For Ukrainian restaurants and takeaways
An online ordering system lets customers order on your own website, so you keep the order and the customer. Menuthere gives restaurants, cafés and takeaways in Ukraine one menu for collection and delivery, with prices in hryvnia and 0% commission on every plan, instead of paying Glovo 30% of each order. Owners searching "система замовлень онлайн ресторан" can order straight from you.
Free plan: 50 orders a month and 0% commission. Paid plans from US$17 a month, with a 14-day free trial. Find your restaurant on Google to start.

What it does
It has two halves. The customer side is a mobile-friendly menu on your own link or domain: customers pick dishes, sizes and extras, choose collection or delivery, and pay cash on delivery or through your own payment link. The kitchen side is where orders land, on a dashboard, a phone app and a kitchen printer, so staff can accept, cook and mark the order ready.
The difference from Glovo or Bolt Food is who owns the customer. On an app, the platform keeps the relationship and takes a share of every order, plus 20% VAT on that share. On your own system, the customer orders from you and you see their name and number. Most Ukrainian owners keep the apps for new customers and use their own page for regulars.
What the apps charge
Glovo publishes its small-business rate. Bolt Food doesn't publish one; its rate is set in your contract. Both add Ukrainian VAT (ПДВ) to the commission, at the 20% standard rate.
| Platform | Their couriers | You deliver / pickup | VAT | Basis |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Glovo | 30% + VAT | 15% + VAT | 20% on the commission | Glovo's published small-business pricing page |
| Bolt Food | About 20–35% (approximate) | Set in contract | 20% on the fees | Ukrainian restaurant-software guides, 2026 |
Glovo's Ukrainian page says it charges no subscription, contract or cancellation fee. Bolt Food guides report rates often starting near 20% for new partners, then 25–30%. Treat Bolt Food's figures as approximate and check your contract. Full breakdowns: Glovo commission in Ukraine and Bolt Food commission in Ukraine.
Worked example
A restaurant does 300 orders a month at an average of ₴500: ₴150,000 in sales. Here is what each channel costs in a month and a year. VAT on the app fee is worked out at 20%, and Glovo's rate is taken at 30% with its couriers.
| Channel | Fee | VAT on fee (20%) | Total a month | A year |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Glovo, Glovo couriers (30%) | ₴45,000 | ₴9,000 | ₴54,000 | ₴648,000 |
| Glovo, you deliver (15%) | ₴22,500 | ₴4,500 | ₴27,000 | ₴324,000 |
| Your own system (Menuthere Lite, cash / your payment link) | US$17 plan | No commission, so no VAT on commission | US$17 | US$204 (or US$170 on yearly billing) |
Menuthere takes 0% on your own orders; you still pay for your own couriers and any payment-link provider you use. The plan is billed in US dollars; your bank converts it to hryvnia. Enter the rate in your own Glovo or Bolt Food contract to work out your real figure.
If only 100 of those orders move to your own page, at Glovo's 30% you keep about ₴15,000 a month. Model your own case with the delivery fee calculator.
How customers pay
Menuthere's built-in online card checkout uses the restaurant's own Stripe account, and Stripe does not open accounts for businesses in Ukraine (stripe.com/global). So on Menuthere your orders are paid cash on delivery or at pickup, or through your own payment link or bank details, always collected by you outside Menuthere.
After the customer pays you, you mark the order as paid in the dashboard. If you use a Ukrainian payment provider (such as a card-payment link or a QR to your bank), keep collecting through it as you do now; tell us which one so we can consider it for a future gateway. Menuthere never touches your money and takes 0% commission.
How it works
Menuthere pulls your name, address and photos from your Google listing. Set the currency to UAH and the timezone to Kyiv.
Upload a photo or PDF and the AI reads in the dishes and prices. Sizes, add-ons and sold-out marking are built in.
Collection, delivery and dine-in table orders, all from one menu.
Cash on delivery or at pickup. Add your own payment link for card payment.
On your Google Business Profile, Instagram bio, Telegram and receipts. Print the free QR codes for the counter and tables.
Each order rings on the partner app until someone accepts it, or switch on auto-accept. Tickets print to your kitchen printer.
Ukrainian rules
Allergen and product information. Customers should be able to see what's in a dish before they order. On Menuthere, tag the 14 major allergens on each dish on every plan, including Free, so the information is on the menu before the order is placed, and add a short description for each item.
Prices. Prices shown to customers must be clear and include VAT where it applies. Menuthere shows prices in hryvnia with VAT included, and any extra charge, such as a service or delivery fee, as its own line at checkout.
The fiscal receipt. Businesses that must use a cash register issue a fiscal receipt through a registered РРО or software ПРРО. Menuthere is your ordering channel, not your fiscal recorder, so keep issuing your fiscal receipts through your registered device and reconcile online orders with them.
Features
