The 10 best online ordering systems for restaurants in Greece.
Restaurants in Greece take orders on their own websites, apps and tables through local and regional systems such as Worldline All-in-One Platform Ordering, GonnaOrder and BringFood. Of the 9 systems compared here besides Menuthere, 8 say they take no commission on orders and 4 have a free plan; the rest charge a monthly fee or quote per restaurant.
Menuthere publishes this list and makes one of the systems on it (number 4). Every figure comes from the companies' own pages, dated and listed on each system's page. How we ranked them is at the foot of the page.

No commission on orders paid in cash: the site sells GETFOOD Pro as commission-free, with "no hidden fees and percentages" and a fixed monthly cost. On card payments through Viva Wallet, GETFOOD Pro adds its own service cost to Viva's fee; it says this depends on the subscription plan and goes up to 6% + €0.25 per transaction.

Pay as you go, no commitment: cancel or change the package at any time (pricing page). Payment terms are agreed with BringFood during setup; no standard subscription terms are published.
Month to month; 7-day free trial on Lite and Pro
Monthly or yearly subscriptions that renew automatically. The FAQ says there is no long-term commitment and you can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and prepaid fees for the current period are not refunded. The B2B terms (10 July 2026) set a 12-month first term unless otherwise agreed.
Billed yearly (onlinefood.gr price list); eLINK's product page describes a fixed annual cost. No minimum term is published.
Monthly or yearly billing (yearly saves 20%); the 14-day free trial needs no commitment and no credit card; no minimum term published.
Billed yearly or monthly. Monthly billing is only for cloud hosting (Odoo Online or Odoo.sh), and yearly billing is cheaper.
Basic, Grow and Pro are rolling monthly, cancel any time; Enterprise runs on an agreed term (pricing page). The fee docs also describe a 'monthly' billing type that is a 12-month commitment with a lower transaction rate.

Greek restaurants, cafes and bars that want waiter ordering, a myDATA-connected cash register and a simple ordering website in one low-cost, commission-free subscription
Worldline All-in-One Platform Ordering is a cloud ordering and cash-register app for restaurants, cafes and bars in Greece, sold by Cardlink, the Greek payments network owned by Worldline. Staff take table, takeaway, phone and delivery orders on a phone, tablet or Android POS, the app issues receipts through an AADE-certified e-invoicing provider (myDATA), and the top Business plan adds an online-ordering website, QR self-ordering, a kitchen display and a Wolt connection. It is a monthly or annual subscription from €12.99 a month excluding VAT for the cash-register-only Basic plan (online ordering needs the €24.99 Business plan), with no commission on orders and a 14-day free trial.

With QR Self Ordering, diners order and pay from their own phone. The app-store listings say the website/e-shop accepts cards, bank deposit and PayPal; the card gateway is not named. In store, the app takes cash, card or IRIS (Greece's instant payment system) on a Cardlink/Worldline Android POS (A920 Pro, A8900, S1F2, A50) or the Smart POS app. Each POS terminal is linked to AADE on its first card transaction through the app.
No commission on any plan: all three plans (from €12.99 a month excluding VAT) are listed as 'No commissions'.
Built for Greek tax rules: the app works as a cash register connected to an AADE-certified e-invoicing provider (myDATA), issues receipts and invoices, and is IAPR-certified in collaboration with Oxygen.
The Business plan (€24.99 a month, €22.99 on the annual plan) puts waiter ordering, an online-ordering website on the restaurant's own domain, QR self-ordering with payment, a kitchen display and a Wolt connection in one app.
Online ordering, the website and QR self-ordering are only on the top Business plan; the Basic plan is a cash register only.
Greece only: the terms grant the licence for use within Greek territory, and setup is built around Greek AADE/myDATA e-invoicing.
Store limits per plan: Basic covers 1 store, Essential up to 2 and Business up to 3.
European restaurants, bars and hotels, especially in Greece and the UK, that want commission-free QR table ordering, pickup and delivery linked to the POS they already use
GonnaOrder is a web-based ordering platform from Amsterdam for restaurants, cafés, bars and hotels. It covers a commission-free ordering website for pickup and delivery, table QR ordering and payment, kiosks, table reservations, loyalty and gift cards, and runs on an ordinary tablet or PC. It charges a flat monthly or annual subscription from €49 a month, priced by how many modules are switched on, and takes no commission on orders.

The restaurant connects its own payment provider. The integrations page lists Stripe, Viva, Mollie, Square, payabl., Global Payments, Trust Payments, Paymentsense, Dojo, RMS, ClearAccept, Rootline (iDEAL, Bancontact), Solidgate, emerchantpay, Fygaro, ABA Payway, JCC (Cyprus), and NBG Pay, Cardlink, Eurobank and Alpha Bank (Greece), among others, plus myPOS and Neosoft card terminals for in-person payment. Customers pay by card or wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, depending on the provider.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Branded app · Multiple locations · Menu translation · Reservations
0% commission on every plan, and GonnaOrder says it makes no money from customers' card payments (GonnaOrder pricing page).
One subscription covers a choice of modules: table QR ordering, pickup, open tab, kiosk, delivery, reservations, and loyalty and gift cards, with prices published from €49 a month (GonnaOrder pricing page).
Lists about 30 payment providers and POS systems such as Epos Now, Loyverse, Shopify, Sunsoft and Twinsoft, plus Wolt Drive for on-demand couriers (GonnaOrder integrations page).
Starter covers 1 venue, 1 module and 20 QR codes; using all 7 modules needs Scale at €109 a month, and each extra sales channel costs €20 a month (GonnaOrder pricing page).
Extras cost more: a branded app is €500 one-time plus €500 a year, a custom domain €40, SMS from €0.05 each, and full store onboarding from €300 (GonnaOrder pricing page).
Not a POS: orders go to the restaurant's existing ePOS or till through an integration (GonnaOrder pricing and integrations pages).
Restaurants and cafés in Greece that want a myDATA-ready cloud POS, their own commission-free ordering website and apps, and viva.com card payments in one system
BringFood is a Greek restaurant ordering system from AppDate Software IKE in Lykovrysi, Attica. It combines a cloud cash register from a certified myDATA provider, a waiter app, QR order-and-pay, a branded ordering website (eShop) and the restaurant's own Android and iOS apps, and is sold after a demo to restaurants, cafés, souvlaki shops, pizzerias and beach bars across Greece. It charges a flat monthly fee with no commission: €40 a month for the E-POS, which every package includes, plus €20 for the eShop, €30 for apps and paid add-ons.

The eShop and apps take online payments through Viva, Stripe or PayPal, with Apple Pay, Google Pay and IRIS, plus cash and bank transfer. In the venue, BringFood is a certified viva.com ISV partner: the till drives the viva.com terminal for card payments, IRIS and fiscal signing, and cards can also be taken in the waiter app with viva.com's Tap on Any Device, without a separate terminal.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Branded app · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations · Menu translation · Reservations
0% commission on eShop and app orders, with a flat monthly price and unlimited registers, waiters, QR points and drivers at no extra cost (pricing page).
One live order feed for table, counter, phone, website, app and QR orders, with a cloud cash register from a certified myDATA provider and a waiter app for Android and iPhone (home page, solutions page).
Certified viva.com ISV partner: the till drives the viva.com terminal, so each card or IRIS payment and its myDATA receipt are tied to the order, and cards can also be taken in the waiter app (payments page, home page, viva.com partner directory).
No free plan and no self-serve sign-up: restaurants request a demo or a quote and BringFood sets up the system (home page, pricing page, contact page).
The €40 E-POS package is always included, so an ordering website costs at least €60 a month and own apps another €30 (pricing page).
Many features are paid add-ons: eFood / Wolt / Box connection €30, coupons & rewards €20, kitchen display €20 and the Delivery Boy driver app €10 a month (pricing page).

Cafés, bars and restaurants in Greece that want free QR table ordering with Viva.com card prepayment, and a cloud POS that also takes efood and Wolt orders
Butler is a hospitality platform from Butler Chat P.C. in Athens, sold to cafés, bars, restaurants and hotels in Greece, Cyprus and Ireland. It has a free digital storefront that lists a venue in the Butler app and lets guests scan a table QR code to order and prepay by card through Viva.com, plus a cloud POS with delivery, kitchen display and stock tools. The basic storefront is free and Butler takes no commission on orders; Butler+, the POS and add-ons are subscriptions from €8.33 a month (POS Mini, billed yearly) excluding VAT.

Guests prepay in the Butler app by debit or credit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay through Viva.com, and the restaurant needs an active Viva.com account. On Butler+, guests can instead pay staff in cash or by card. In-store, Butler POS works with payment terminals from Viva.com, epay (Piraeus Bank), NBG and Nexi (Alpha Bank). Butler's B2B terms say it collects guest payments as a marketplace operator through a licensed payment provider.
Includes: QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · POS · Marketing tools · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations · Menu translation
The basic Butler plan is free: a venue listing in the Butler app, a digital menu, promotions and happy hours, and QR ordering with in-app card prepayment. Butler says it takes no commission on orders; only Viva.com's transaction fees apply when a guest prepays (Digital Storefront page, FAQ).
Prices are published, excluding VAT: Butler+ is €25 a month billed yearly (€300) or €30 monthly, and the POS runs from €8.33 a month (Mini, €100 a year) to €58.33 a month (full POS, €700 a year). A yearly plan costs ten months' fees (pricing pages, price feed).
The menu and venue messages are translated into each guest's own language automatically. The restaurant only enters the menu in Greek, at no extra cost (Digital Storefront page).
Guests order inside the Butler app, or its App Clip / Instant App, rather than on the restaurant's own website. Before their first order they must sign in with Google or Apple (Digital Storefront page and FAQ).
On the free plan, guest ordering relies on card prepayment through Viva.com and needs a Viva.com account. Letting guests pay staff in cash or by card needs Butler+, at €25–€30 a month (Digital Storefront page).
Reservations are listed as 'coming soon'. POS Lite has no table management, delivery management or kitchen display; those need the full POS at €58.33 a month billed yearly or €70 monthly (POS price table).
Greek delivery and take-away shops (souvlaki, pizza, sandwich shops, cafés) that use or want eLINK's ordering software and prefer a fixed yearly fee to commission
OnlineFood is the online ordering add-on from eLINK, a Piraeus company that sells ordering software and hardware to Greek restaurants. It adds an ordering shop (and, on the Smart package, iOS and Android apps) to a delivery or take-away restaurant's own website, and orders go straight into eLINK's ordering software and print like phone orders. It takes no commission: the onlinefood.gr price list shows €33 a month billed yearly plus a one-off setup fee of €600 or €1,000, before VAT.

onlinefood.gr lists online payments in both packages, with the money going straight into the restaurant's own account. The ordering app's interface includes a Viva online payment step and tells customers their card can be stored with Viva, not the store. Each restaurant chooses its methods: Οι Μερακλήδες offers cash or a card terminal at the door, and Savvas Kebap advertises card payment at home.
Includes: Own ordering website · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Branded app · Multiple locations · Menu translation
No commission on orders: eLINK says OnlineFood costs a fixed yearly fee unrelated to order volume (product page), and onlinefood.gr advertises online orders without commission.
Online orders go straight into eLINK's Delivery Control and print automatically, like a phone order. Menu, price and availability changes made in Delivery Control update the website automatically (product page).
Works on the restaurant's existing website, or eLINK builds one. The Smart package adds the restaurant's own iOS and Android apps, and eLINK advertises taking orders from the restaurant's Facebook page (onlinefood.gr price list, homepage).
A one-off setup fee of €600 (Web) or €1,000 (Smart) on top of €33 a month billed yearly, and prices exclude 24% VAT. Add-ons such as loyalty, SMS and email campaigns are quote only (onlinefood.gr price list, archived copy).
The price list is only on the older onlinefood.gr site, which did not load on 26 September 2026. eLINK's own product page gives no price.
Tied to eLINK's software: the product page calls OnlineFood an extension of Delivery Control and lists Delivery Control, a POS computer, a printer and a barcode scanner as what you will also need. A link to another ordering system is a paid add-on.
Greek delivery and takeaway shops (souvlaki, pizza, cafés) that take many phone orders and want their own website, app, POS and driver management in one system
GETFOOD Pro is a Greek cloud system for restaurants, cafés and other food shops, made by the Athens software company OTO Dev. It gives a shop its own ordering website, Android and iOS apps and a free QR digital menu, plus a POS with phone ordering, delivery-driver and stock management. It is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription with a 14-day free trial; current prices load from GETFOOD Pro's server and could not be read, and card payments through Viva Wallet carry a GETFOOD Pro service cost of up to 6% + €0.25 on top of Viva's own fee.
Price

Commission
No commission on orders paid in cash: the site sells GETFOOD Pro as commission-free, with "no hidden fees and percentages" and a fixed monthly cost. On card payments through Viva Wallet, GETFOOD Pro adds its own service cost to Viva's fee; it says this depends on the subscription plan and goes up to 6% + €0.25 per transaction.
Online payments
Customers pay cash or by card. GETFOOD Pro is a Viva Wallet (Viva.com) software partner: its Smart Checkout takes credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and other methods, and pays out daily to the restaurant's Viva business account. One live customer shop's settings (archived February 2026) offered cash on delivery and card payment through Everypay.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Online payments · POS · Marketing tools · Branded app · Menu translation
Phone ordering tools (GETFOOD Telephony): caller ID opens the customer's file for fast order entry, and callers on hold hear promotional messages or offers (home and POS pages).
The restaurant's own ordering website plus Android and iOS apps and a Facebook ordering app under its own name; OTO Dev publishes branded apps for shops such as Γυράδικο Χρήστος on Google Play.
A free QR digital menu for tables, hotel rooms and sunbeds (getCONTACTLESS), listed as multilingual; adding the paid getONLINE service lets guests order and pay from their phone.
Current prices are not visible: the pricing table loads from GETFOOD Pro's server, and the only prices in the site's code are older plan cards (from €35–45 a month for getONLINE) that the pricing page does not display.
Not fully commission-free: card payments through Viva Wallet carry a GETFOOD Pro service cost of up to 6% + €0.25 per transaction on top of Viva's fee, depending on the plan.
Built for Greece (and Cyprus): the sign-up forms accept VAT numbers only in the Greek or Cypriot format, support is by phone from Athens Monday to Friday 10:00–18:00, and the site is in Greek and English only.
Restaurants that want QR ordering, kiosks and kitchen screens in a POS linked to full accounting and inventory, and can manage a more involved setup
Odoo is a Belgian suite of open-source business apps. Its POS Restaurant app runs table service, kitchen displays, QR and kiosk self-ordering, and takeaway and delivery orders, and its eCommerce app adds an online ordering website. It suits restaurants that want the till connected to Odoo's accounting, inventory and marketing apps. One app, such as POS Restaurant, is free for unlimited users. Using two or more apps costs a fee per user per month (Standard is US$31.10 billed yearly), and the pricing page lists no per-order commission.

Online payments go through a payment provider the restaurant connects. Options include Adyen, Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Mercado Pago, Mollie, Xendit, Flutterwave, Paymob and PayU. Pay-on-site and cash on delivery are also available. In-store card terminals include Adyen, Stripe, Viva.com, Worldline, SIX, Ingenico, Mercado Pago, Razorpay, Pine Labs, Tyro, QFPay, Mollie and DPO Pay. QR self-orders can take one online payment method. At a kiosk, card terminals must be Adyen or Stripe, guests can also pay online by scanning a QR code, and cash is not accepted.
POS Restaurant is free with unlimited users on the One App Free plan, and the pricing page lists no per-order commission (Odoo pricing page; Odoo POS Restaurant page).
QR table ordering and self-order kiosks are built into the POS. Guests order and pay from their phone or a kiosk, and orders go straight to the kitchen preparation display (Odoo 19.0 documentation, Self-ordering).
Dine-in, takeaway, eCommerce website orders and delivery-app orders are handled in one place. Delivery can be limited to a set radius, and orders can be booked into time slots (Odoo POS Restaurant features page; Odoo documentation, Presets).
Website orders for delivery or pickup run through Odoo's eCommerce app, which is separate from POS. Installing a second app moves the restaurant off the free plan onto Standard, at US$31.10 per user a month billed yearly (US$24.90 in the first year) (Odoo pricing page; Odoo POS Restaurant features page).
Delivery-app orders come in through UrbanPiper. This needs a separate UrbanPiper subscription, an Odoo Enterprise subscription and a reseller account with each delivery platform (Odoo 19.0 documentation, UrbanPiper).
Customers can only place QR or kiosk orders while the POS register is open (Odoo 19.0 documentation, Self-ordering).
UK restaurants and groups that want commission-free pickup, delivery and catering ordering under their own brand, with QR order & pay and pay-at-table on the Pro plan
Storekit is a London-based ordering platform for restaurants: branded pickup and delivery ordering on the restaurant's own domain, plus catering pre-orders, QR order & pay, pay-at-table, digital tabs, kiosks and a native branded app on higher plans. The Basic plan for pickup and delivery is free; the pricing page's plan cards show Grow at £99 and Pro at £199 a month, rolling, while its comparison table says 'from £82' and 'from £166'. Storekit takes 0% commission but charges its own card rate on every paid order through storekit Payments.

storekit Payments, powered by Adyen, takes cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and regional payment methods (a June 2025 copy of the help centre has articles on accepting Klarna and on iDEAL in the Netherlands). Payouts arrive about two working days after the sales day. Payment currencies: GBP, EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, CHF, SEK, DKK, NOK, ZAR and ALL. The docs list Poland, Mexico, Turkey and Morocco as supported countries without storekit Payments.

0% commission on every plan and channel, no setup fee, and a free Basic plan for pickup and delivery with no monthly fee. Basic, Grow and Pro are rolling monthly, cancel any time (pricing page).
One platform for pickup, delivery, catering pre-orders, QR order & pay, pay-at-table, digital tabs, kiosks and a native branded app (App Studio). It works standalone or connects to the till: Deliverect on every plan, Toast, Square, Lightspeed and Stream from Grow, Syrve, Tissl and 3S POS on Pro (pricing page).
Delivery can go to the restaurant's own riders or be dispatched to couriers: Uber Direct and Shipday from Basic, Nash, Pedal Me and Orkestro from Grow (the homepage also names Deliveroo Express), with live tracking for guests (homepage, pricing page).
Every paid order carries Storekit's own card rate, and the current pricing page no longer publishes the figures. The docs list 3.9% + 20p per takeaway order on a rolling plan (2.9% + 20p on a 12-month plan) and 3.9% + 20p on catering.
In-venue and catering ordering need paid plans: QR order & pay, pay-at-table and digital tabs need Pro (£199 a month rolling), catering needs Grow (£99), and POS integrations other than Deliverect start on Grow. App Studio adds £99 a month and kiosks £69 a month plus £30 per extra screen (pricing page).
Loyalty, the till and table bookings come from other systems: loyalty and CRM integrations are not on Basic (Klaviyo, Leat and Como from Grow; Airship and Acteol on Pro), Storekit sits alongside an existing POS rather than replacing it, and bookings come through an OpenTable integration (pricing page, docs).
Restaurants and chains that want one cloud POS with kitchen screens, QR table ordering, online orders and reservations, bought and supported through a local HIOPOS partner
HIOPOS is a cloud POS suite made by HIOPOS Solutions, a company in Torrefarrera, Lleida, Spain, that the ICG group set up in 2010. For restaurants it combines tills, waiter handhelds, kitchen screens, QR table ordering with payment on the customer's phone, reservations, and online delivery and takeaway orders through PortalRest, ICG's ordering site. It is sold as a subscription (software as a service) through the sales team and local partners, whom HIOPOS lists in 48 countries; prices are not published.

At the till HIOPOS takes card payments through a connected PIN pad or a waiter's handheld terminal, and cash through a cash drawer or a CashDro smart drawer. Customers who order by QR at the table or online through PortalRest can pay on their own phone. HIOPOS and PortalRest do not name the online payment gateway or its fees. The Australian partner connects HIOPOS to card PIN pads.

One system covers the whole restaurant: POS terminals, waiter handhelds, HIOSCREEN kitchen screens, QR table ordering with payment on the customer's phone, online delivery and takeaway orders, table reservations, HIOSTOCK stock control and the HIOFFICE back office (HIOPOS restaurants page).
PortalRest online ordering states 0% commission and says restaurants do not pay according to the number of orders. Orders arrive in the POS automatically, and ordering can be opened from the restaurant's website, Facebook and Instagram (PortalRest online ordering page).
Reservations are well covered: booking from Google, an optional payment per booking or per diner against no-shows, email or SMS reminders, automatic table assignment and a WhatsApp chatbot that takes bookings (PortalRest reservations page).
No prices are published on hiopos.com or PortalRest. hiopos.com sends restaurants to its sales team by contact form or WhatsApp, and HIOPOS sells and supports through partners in each country (HIOPOS restaurants and partners pages).
The online payment provider and card fees are not published on hiopos.com or PortalRest.
The official site says HIOPOS takes orders from "external platforms" but does not name them. The Australian partner names only Glovo.
Whether restaurants in Greece can sign up and use it today: a local site, local pricing, local customers or a sign-up open to any country.
What it costs a small restaurant: the monthly price, any commission or per-order fee, and contracts.
What it does for ordering: your own website, QR table ordering, delivery, pickup and payments.
Menuthere is on the list because it is a real option here, and we put it where its strengths — no commission and a free plan — fit; its limits (such as payments outside India) are stated in its entry.
Nobody paid to be on this list. Prices change: check each company's own page before you sign.
Questions
