Menuthere delivery pool
The Menuthere delivery pool is a rider network run by Menuthere. You invite riders by phone or approve their requests, and when you accept a delivery order it is sent to your linked riders automatically. You watch who is available and track live orders in one screen.

Set up the delivery pool
Step 1: Switch the pool on
Switch on Menuthere delivery pool under Settings → Features. If you don't see it there, ask Menuthere support to turn it on. Delivery Pool then appears under More in the sidebar.
Step 2: Make sure your store has a location
Riders can't find you without one. If it's missing, the pool screen shows Set your store location so riders can find you. Set it under Settings → Store details.
Step 3: Add your riders
Press Add rider, enter the rider's phone number and press Invite. They accept in the rider app. If a rider asks to join you, the request appears under Rider link requests. Check their Docs, then press Approve or Reject, adding a reason when you reject.

Step 4: Accept orders as usual
When you accept a delivery order, it is sent to your linked riders automatically. There is nothing to press.
Step 5: Watch the pool
Use the four tabs: Linked riders, Availability, Live orders and Rider performance. The screen refreshes every 6 seconds.
Pool settings and good to know
| Setting | What it does |

| Hide order value | Doesn't show the food total to the pool. On by default. |
| Show delivery charge | Shows riders the delivery charge from your delivery settings. On by default. |
| Disable and Enable | Pause a rider without unlinking them. |
| Remove | Unlinks the rider so they stop receiving your orders. |
