Adding one module (Growth, Delivery or Control) raises it to €169, two modules to €199, and the Total plan, with every module, to €249 a month. Groups and franchises are quoted separately.

Does Qamarero charge commission per order?
Not on its own channel. Qamarero sells own-channel pickup and delivery as 'no commission': you pay the monthly fee, not a percentage per order. The Delivery module (€169 a month plan) adds delivery with your zones and your own riders, or Uber Direct as a fallback. The Uber Eats integration does carry that platform's commission, charged by Uber Eats, not Qamarero.
Is there anything cheaper for the QR menu and ordering?
Yes, if you only want the digital channel. Menuthere offers a QR menu, order-and-pay at the table, an ordering website and WhatsApp with 0% commission and a Free plan at $0 (50 orders a month). It is not a full POS with an order pad, kitchen display and CRM like Qamarero, but if you already have a till and want the ordering channel without a high fee, it costs less.
- A QR menu for order-and-pay at the table.
- Your own commission-free ordering website.
- WhatsApp ordering on your own number with a copy of every order.
- A Free plan at $0 to start, with no minimum term.
Who this is a good fit for
- Bars and restaurants that want a QR menu, ordering and WhatsApp without a high fixed POS fee.
- Places that already have a till and only need the direct, commission-free digital channel.
- Owners who want to start free and grow only when it pays for itself.
Who this is not for
- Bars that want a full POS with a waiter order pad, kitchen display, reservations and CRM in one system: that is what Qamarero gives you.
- Busy table-service venues that need Qamarero's order pad and Uber Eats integration.
Common follow-up questions
Does Qamarero have a free trial or free plan?
There is no free plan. The lowest plan is Basic at €119 a month + VAT. Qamarero does not publish an open trial on its pricing page; it is worth asking the sales team for a demo.
Is Qamarero's setup fee compulsory?
There is a one-off setup fee of €200 (Basic) or €500 (Pro), covering configuration, menu import, training and support in the first weeks. It is included in the Total plan. No special hardware is needed.
Does Qamarero take a percentage of my sales?
Not on your own pickup and delivery channel, which it sells with no commission. Sales through third-party integrations such as Uber Eats carry that platform's commission, not Qamarero's.
