Porter and Rapido auto-booking
Connect your own Porter and Rapido accounts and Menuthere books a rider for each delivery order, automatically or when you press Book rider. Riders are tried one provider at a time, and you choose whether the customer pays the live quote or your own pricing.

Set up Porter and Rapido
Step 1: Connect your accounts
Open Settings → Ordering → Porter & Rapido and press Accounts. For each provider press Connect, enter the account's Mobile number, press Send OTP, then enter the OTP and press Verify. Add more than one account to a provider and give them the same Group number so a free rider is used.
Step 2: Choose the vehicle and how trips are paid
Pick a Vehicle: Bike, Parcel or Scooty. For each provider, set Pay for Porter trips (and Rapido) to Wallet or Cash. With Wallet, a short balance means the rider collects the rest in cash at pickup.
Step 3: Decide when a rider is booked
Switch on Book a rider automatically and choose Book when the order is Accepted or Food ready, with an optional After delay in minutes. Leave it off to press Book rider on each order instead.
Step 4: Decide what the customer pays
Under What the customer pays for delivery choose My pricing (your own radius pricing) or The live rider quote. You can also switch on Let the restaurant choose who pays delivery, so the customer pays the rider at the drop instead of at checkout. Press Save.
How booking works
