The 10 best online ordering systems for restaurants in Turkey.
Restaurants in Turkey take orders on their own websites, apps and tables through local and regional systems such as FineDine, Simpra and Menulux. Of the 9 systems compared here besides Menuthere, 7 say they take no commission on orders and 2 have a free plan; the rest charge a monthly fee or quote per restaurant.
Menuthere publishes this list and makes one of the systems on it (number 3). Every figure comes from the companies' own pages, dated and listed on each system's page. How we ranked them is at the foot of the page.

Contract
No fixed term: monthly or yearly per location, change or cancel any time. Yearly plans are paid in advance for 12 months and are not refunded if cancelled early. Plans renew automatically when billing details are saved.
Paid monthly or yearly (16% off yearly). Simpra's German service agreement: a minimum term set in the order form that renews automatically for the same length unless either side cancels in writing at least 30 days before it ends; no ordinary cancellation during the minimum term, and a customer who cancels early owes the fees for the rest of it. Simpra's blog says seasonal businesses can freeze the system and pay nothing while closed.
Month to month; 7-day free trial on Lite and Pro
Annual subscription that renews for another year unless cancelled. Menulux may raise subscription and maintenance fees each year in line with Turkish CPI (TÜFE). Either side can end the contract with one week's written notice, but prepaid licence and subscription fees are not refunded (sales contract).
No contract term published. The licence is a one-time payment for a perpetual right to use the software; the monthly usage fee is charged per branch for most products, and support (7x16) is a separate monthly fee where it applies.
Bought as 1, 3, 6 or 12-month packages (17% off for 12 months). Membership renews automatically each period unless cancelled up to 14 days before it ends. The user can end the agreement with 5 working days' notice, but prepaid fees are not refunded and fees committed to the end of the term stay payable. The cancellation page (May 2026) gives new customers a refund within 15 days of purchase, less the days used; the user agreement archived in January 2026 says 7 days.
Monthly or yearly subscription billed in advance (the QR plan is yearly only). The free trial converts to a paid plan unless cancelled before it ends; fees are non-refundable except where the law requires, and after cancelling access continues to the end of the billing period (Terms of Service, last updated 9 April 2026).
—
Billed yearly or monthly. Monthly billing is only for cloud hosting (Odoo Online or Odoo.sh), and yearly billing is cheaper.
Monthly, or yearly at a discount. The restaurants page says no long-term contract is needed. Yearly plans are paid up front: you can cancel the renewal at any time but cannot end the current term early.

0% commission on every plan: your customers' orders are yours in full.
Free to start, with 50 orders a month. Lite is $9 a month for unlimited orders and your own domain.
Your own ordering website, QR menus and table ordering, with a partner app that rings until you accept each order.

Online card payments aren't available in Turkey yet: customers pay cash, on delivery or at pickup, and card payments are planned.
Hotels, cafés and restaurants that want a multilingual QR and tablet menu with table ordering, reservations and AI content tools, paid per location with no commission
FineDine is a QR and tablet menu platform from Bambulabs, Inc., a Delaware company with affiliates in Türkiye and the UAE. Restaurants, cafés and hotels use it for QR table ordering, delivery and pick-up orders from a menu link, reservations, a light POS, and AI tools for photos, websites and social posts. It charges a subscription per location, from $29 a month billed annually ($36 billed monthly), with monthly order caps on the two cheaper plans, and says it takes no commission on delivery and pick-up orders.

Online payments
Online payment works only after the restaurant connects a payment gateway from FineDine's Marketplace (help centre); the pages checked do not name the gateways. The Order & Pay page says guests can pay with Apple Pay. Delivery orders can be paid online or at the door, and the restaurant chooses which payment types to offer at checkout.
0% commission: FineDine says restaurants pay it zero commission on delivery, pick-up and curbside orders (Delivery & Pickup page).
Every plan, from $29 a month per location billed annually, includes QR ordering (Order & Pay), POS Lite, tip collection, reservations (50 a month on Starter), promo codes and an AI website builder (pricing page).
Menus support 44 languages with AI translation; Growth and Premium show several languages and currencies on one menu (help centre, pricing page).
No free plan: after the 14-day trial the menu cannot be used until a paid plan is bought (help centre, pricing page).
Every location needs its own plan, and plans cap monthly orders (1,000 on Starter, 1,500 on Growth); going over automatically upgrades to the next tier, with the difference charged at month end (pricing page, help centre).
Starter shows one language and one currency and has no custom domain; those start on Growth at $69 a month billed annually (pricing page).
Cafés, bakeries and restaurant chains in Turkey (and Germany) that want a cloud POS with QR table ordering, delivery-app orders and courier tracking in one system
Simpra is a cloud POS for restaurants, cafés, bakeries, bars and hotel restaurants, made by Protein, a Protel group company in Istanbul, with a German arm (Simpra Software GmbH) in Augsburg. Guests order and pay from their phones through its QR menu, at the table or for pick-up, and its delivery module brings orders from apps such as Yemeksepeti, Getir Yemek and Trendyol Yemek (Lieferando, Uber Eats and Wolt on its German site) into the POS and assigns couriers. It charges one flat subscription, ₺1,550 + VAT a month in Turkey or €50 a month (tax included) on its English site, with no per-order commission published.

QR menu orders can be paid on the guest's own phone. Simpra Link takes card payments by SMS or email link through the relevant bank's virtual POS and is integrated with Masterpass for saved cards, which can also be used for QR menu payments. In store, Simpra Pay is a payment-recording app for Android POS devices that takes NFC contactless payments and issues e-documents under Turkey's VUK 507 rules. Listed payment integrations include Edenred, Eventpay, iWallet, Metropol, Multinet, Param, Paycell and Pluxee.
Published flat price with no per-order commission: ₺1,550 + VAT a month (₺15,500 + VAT a year) in Turkey, or €50 a month (€500 a year) tax included on the English site. The plan lists the QR menu, unlimited staff and revenue centres, and 24/7 support (pricing pages).
The QR menu takes its items and prices from the POS automatically. Guests order and pay from their phones, orders go straight to the kitchen screen and the POS, and pick-up and delivery are listed as QR menu features (QR menu pages).
The delivery module brings orders from Yemeksepeti, Getir Yemek, Trendyol Yemek, Migros Yemek, Fuudy and Hemen Yolda into the POS (the German site names Delivery Hero, Lieferando, Uber Eats and Wolt). You can mark delivery areas on a map, price delivery by area, and assign and track couriers (delivery and integrations pages).
No free plan. There is one published paid plan, and the QR menu page says QR menu prices vary by features and asks you to contact sales, although the pricing page lists the QR menu in the plan.
Under Simpra's German service agreement, contracts renew automatically for the same minimum term unless cancelled in writing 30 days before the end. There is no ordinary cancellation during the minimum term, and a customer who cancels early owes the fees for the rest of it.
Card processing rates are not published. Simpra says it is not the payment service provider for SimpraPAY; the payment provider's own terms also apply (German service agreement).

Restaurants, cafés and chains in Turkey that want a POS, QR table ordering, kiosks and delivery-app orders in one locally supported system
Menulux is a cloud POS from Turkey for restaurants, cafés and chains, founded in 2013. Alongside the POS it sells a QR menu with table ordering and online payment, a branded ordering and loyalty app, self-order kiosks and a courier app, and it takes orders from Yemeksepeti, Getir, Trendyol Yemek and Migros Yemek. Each product is a monthly licence priced in Turkish lira and billed yearly, from ₺250 a month at list price; integrations, hardware and installation cost extra.

Customers can pay online from the QR menu (payment integration is an extra-cost add-on) and in the branded ordering app, which uses 3D Secure. Menulux lists iyzico for online payments, Stripe for international payments, and Paycell, OdeAl and PosPratik among its payment integrations. In the restaurant, the POS works with cash-register card terminals from Ingenico, Pavo, Beko, Verifone and Hugin.
Includes: QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Branded app · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations · Menu translation · Reservations
One system covers the POS, a QR menu with table ordering and online payment, a branded ordering and loyalty app, self-order kiosks, waiter handhelds, a courier app, and orders from Yemeksepeti, Getir, Trendyol Yemek, Migros Yemek and Fuudy (Menulux homepage, POS and integrations pages).
List prices are published for most products: monthly licences from ₺250 (QR menu, tablet menu, menuboard, waiter handheld) and POS licences from ₺665 to ₺1,500 (Menulux pricing section).
The QR menu shows menus in more than 80 languages with automatic translation. It also has allergen labels, a waiter-call button, customer feedback, and a location check that only accepts orders from people within a set distance (QR menu page).
Licences are billed yearly and renew automatically. Fees can rise each year with Turkish CPI, and prepaid licence and subscription fees are not refunded when the contract ends (POS FAQ, sales contract).
The ₺250 QR menu licence does not include online ordering, waiter calls or payment integration, which cost extra. Cash-register and delivery-app integrations are separate licences, priced on quote (QR menu, POS and integrations FAQs).
Hardware and installation are not included (POS FAQ). The site advertises 24/7 support, but the sales contract makes only business-hours phone support free; 24/7, remote-connection and on-site support are charged.
Restaurant and café chains in Turkey that want a hybrid POS with QR table ordering, marketplace orders and central control of many branches
robotPOS is a restaurant and café POS and automation system from Istanbul, in business since 2003 and used by more than 4,000 businesses, including Turkish chains such as Tavuk Dünyası, Kahve Dünyası and Köfteci Ramiz. Next to the POS it sells a QR menu that lets guests order and pay from the table or for takeaway, plus Yemeksepeti, Trendyol Yemek, Getir and Migros Yemek integrations, delivery and courier management, a loyalty app, reservations and central multi-branch control. It charges list prices in US dollars excluding VAT: one-time licences (air-POS main licence $1,950) plus monthly fees per branch, such as $25 a month for the QR menu.

The QR menu lets guests pay online by credit card, debit card or online wallets, but robotPOS does not name the gateway. The POS integrates mobile wallets such as Hopi, Fastpay, Gastropay, Paycell, Nkolay and Chippin, and its Payment Gateway product brings meal cards (Multinet, Pluxee and others), digital wallets and loyalty payments into one layer apart from the fiscal till. In-store card payments run on integrated EFT-POS terminals (Ingenico, Profilo, Hugin).
Includes: QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Branded app · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations · Menu translation · Reservations
Publishes list prices on its own site: QR Menü and Web Order cost $25 per branch a month before VAT, with no licence, setup or support fee (pricing page).
The QR menu is part of the POS: guests order and pay from their own phone without an app, orders go straight to the ticket and kitchen screen, and guests can call a waiter, ask for the bill and read the menu in several languages (QR menu pages).
Brings Yemeksepeti, Trendyol Yemek, Getir, Migros Yemek, Fuudy and other marketplace orders into one screen, with one menu, instant item shut-off on every platform and one stock pool (marketplace integrations page, FAQ).
No free plan and no self-serve sign-up: restaurants ask for a demo or a quote, and the air-POS monthly, setup and support fees are not published (pricing page).
Costs add up per product and per branch: for example air Inventory is $45 a month per branch plus $250 one-time setup, and reservation manager and franchise manager are $75 a month per branch plus $250 setup each, all before VAT and on top of POS licences from $1,950 (pricing page).
Guest self-ordering and payment on the QR menu works for table service and takeaway only; robotPOS says delivery ordering is still in development (FAQ).
Restaurants and cafés in Turkey that want a cloud POS which gathers Yemeksepeti, Getir and Trendyol orders and QR table orders on one screen
Adisyo is a cloud POS and order-ticket (adisyon) system from Adisyo Bilişim A.Ş. in Istanbul, built for restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens and chains in Turkey. It runs table, takeaway and delivery orders on one screen, pulls in orders from Yemeksepeti, Getir, Trendyol Yemek, Migros Yemek and Fuudy, and sells a QR menu that lets guests order from their table. It charges a subscription in Turkish lira, from ₺955 + VAT a month on yearly billing (₺11,450 a year), with QR ordering, delivery-app integrations and courier tracking as paid add-ons.

Adisyo's pages do not name an online payment gateway for guest orders. In-store card payments run on the restaurant's own cash register / bank POS, with an Ingenico (TSM, GMP3) integration sold as an add-on; the QR menu lets guests ask for the bill from their phone.
Includes: QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations
Published prices in Turkish lira: Lite is ₺955 + VAT a month on yearly billing (₺11,450 a year), with a 15-day free trial of every feature (pricing page).
Brings orders from Yemeksepeti, Getir, Trendyol Yemek, Migros Yemek, Fuudy, RestaJet and PaketServisi into the POS on one screen; the delivery-app integrations add-on costs ₺215 + VAT a month (integrations page, pricing page).
The QR menu lets guests order from their own phones at the table; each order is approved by the restaurant and sent to the kitchen, and guests can ask for the bill (QR menu page).
No free plan. Lite (1–3 users) leaves out the kitchen display, stock & recipe and cover-charge modules, and branch management comes only with the quote-only Chain & Cloud Kitchen plan (pricing page).
QR menu ordering (₺546), delivery-app integrations (₺215) and courier tracking (₺565) are add-ons billed per month + VAT on top of the plan; the loyalty module is included only in Pro, otherwise it is the ₺565 Boostfeel add-on (pricing page).
The pages we read describe no Adisyo ordering website for delivery or pickup: online orders come in through marketplaces such as Yemeksepeti, Getir and Trendyol, or services like RestaJet and PaketServisi (home page FAQ, integrations page).
SambaPOS restaurants in Turkey, the US or the UK that want a commission-free ordering website and QR table ordering feeding straight into their POS
Jetrik is an online ordering, QR menu, payment and reservation platform made by SambaPOS, the restaurant POS company with a US office and an R&D centre in Istanbul. It gives restaurants and cafés an ordering website on their own jetrik.com subdomain (or their own domain on Pro), QR table ordering with pay-at-table through Stripe where Jetrik supports payments, built-in loyalty and table reservations, and SambaPOS users can connect it to their POS for free. It charges a flat subscription with no commission: $34.99 a month or $349 a year for ordering (479 TL a month in Turkey), plus a card processing fee; the $99-a-year QR plan is a menu only.

Stripe: the restaurant connects its own Stripe account in the Jetrik dashboard (Jetrik wiki), and guests can pay by card at the table, at the counter or for takeaway (pricing FAQ), with optional tips and surcharges (wiki); Jetrik says funds reach the restaurant's account the next day. Online payment works only 'in the countries where we support payment via jetrik' (pricing FAQ), and no list of those countries is published; the features page quotes 2.8% + 30¢ per transaction, and SambaPOS staff said in April 2026 that Stripe is available in the UK. Jetrik's own marketing pages do not name the payment gateway. On Standard the restaurant can also turn the online payment step off (SambaPOS staff on the forum, August 2026).
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Scheduled orders · Online payments · Loyalty · Menu translation · Reservations
No commission on orders: a fixed subscription fee with as many orders as you want and no limit on menu items (Jetrik pricing page FAQ).
The Standard plan ($34.99 a month or $349 a year; 479 TL a month in Turkey) includes an ordering website, QR table ordering and payments, and integrated loyalty (Jetrik pricing page); the features page also lists table or per-person reservations with optional deposits.
Free integration with SambaPOS for Standard subscribers: menus are sent from SambaPOS to Jetrik and Jetrik orders arrive in SambaPOS and its KDS (SambaPOS Jetrik Integration page; SambaPOS forum).
The cheapest plan, Jetrik QR at $99 a year, only shows the menu: taking orders needs Standard (SambaPOS staff on the SambaPOS forum, August 2026).
Card processing of 2.8% + 30¢ per transaction is charged on top of the subscription, and online payments run through Stripe only in the countries Jetrik supports, which it does not list (Jetrik features page, Terms of Service and pricing FAQ; Jetrik wiki).
Your own domain and SSL certificate are only on Pro, at $68.99 a month or $690 a year (Jetrik pricing page).
Restaurants and cafés in Turkey on Kerzz POS that want QR table ordering, order-ahead pickup and points-based loyalty through the Orwi app
Orwi is a QR ordering, payment and loyalty app from Kerzz, the Istanbul restaurant POS company, for restaurants, cafés, bars, fast-food chains, nightclubs and beaches in Turkey. Guests use the Orwi app to scan a table QR code and order, order ahead for pickup or delivery, pay by card through Masterpass and collect points; it works with Kerzz POS, and Kerzz's product comparison also presents Orwi as a POS next to Kerzz POS. Orwi publishes no prices: its site lists a fixed monthly system fee for delivery and pickup use, no commission on orders paid by methods other than online payment, and a 'low commission' with online payment.
Price

Not published: Orwi's site says it works without commission on payment methods other than online payment and lists 'online payment and low commission', without giving the rate or saying who charges it.
Online payments
In-app card payments run on Mastercard's Masterpass; at checkout guests can apply store bonus and Orwi points and ask for an e-archive / e-invoice. Kerzz's product comparison says Orwi works with next-generation fiscal POS devices for in-store payments.
Guests can order three ways in one app: scan the table QR code in the venue, order ahead for pickup at a chosen time (the order is prepared 15 minutes ahead), or order delivery, and pay by card through Masterpass (Orwi site graphics).
Loyalty is built in: guests earn points on every payment and spend them at the same venue, and ordering an item more than once earns stamps toward a free one; guests can also call a waiter and leave a tip in the app (Orwi 'Orwi Nedir?' and features pages).
Works with Kerzz POS: prices entered in Kerzz sync to Orwi. Kerzz's partner stories quote Big Chefs on using Orwi for digital menus and Bayramefendi Osmanlı Kahvecisi (175 branches) on QR table ordering and loyalty through Orwi (Orwi 'Orwi Nedir?' page, Kerzz partner stories).
No prices published: the site mentions a fixed monthly system fee and a 'low commission' with online payment but gives no amounts (Orwi FAQ graphic).
Ordering runs through the shared Orwi guest app, which also shows guests other Orwi businesses that deliver to their area; the site describes no branded ordering website or app for each restaurant (Orwi site graphics, App Store listing).
The orwi.app site was last edited in March 2023, and official pages disagree on reservations: Orwi's features page called prepaid reservations a feature in development, Kerzz's comparison marks the reservation module as not supported, while Kerzz's loyalty page lists integrated reservations (Orwi WordPress pages, Kerzz comparison and loyalty pages).
Restaurants that want QR ordering, kiosks and kitchen screens in a POS linked to full accounting and inventory, and can manage a more involved setup
Odoo is a Belgian suite of open-source business apps. Its POS Restaurant app runs table service, kitchen displays, QR and kiosk self-ordering, and takeaway and delivery orders, and its eCommerce app adds an online ordering website. It suits restaurants that want the till connected to Odoo's accounting, inventory and marketing apps. One app, such as POS Restaurant, is free for unlimited users. Using two or more apps costs a fee per user per month (Standard is US$31.10 billed yearly), and the pricing page lists no per-order commission.

Online payments go through a payment provider the restaurant connects. Options include Adyen, Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Mercado Pago, Mollie, Xendit, Flutterwave, Paymob and PayU. Pay-on-site and cash on delivery are also available. In-store card terminals include Adyen, Stripe, Viva.com, Worldline, SIX, Ingenico, Mercado Pago, Razorpay, Pine Labs, Tyro, QFPay, Mollie and DPO Pay. QR self-orders can take one online payment method. At a kiosk, card terminals must be Adyen or Stripe, guests can also pay online by scanning a QR code, and cash is not accepted.
POS Restaurant is free with unlimited users on the One App Free plan, and the pricing page lists no per-order commission (Odoo pricing page; Odoo POS Restaurant page).
QR table ordering and self-order kiosks are built into the POS. Guests order and pay from their phone or a kiosk, and orders go straight to the kitchen preparation display (Odoo 19.0 documentation, Self-ordering).
Dine-in, takeaway, eCommerce website orders and delivery-app orders are handled in one place. Delivery can be limited to a set radius, and orders can be booked into time slots (Odoo POS Restaurant features page; Odoo documentation, Presets).
Website orders for delivery or pickup run through Odoo's eCommerce app, which is separate from POS. Installing a second app moves the restaurant off the free plan onto Standard, at US$31.10 per user a month billed yearly (US$24.90 in the first year) (Odoo pricing page; Odoo POS Restaurant features page).
Delivery-app orders come in through UrbanPiper. This needs a separate UrbanPiper subscription, an Odoo Enterprise subscription and a reseller account with each delivery platform (Odoo 19.0 documentation, UrbanPiper).
Customers can only place QR or kiosk orders while the POS register is open (Odoo 19.0 documentation, Self-ordering).
Small restaurants, cafés and home kitchens in almost any country that already take orders on WhatsApp and want a free menu link with local payment methods
Take App is a Singapore-built online store for WhatsApp: a restaurant gets a menu link where customers order for delivery, pickup or at the table by QR code, and each order arrives as a complete WhatsApp message and in a dashboard and phone app. It is a general store builder for many business types, with restaurant extras such as a mobile POS, a kitchen display and table reservations. The Basic plan is free and saves 50 orders a month, Business is $50 a month, and neither takes a commission.

Customers pay through the restaurant's own gateway account. Take App lists 32 gateways, including Stripe, PayPal, Xendit, Razorpay, Paystack, Flutterwave, Mercado Pago, M-Pesa Express, HitPay, Adyen, Paymob and Tap, and 128 payment methods in all. The country pages list local methods such as M-Pesa, Airtel, Paystack, Flutterwave and Pesapal in Kenya, and Mercado Pago, OXXO, CoDi and Clip in Mexico. Manual methods (bank transfer, QR such as PayNow, cash on delivery, with payment-proof upload) work on the free plan. Automatic card payments need Business. Take App says it never holds the restaurant's money.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · WhatsApp ordering or updates · Multiple locations · Reservations
Free Basic plan with 0% commission and unlimited products, and 0% commission on the $50-a-month Business plan too (Take App pricing page).
Takes no payment-processing fee on any method: the connected gateway charges its own rate and pays the restaurant directly (Take App help centre, Payment Processing Fee).
Local payment methods in many markets, for example M-Pesa, Airtel, Pesapal, Paystack and Flutterwave in Kenya; Paystack, Flutterwave and NIBSS/NQR in Nigeria; and Mercado Pago, OXXO, CoDi and Clip in Mexico (Take App country pages; 32 gateways on the integrations page).
The free plan saves only 50 orders a month to the dashboard. After that, orders still reach the restaurant's WhatsApp but are not saved to the dashboard (Take App pricing page).
Card payments, automated WhatsApp order updates, a custom domain, the delivery-fee calculator, courier and driver tracking, loyalty and analytics all need the Business plan at $50 a month (Take App pricing comparison and FAQ).
Business includes 1,000 automated WhatsApp messages a month. After that, each message costs $0.05, and each store over five costs $8 (Take App pricing page).
Whether restaurants in Turkey can sign up and use it today: a local site, local pricing, local customers or a sign-up open to any country.
What it costs a small restaurant: the monthly price, any commission or per-order fee, and contracts.
What it does for ordering: your own website, QR table ordering, delivery, pickup and payments.
Menuthere is on the list because it is a real option here, and we put it where its strengths — no commission and a free plan — fit; its limits (such as payments outside India) are stated in its entry.
Nobody paid to be on this list. Prices change: check each company's own page before you sign.
