When the dashboard locks
If a Menuthere invoice is still unpaid a day after its due date, your dashboard locks. Only Billing stays open. Your customer menu stays online and keeps taking orders, nothing is deleted, and paying the invoice unlocks the dashboard.

What happens and how to unlock
Step 1: Read the lock screen
It names the invoice, the amount and the date it was due, and says your customer menu is still online and taking orders.
Step 2: Press Pay invoice
Pay invoice opens that invoice's payment page, so you never pay a plan twice. Pay it and your dashboard unlocks. If there is no pay link, the button reads Go to Billing.
Step 3: Or change plan
A Lite or Pro store can press Change plan instead, for example when a free trial ran out and you don't want to pay. See Upgrade or change your plan.
What stays open and what doesn't
- Still works: your customer menu, your ordering website and your table QR codes, so customers can keep ordering. Billing stays open so you can pay. Your plan and add-ons are unchanged.
- Locked until you pay: every other dashboard screen, including Orders, Menu, Analytics and Settings.
- The lock comes a day after the invoice's due date. Menuthere emails you when it happens, with the invoice attached, and sends reminders about 3 and 7 days later.
- A payment that is still processing never locks the dashboard.
- An outlet billed on another store's invoice locks with that invoice and unlocks when it is paid.
- A banner strip across the top repeats the message after you reload. You can hide it for now.
