Shiprocket
Connect your own Shiprocket account and ship orders through it, either as parcels anywhere in India or with Shiprocket Quick, a same-city rider. You choose when orders ship and whether customers pay Shiprocket's rate. Shipping is billed to your Shiprocket wallet, not through Menuthere.

Connect Shiprocket
Step 1: Create an API user in Shiprocket
In Shiprocket, go to Shiprocket → Settings → API → Add New API User. Use an email address different from your Shiprocket login, or Shiprocket rejects it. Copy the password straight away, because Shiprocket shows it only once.
Step 2: Send the login to Menuthere support
The Shiprocket setup screen is not in the dashboard yet. Send the Shiprocket API user email and password to Menuthere support. Support enters them and runs Test connection. The password is stored encrypted and never shown again.
Step 3: Pick a shipping mode and pickup location
Tell support whether to use Parcel courier for packed goods anywhere in India, or Shiprocket Quick for a same-city rider, and which Pickup location to use. It must already exist in Shiprocket.
Step 4: Decide when and how orders ship
Tell support whether orders should ship automatically, and when: once an order is Accepted, Ready or Dispatched. Support can also have checkout charge Shiprocket's live rate, and schedule the courier's pickup once it is assigned.
Step 5: Add the webhook, then switch it on
Support gives you a webhook URL and Token. Add them in Shiprocket under Shiprocket → Settings → Additional Settings → Webhooks, using Auth Token Type x-api-key, and turn Webhook Connection on. Then switch on Shiprocket under Settings → Features.
