT$2,490 a month on annual billing, with free installation and setup (Weiby pricing page).
Web, LINE, app and QR orders go straight into the iPad POS, and Uber Eats and foodpanda orders can be imported into it for NT$300 a month per platform (Weiby online ordering page, add-on modules page).
Aimed at Taiwan: prices are in Taiwan dollars, the contact form lists only Taiwan's cities and counties, and payments and e-invoicing use Taiwanese providers (Weiby pricing, payments application and home pages).
The free plan has no online, LINE, app or QR ordering. The online-ordering-only 行動900 plans have no POS, stored value, label printing or e-invoicing (Weiby pricing page).
Many features are paid add-ons: QR ordering (NT$600 a month) and loyalty points (NT$300 a month) on the Standard plan, each delivery-app integration and courier dispatch (NT$300 a month each), and e-invoicing (NT$3,000 setup plus NT$800 a month) (Weiby add-on modules and pricing pages).
Taiwanese drink, coffee and quick-meal chains that want LINE ordering, a brand ordering site and loyalty points connected to their existing POS
你訂 Nidin is a Taiwanese online ordering system for food and drink brands, from single shops to chains such as Louisa Coffee and 迷客夏. It gives each brand an ordering website and LINE ordering for pickup, delivery and dine-in QR orders, with loyalty and marketing modules, and it lists stores on Nidin's own consumer ordering platform. It charges fixed subscription fees in Taiwan dollars (online ordering is TWD 18,000 a year) and signs restaurants up through consultants.

Customers can pay by cash, credit card, LINE Pay, JKOPAY (街口支付), PLUS Pay (全盈+PAY), Taiwan Pay (台灣Pay) and Pi Wallet (Pi 拍錢包), according to Nidin's ordering page and FAQ. The pricing page lists these payment services as third-party add-ons. The merchant app's release notes add PX Pay (全支付), icash Pay and iPASS MONEY.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Multiple locations
Prices are published: the online ordering system is TWD 18,000 a year and covers dine-in QR table ordering, pickup, delivery, LINE ordering, a brand ordering website, payment connections, delivery-fleet connections, an order-taking app and reports (Nidin pricing page).
Connects to the restaurant's existing POS at no extra charge: Nidin says it works with many POS brands and a consultant checks whether yours is supported. Menus and orders sync to the POS, and promotion discounts pass to the POS automatically. Shops without a POS use Nidin's order-taking app (Nidin FAQ, online ordering page).
Delivery can use the restaurant's own staff or couriers booked through Nidin (pandago, Uber Direct, Lalamove, 全球快遞), with the minimum order, free-delivery threshold and delivery distance set per store. The limited-time bundles still mark Uber Direct and Lalamove as coming soon (Nidin online ordering page, service overview, pricing page, FAQ).
No self-serve sign-up: restaurants fill in a form and a consultant calls back. The FAQ says pricing for multi-store brands and payment terms are discussed with a consultant (Nidin contact page, FAQ).
Loyalty is not part of the online ordering plan: the points system costs TWD 2,400 a year and the full membership system TWD 6,000 a year on top (Nidin pricing page).
It is not a POS: it takes online orders only and relies on the restaurant's existing POS or its order-taking app (Nidin FAQ; WEIBY comparison, January 2026).

Taiwanese food shops and chains that want customers to order takeaway, delivery and dine-in through the restaurant's own LINE account instead of by phone or on delivery apps
快一點 QuickClick is a Taiwanese ordering system built around LINE. Customers add a restaurant's LINE official account and order takeaway or delivery there, and they can also order on the web or by scanning a QR code at the table. It serves small food shops and chains in Taiwan and charges a flat monthly plan fee from NT$1,688 a month, with no commission; card terminals and some add-ons cost extra.

Customers can pay online by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, LINE Pay, JKOPay (街口支付), 全支付, 悠遊付, 全盈支付 or iCashPay, or pay cash. In the shop, the company's own DDPay (點點付) takes contactless Visa, Mastercard and JCB cards (foreign cards included), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay, and QR wallet payments, without applying for a separate card machine or phone line.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · POS · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations
Customers order inside the restaurant's own LINE official account, so ordering customers become the restaurant's LINE contacts. Orders are accepted and printed automatically, 24 hours a day (QuickClick LINE ordering page).
Prices are published: four monthly plans from NT$1,688, each listing LINE, web, QR and counter ordering, delivery logistics, order-channel integration, online payment and cloud reports. Uber Eats and foodpanda orders can come into the same system (QuickClick pricing page and homepage).
Delivery can go out with the restaurant's own staff and no commission. It can also be sent automatically to Uber Direct, Lalamove, pandago or 全球快遞 couriers, with QuickClick paying the driver and billing the shop weekly (QuickClick 點點AI店長 and Go In Time pages).
There is no free plan; the cheapest plan costs NT$1,688 a month. Card terminals are bought separately: NT$6,000 for a DDPay + MobiGo set, NT$36,000 for a Sunmi V3 MIX set (QuickClick pricing and DDPay pages).
Some costs sit outside the plan: NT$1 per SMS to verify each new customer, taken from a prepaid wallet, and a foodpanda connection for delivery-app order printing that renews at NT$3,600 a year per account (QuickClick wallet and 熊好印 pages).
With QuickClick's courier delivery, customers cannot choose delivery when the prepaid wallet is below the delivery fee, and if no driver is found the restaurant still has to deliver the order itself (QuickClick wallet and Go In Time pages).
Asia-Pacific restaurants and multi-brand groups that want an iPad POS, their own ordering website, QR ordering and delivery-app orders in one system

The restaurant links an integrated payment gateway in the Merchant Portal. Gateways documented for the Branded Online Store include Eats365's own 365pay aggregator (Eats365 partners with Adyen for it), Global Payments and KPay in Japan. Cash on pickup and cash on delivery can also be allowed.
Has a free Biz-Lite plan for small merchants focused on online ordering. Paid plans are published and start at USD 25 a month on annual billing (Eats365 pricing page).
The Branded Online Store takes pickup, delivery, catering and QR dine-in orders plus reservations. Orders sync to the POS and kitchen display (Eats365 Knowledge Base).
Eats365 Biz collects orders from third-party delivery platforms, the Branded Online Store and the Eats365 Marketplace on one Android device (Eats365 Biz page).
The Branded Online Store has no published price: it is not on the pricing page and licences are bought through the sales team. Loyalty, reservations and gift cards are also 'Contact Us' (Eats365 pricing page, Eats365 Knowledge Base).
The online store only works when paired with an Eats365 POS, Biz or Biz Lite. Scan-to-Order (BYOD) and reservations each need a separate licence (Eats365 Knowledge Base).
Delivery on the online store is available only in some countries and regions (Eats365 Branded Online Store page).

Prices are quote-only after a sales contact, with a 14-day free trial.

The online ordering page lists credit card, Apple Pay and cash payments, and the Taiwan page adds LINE Pay. Booking deposits go through TapPay (PCI-certified), with card-on-file and no-show-only charging options. When inline issues the e-invoice for a deposit, it comes from ECPay.
Includes: Own ordering website · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · Marketing tools · Multiple locations · Reservations
Bookings, waitlist, takeout and delivery orders and the guest database are managed on one iPad; guests order from a web link the restaurant can share on its own social pages, with no app to download (inline home and online ordering pages).
Delivery can go through the restaurant's own staff, couriers such as Lalamove, Uber Direct and pandago, or drivers arranged by inline; for courier deliveries the diner's order page shows the driver's live location (inline online ordering page and help centre).
Diners get order updates through LINE or SMS, and a voice call when a pickup order is ready (inline help centre).
No published prices and no self-serve signup: restaurants fill in a contact form and get a quote from sales (inline site).
Its listed services are booking, waitlist, online takeout and delivery, deposits and CRM; no POS of its own is listed, and QR table ordering, loyalty points and menu translation are not described (inline site and features pages).
It is marketed first as a booking system, and the takeout and delivery page still quotes figures from 2020 ("more than 3500+ restaurants" served that year) (inline home and online ordering pages).
Restaurant brands and chains in Taiwan that want a commission-free ordering page tied to a LINE-based membership and points programme
Ocard is a Taiwanese customer-loyalty (CRM) platform that says more than 6,600 stores use it. Its Ocard 線上點 (Online Ordering) module gives a restaurant its own ordering web page for pickup, delivery (through pandago, Uber Direct or Lalamove in Taiwan, and Lalamove in Malaysia), QR table ordering and group orders, linked to Ocard's membership and points system. It is sold through consultants in Taiwan and Malaysia on a yearly system fee with no per-order commission and no published prices.

The restaurant can use its own payment provider or Ocard's payment service (Ocard 金流). Ocard 金流 takes cash, credit and debit cards, LINE Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay; each method can be switched on or off, and company tax IDs and e-invoices are supported at checkout (Ocard blog). The ordering features page lists credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
No commission on orders: Ocard sells 線上點 as '零抽成' (zero commission) and bills it mainly as a yearly system fee (Ocard homepage, blog FAQ).
Delivery through pandago, Uber Direct and Lalamove is built in. The restaurant sets delivery distance, minimum order and free-delivery rules, and chooses who pays the delivery fee (ordering features page, blog).
Pickup, delivery, QR table ordering, pre-orders, time-slot menus and group orders are managed from one back office, and orders are taken on the Oboss tablet app for Android and iOS. There is no limit on menu items and no charge for menu changes (ordering system page, blog).
No prices are published. Every plan on the pricing page is 'contact a consultant', and sign-up goes through Ocard's sales team (pricing page, Malaysia FAQ).
Orders paid through Ocard's own payment service carry a service fee of about 3% and ordinary payment fees; to avoid it the restaurant must bring its own payment provider (Ocard blog FAQ).
The cheapest ordering plan (即時接單方案) has no membership system and no targeted marketing. Those start on the higher plans, and online–offline member integration is a '$3,000' add-on on the middle plan (pricing page).
Taiwanese restaurants, drink shops and chains that want an iPad POS with delivery-app order integration, QR table ordering and reservations from one local supplier
肚肚dudoo is an iPad POS for restaurants in Taiwan, made by 肚肚股份有限公司 in Kaohsiung, a company that started inside Hon Hai (Foxconn) and is also backed by the restaurant group Wowprime (王品). It covers table-side ordering and checkout, QR table ordering, reservations and waitlists, multi-branch management and member points, pulls Uber Eats and Foodpanda orders into the POS, and opens a free LINE online-ordering store (肚肚找美食) for the restaurant. There is no public price list: its own blog puts its iPad POS at roughly NT$1,000–3,000 a month, and a 2024 Kaohsiung City feature reports a NT$1,500 monthly platform fee with an iPad supplied.

At the POS: cash, credit card, LINE Pay, JKOPay (街口支付), iPass (一卡通) and Taishin 'one碼', plus custom tenders such as vouchers and coupons; one bill can be split across several methods (POS page). The contact form offers applications for LINE Pay, iPass Money and 悠遊付. iThome (2021) reports an EDC controller that links the iPad POS to banks' card terminals. Payment for online orders is not described.
One iPad app covers table maps, ordering, split bills, kitchen printing, reports, staff roles and clock-in, member points and head-office control of several branches (dudoo POS page).
Uber Eats and Foodpanda orders arrive on the same iPad, with one-tap accept and printed tickets and labels, so staff do not re-key them (dudoo online-ordering page).
QR table ordering that opens an online menu on the customer's phone with no app to download, and reservations by LINE, web link or phone plus a QR waitlist; bookings, waitlist and online orders sync with the POS (dudoo QR ordering, reservation and POS pages).
No published prices: plans are set after a consultation form, and the only figures are an approximate range on dudoo's 2021 blog and a figure in a 2024 press feature.
Online ordering for takeaway runs through dudoo's LINE store (肚肚找美食) and the delivery apps; the site does not describe an ordering website under the restaurant's own brand.
Taiwan only: the site is in Traditional Chinese, the contact form accepts only Taiwanese addresses, and offices are in Kaohsiung, Taipei and Taichung (dudoo contact page).
Restaurants that want QR ordering, kiosks and kitchen screens in a POS linked to full accounting and inventory, and can manage a more involved setup
Odoo is a Belgian suite of open-source business apps. Its POS Restaurant app runs table service, kitchen displays, QR and kiosk self-ordering, and takeaway and delivery orders, and its eCommerce app adds an online ordering website. It suits restaurants that want the till connected to Odoo's accounting, inventory and marketing apps. One app, such as POS Restaurant, is free for unlimited users. Online payments go through a payment provider the restaurant connects. Options include Adyen, Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Mercado Pago, Mollie, Xendit, Flutterwave, Paymob and PayU. Pay-on-site and cash on delivery are also available. In-store card terminals include Adyen, Stripe, Viva.com, Worldline, SIX, Ingenico, Mercado Pago, Razorpay, Pine Labs, Tyro, QFPay, Mollie and DPO Pay. QR self-orders can take one online payment method. At a kiosk, card terminals must be Adyen or Stripe, guests can also pay online by scanning a QR code, and cash is not accepted.
POS Restaurant is free with unlimited users on the One App Free plan, and the pricing page lists no per-order commission (Odoo pricing page; Odoo POS Restaurant page).
QR table ordering and self-order kiosks are built into the POS. Guests order and pay from their phone or a kiosk, and orders go straight to the kitchen preparation display (Odoo 19.0 documentation, Self-ordering).
Dine-in, takeaway, eCommerce website orders and delivery-app orders are handled in one place. Delivery can be limited to a set radius, and orders can be booked into time slots (Odoo POS Restaurant features page; Odoo documentation, Presets).
Website orders for delivery or pickup run through Odoo's eCommerce app, which is separate from POS. Installing a second app moves the restaurant off the free plan onto Standard, at US$31.10 per user a month billed yearly (US$24.90 in the first year) (Odoo pricing page; Odoo POS Restaurant features page).
Delivery-app orders come in through UrbanPiper. This needs a separate UrbanPiper subscription, an Odoo Enterprise subscription and a reseller account with each delivery platform (Odoo 19.0 documentation, UrbanPiper).
Customers can only place QR or kiosk orders while the POS register is open (Odoo 19.0 documentation, Self-ordering).
Whether restaurants in Taiwan can sign up and use it today: a local site, local pricing, local customers or a sign-up open to any country.
What it costs a small restaurant: the monthly price, any commission or per-order fee, and contracts.
What it does for ordering: your own website, QR table ordering, delivery, pickup and payments.
Menuthere is on the list because it is a real option here, and we put it where its strengths — no commission and a free plan — fit; its limits (such as payments outside India) are stated in its entry.
Nobody paid to be on this list. Prices change: check each company's own page before you sign.
