Connect your WhatsApp number
Press Connect WhatsApp, sign in with Facebook and pick your business number. Menuthere can then send order updates and run your WhatsApp bot from that number. You can link the number you already use on the WhatsApp Business app.

Connect your number
Step 1: Press Connect WhatsApp
Open Sales channel → WhatsApp. Until a number is linked the screen shows one card with a Connect WhatsApp button.
Step 2: Sign in with Facebook and pick your number
A Facebook window opens. Sign in with the login that manages your WhatsApp Business account and choose the number to link. If your browser blocks the window, allow pop-ups for Menuthere and press the button again.
Step 3: Check the status
Back on Menuthere, the top card shows your number with a Connected badge and how many automation flows are on. The Where to go list below it opens each tool.
What the status means
| You see | What it means |
|---|---|
| Connected | Messages can be sent and received on this number. |
| Not connected | No number is linked yet. |
| Disconnected | Meta has cut the link. Automatic replies and order updates have stopped until you press Reconnect in Number settings. |
Each number also shows its Meta health in Number settings: Verified, a quality rating (Quality: High, Medium or Low) and a daily sending limit such as 1,000 msgs/day. A low rating or a small limit slows broadcasts.
