Other payment options: GCash, bank transfer and more
Besides online payment and cash, you can list your own ways to pay, like GCash or a bank transfer. The customer picks one at checkout, sees your instructions, account details and QR code, and the order comes in straight away as unpaid. Nothing is checked automatically: you confirm the money yourself and mark the order paid.

Add a payment method
Step 1: Open Other payment options
Go to Settings → Payments & tax and stay on Payment Methods. Below Cash payments and Online payment is Other payment options. Press Set up (or Configure once you have a method).
Step 2: Add GCash, a bank transfer or your own
Press Add GCash or Add Bank transfer to start from a ready-made method, or Add another method to start from a blank one. You can add up to 6.
Step 3: Give it a name
A Name is all a method needs. It is offered for every order type straight away.
Step 4: Add more if you like, then save
Open More settings for the optional extras: Account details (a number, account name or IBAN, shown with a copy button), Instructions for the customer, a QR code (Add QR image (optional)), Offer it for (Delivery, Takeaway and/or Dine-in) and Ask for a reference number. Press Save.
What the customer sees
- A Payment method card at checkout lists every way to pay: Pay online, Cash on delivery (or Pay at store) and each method you added.
- Picking your method shows its instructions, account details with Copy, the QR code, and an optional Reference number field.
- The order is placed straight away, like a cash order: you get it at once and the kitchen ticket prints.
- On the order page, the customer sees Paying by with the method's name until you mark the order paid.
Confirm the payment
The order's payment reads like GCash (unpaid) in your orders, and the order details show Customer chose with the reference number the customer typed. Check that the money arrived, or call the customer, then mark the order paid. See Record how an order was paid.
