Set up QR table ordering
Give every table its own QR code. A guest scans it, your menu opens with the table already set, and the order reaches your dashboard as a table order, so nobody waits for a waiter to take it.

Add your tables
Step 1: Add tables in bulk
Open Sales channel → QR ordering and press Add tables. Enter the Number of tables, a Name prefix such as "Table", and the number to Start at.
Step 2: Download the QR codes
Back on the table list, tick the tables you want (the top box selects the whole page) and press Download QR codes. You get one Excel sheet with every table's code. For a single table, press View QR and then Download PNG. See Download and print table QR codes.
Step 3: Print them and put one on each table
When a guest scans, your menu opens for that table. Their order shows in Orders as a table order with the table's name on it.
Change a single table
Press Edit on a table to change its Table number or Table name, add or take off an amount per item for dine-in at that table, or turn on View only so a scan opens a menu guests can browse but not order from.
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Table name | What staff and the kitchen see on the order, for example "Terrace 2". |
| Dine-in pricing | Menu price keeps your normal prices. Add an amount adds (or, with a minus, takes off) an amount on every item at this table. |
| View only | The QR opens your menu without ordering. Useful for a waiting area. |
