Delivery

Where you deliver, what it costs and who carries it.

• Set up delivery: start hereAll plansSwitch delivery on, set where you deliver and what you charge, then choose who carries the order: your own riders, a courier partner or the customer.
• Delivery radiusAll plansSet how far from your store you deliver. Checkout turns away addresses past your maximum delivery distance, and a map shows the circle you've drawn.
• Delivery zonesAll plansDraw the areas you deliver to on a map instead of one radius. Orders from outside every zone are stopped at checkout, and each zone can have its own charge.
• Add a zone by area nameAll plansType a district or neighbourhood and Menuthere draws its real outline from OpenStreetMap as a delivery zone, so you don't have to trace the border yourself.
• Delivery charges: flat, by distance, by zoneAll plansCharge one flat fee, a fee that grows with distance, or a fee for each delivery zone. Set it in Delivery settings and checkout adds it to the bill.
• Free and reduced deliveryLite and upWaive or cut the delivery charge when an order passes an amount you set, within a distance or inside chosen zones. Customers see a nudge to add more.
• Minimum order and maximum distanceAll plansSet the smallest delivery order you'll take and the farthest distance you'll deliver. See what customers are told when they fall short at checkout.
• Charge for the return tripAll plansDouble your delivery charge to pay a rider for the ride back as well. See what it changes, what it leaves alone, and how it combines with free delivery.
• See what each distance costsAll plansThe delivery radius map shows what a customer pays at each distance, who prices it and where free delivery reaches, and it updates as you edit.
• When a customer is outside your areaAll plansSee what customers are told when their address is past your radius or outside your zones, how they can still order, and how to widen your area.
• Your own delivery ridersPro and upAdd your own delivery riders, give each a phone and password for the rider app, assign them to orders and see their deliveries and delivery charges.
• The rider appPro and upYour riders sign in to the Menuthere delivery app with the phone number and password you set. See how to install it and what happens when an order is assigned.
• Collect payment at the doorPro and upChoose what your rider shows when a customer pays on delivery: no QR, a QR for your UPI ID, or a fresh QR made for each order's exact amount.
• Pickup and delivery codesPro and upAsk delivery pool riders for a pickup code and the customer for a delivery code, so food only changes hands with the right person.
• Customers track the rider livePro and upOnce a rider is on the way, the customer's order page shows who is delivering, how long it will take, and a live map with a Call button.
• Porter and Rapido auto-bookingAdd-onConnect your Porter and Rapido accounts and let Menuthere book a rider for each order automatically, or press Book rider when you want one.
• Route deliveries by distanceAdd-onSend near orders to your own rider, mid-distance orders to an instant third-party rider and far orders to Shiprocket, with its own payment rule for each band.
• Menuthere delivery poolPro and upInvite riders to your Menuthere delivery pool by phone. Accepted orders go straight to your linked riders, and you watch availability and live orders.
• ShiprocketPro and upShip orders through your own Shiprocket account, as parcels or with Shiprocket Quick for same-city riders. Set it up, test it and choose when orders ship.
• Delivery agents (Adloggs)Pro and upHand accepted orders to a delivery agent such as Adloggs, quote the delivery charge live at checkout and track the rider. Menuthere support switches it on.
• Let customers book their own courierAll plansOffer pickup orders and let customers book a Porter, Rapido or Uber courier themselves. You skip riders and delivery charges, and get a note on the order.
• Maps: OpenStreetMap or your Google keyAll plansChoose which map your customers use to pick a delivery address: free OpenStreetMap, or Google Maps on your own API key that Google bills to you.
