POS settings, language, dark mode and the tour
Settings is for managers and holds nine tabs: Till, Staff, Layout & photos, Dine-in & kitchen, Offers, Printers, Language & currency, Server and About. Settings are saved on each device.

The settings tabs

| Printers | Layouts, alignment, choosing printers, tests and what Place order & print prints |
| Language & currency | The app's language, and the currency shown and printed on this device |
| Server | For testing with Menuthere only; leave it on menuthere.com |
| About | The version and where the data is kept on this device |
Change the language
Press the globe button in the top bar (or on the first screen), or Settings › Language & currency › Change. The screens change at once and it works offline. Languages: English, Arabic, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Turkish, Indonesian, Japanese, Chinese, Urdu, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada and Telugu. Dish names stay as you typed them.
Dark mode and the tour
- Dark mode / Light mode: the moon or sun button in the top bar. Kept per device.
- Help in the top bar starts the tour again: Next, Back, Show me and Skip the tour. It starts by itself the first time a device reaches Billing.
Questions
Can I change the currency?
Yes, in Language & currency. It changes what this device shows and prints. A Menuthere store can keep Same as my dashboard.
Is there a backup button?
No. A Menuthere store's bills are on your dashboard, and a free store can save online. You can also export the menu, customers and reports.
