Download your codes
Step 1: Open your table list
Go to Sales channel → QR ordering. Every table is a row with its scan count and whether it is occupied. Use the search box to find a table by number or name.
Step 2: Download many tables as one Excel sheet
Tick the box beside each table, or the box at the top to tick the whole page. A bar appears with Download QR codes. It saves TableQRs.xlsx with one row per table: the table number, its QR image and its scan count. A selection can span several pages.
Step 3: Or download one table as a PNG
Press View QR on a table. A window shows the code and its link. Download PNG saves a large image, ready to print or place in your own design. Copy link copies the table's link.
Print and place them
- Print each code large enough to scan from the seat, on matt paper or a laminated card. Glossy stickers can glare under restaurant lights.
- Put the table's name next to the code so staff can tell cards apart when they collect and re-set them.
- Scan every printed code with your own phone before you put it out.
- If you want a card with your payment QR and Google review QR beside the menu code, use the free Table QR card maker.
