Fridge temperature log sheet
The fridge temperature log sheet tool makes a printable record for each fridge and freezer: the day, the time, the reading, initials and what you did if a reading was high. Pick a week or a month and two or three checks a day, then download it as a PDF to print or an Excel file to fill in on a tablet.

Make the sheet
Open the fridge temperature log sheet. It is free, needs no sign-up and works on a phone.
Step 1: Add your details
Under 1. Your details type your Business name and press Add logo if you want your logo on the sheet. Both are optional.
Step 2: List your fridges and freezers
Under 2. Your fridges and freezers name each unit and pick its type: Fridge, Freezer, Display chiller, Walk-in or Hot hold. Press Add a fridge or freezer for more, up to 8.
Step 3: Pick the period and checks
Under 3. Period and checks choose One week (A4 landscape, two units a page) or One month (A4 portrait, a page for each unit), the Week starting date or the Month, and Checks a day. Print the target for each unit adds 5°C or below for fridges and -18°C or colder for freezers.
Step 4: Download it
Press Download PDF to print, or Download Excel for one sheet per unit with a row for every check. In Excel, readings above target turn amber and above the action level red.
