Search and filter orders
Search finds an order by its number, the customer's name or phone, a dish or a table. Filters narrow the list by type, status and date, and the date filter looks through your whole history. Free shows the last 30 days.

Find an order
Step 1: Type in the search box
Type in Search orders…. A number such as 42 or #42 finds order 42. A name, a phone number, a dish name or a table number finds those too. The results are grouped by what matched.
Step 2: Narrow by type and sort
The menus beside the search box filter by type (All Types, Delivery, Table, POS) and sort by Newest First, Oldest First, Highest Amount or Lowest Amount. Your sort choice is remembered.
Step 3: Pick a date range
The date menu offers All time, Today, Last 7 days, This month and Custom. Any choice other than All time opens All orders, which searches your whole history. For Custom, enter From and To and press Apply.

Good to know
- Search in All orders looks through every order in the date range, ten at a time. The footer says, for example, Showing 1–10 of 380 orders.
- Status chips work on top of search and filters. In All orders they show no counts, because only one page is loaded at a time.
- A search that starts with #, Invoice or Order is read as an order number only.
- On a phone, the type, period and sort menus are behind one Filters button, with Clear all.
