For Kazakhstani restaurants and cafés
An online ordering system lets customers order on your own website, so you keep the order and the customer. Menuthere gives restaurants and cafés in Kazakhstan one menu for collection and delivery, with prices in tenge and 0% commission on every plan, instead of paying Glovo 30% of each order. Owners searching "система заказов онлайн ресторан" can order straight from you.
Free plan: 50 orders a month and 0% commission. Paid plans from US$17 a month, with a 14-day free trial. Find your restaurant on Google to start.

What it does
It has two halves. The customer side is a mobile-friendly menu on your own link or domain: customers pick dishes, sizes and extras, choose collection or delivery, and pay cash on delivery or through your own payment link. The kitchen side is where orders land, on a dashboard, a phone app and a kitchen printer, so staff can accept, cook and mark the order ready.
The difference from Glovo, Wolt or Yandex Eda is who owns the customer. On an app, the platform keeps the relationship and takes a share of every order. On your own system, the customer orders from you and you see their name and number. Most Kazakhstani owners keep the apps for new customers and use their own page for regulars.
What the apps charge
Glovo publishes its small-business rate. Wolt doesn't publish one; its rate is set in your agreement. The Wolt figure below is approximate, from a Kazakh bank's 2026 guide and restaurant owners quoted the same year.
| Platform | Their couriers | You deliver / pickup | Other fees | Basis |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Glovo | 30% | 15% | Activation 65,000 ₸ + VAT; monthly subscription | Glovo's published small-business pricing page |
| Wolt | About 20–30% (approximate) | Set in agreement | No subscription or activation listed | Alatau City Bank and Finratings, August 2026 |
Glovo's terms add VAT where it applies and charge a one-time activation fee of 65,000 tenge plus VAT and a monthly subscription that varies by city; a local bank guide put the subscription at about 4,500 tenge a month. A restaurant owner quoted by Finratings put Glovo's all-in cost at about 35%. Treat Wolt's figures as approximate. Full breakdowns: Glovo commission in Kazakhstan and Wolt commission in Kazakhstan.
Worked example
A restaurant does 300 orders a month at an average of ₸5,000: ₸1,500,000 in sales. Here is what each channel costs in a month and a year. Glovo's rate is taken at 30% with its couriers, before its activation and subscription fees.
| Channel | Commission | Total a month | A year |
|---|---|---|---|
| Glovo, Glovo couriers (30%) | ₸450,000 | ₸450,000 | ₸5,400,000 |
| Glovo, you deliver (15%) | ₸225,000 | ₸225,000 | ₸2,700,000 |
| Wolt (~25% approximate) | ₸375,000 | ₸375,000 | ₸4,500,000 |
| Your own system (Menuthere Lite, cash / your payment link) | 0% | US$17 | US$204, or US$170 on yearly billing |
Menuthere takes 0% on your own orders; you still pay for your own couriers and any payment-link provider you use. The plan is billed in US dollars; your bank converts it to tenge. Glovo's activation and monthly fees come on top of the commission. Enter the rate in your own contract to work out your real figure.
If only 100 of those orders move to your own page, at Glovo's 30% you keep about ₸150,000 a month. Model your own case with the delivery fee calculator.
How customers pay
Menuthere's built-in online card checkout uses the restaurant's own Stripe account, and Stripe does not open accounts for businesses in Kazakhstan (stripe.com/global). So on Menuthere your orders are paid cash on delivery or at pickup, or through your own payment link or bank QR (such as Kaspi QR), always collected by you outside Menuthere.
After the customer pays you, you mark the order as paid in the dashboard. If you use a Kazakhstani payment provider, keep collecting through it as you do now; tell us which one so we can consider it for a future gateway. Menuthere never touches your money and takes 0% commission.
How it works
Menuthere pulls your name, address and photos from your Google listing. Set the currency to KZT and the timezone to Almaty.
Upload a photo or PDF and the AI reads in the dishes and prices. Sizes, add-ons and sold-out marking are built in.
Collection, delivery and dine-in table orders, all from one menu.
Cash on delivery or at pickup. Add your own payment link or Kaspi QR for card payment.
On your Google Business Profile, Instagram bio and receipts. Print the free QR codes for the counter and tables.
Each order rings on the partner app until someone accepts it, or switch on auto-accept. Tickets print to your kitchen printer.
Local rules
Allergen and product information. Customers should be able to see what's in a dish before they order. On Menuthere, tag the 14 major allergens on each dish on every plan, including Free, so the information is on the menu before the order is placed, and add a short description for each item.
Prices. Prices shown to customers must be clear and include any tax. Menuthere shows prices in tenge, and any extra charge, such as a service or delivery fee, as its own line at checkout. Set your VAT rate per dish if you are VAT-registered and confirm it with your accountant.
The fiscal receipt. Businesses that must use a cash register issue a fiscal receipt from a registered device. Menuthere is your ordering channel, not your fiscal recorder, so keep issuing your fiscal receipts through your registered system and reconcile online orders with them.
Features
Collection and delivery from one menu. Scheduled orders and pre-orders on Lite. Minimum order value and a free-delivery threshold at checkout.

Tag the 14 allergens and add calories on every dish, on every plan including Free, so the information is on the menu before the order.
Coupons and Google menu sync (Lite), loyalty points (Pro), and kitchen tickets to your kitchen printer so regulars are served fast.
