Menu price calculator
The menu price calculator gives every dish three prices: one for dine-in, one for your own website and one for the delivery apps. Type what each dish costs to make and it works out prices that leave you the same money on every channel, with tax shown the way your country does it.

Price your menu
Open the menu price calculator. It is free, needs no sign-up and works on a phone.
Step 1: Add your dishes and their cost
Under Your dishes and prices type each Dish name and its Food cost: what one plate costs you to make. Three example dishes are there to start.
Step 2: Check your numbers
Under Your numbers set the Food cost you aim for, Packaging per order, Round prices to and Currency. Under Delivery app and website enter the Delivery app commission, the Tax on the commission and the Payment fee on your website. Set Tax on food and switch on Menu prices include tax if your printed prices already hold the tax.
Step 3: Use your prices
Press Copy as text to paste the list into your menu or delivery app. Or press Make my order page to put your website prices on a free WhatsApp order page.

| Dine-in | Food cost divided by your food cost percentage. |
| Own website | Dine-in price plus packaging, raised just enough to cover your payment fee. |
| Delivery app | Dine-in price plus packaging, raised enough to cover the app's commission and the tax on it. |
