Set up loyalty points
Loyalty points give customers a reason to come back. Every completed order earns a percentage back as points, and customers spend points on later orders. You set the rate, the minimum order and the redeem limits, separately for delivery, takeaway and dine-in.

Set the rules
Step 1: Open Loyalty settings
Go to Promotions → Loyalty and press Settings. If the screen says loyalty points are not enabled, ask Menuthere support to enable it, then turn it on under Settings → Features.
Step 2: Pick an order type
Under Rules for, choose Delivery, Takeaway or Dine-in. Each has its own rules and its own switch, Give points on delivery orders and so on. A type that is off shows “· off” and earns and redeems nothing.
Step 3: Set the earn and redeem rules
Set the Earn rate (a percentage of the order), the Minimum order to earn, Max bill coverage (%) and Minimum points needed to redeem. A line below shows what a ₹500 order would earn.
Step 4: Save
Press Save changes. The page shows Unsaved changes until you do.
