Drinks GP calculator (UK)
The drinks GP calculator works out GP on a drink without VAT: a pint from a keg, a 25ml or 35ml measure, a glass of wine, a bottle or a cocktail. It also gives the price for a target GP, warns when a serve isn't a UK legal measure, and builds a price list with your overall wet GP.

Work out your drinks GP
Open the drinks GP calculator. It is free, needs no sign-up and works on a phone.
Step 1: Pick the drink and what you pay
Choose Draught, Spirits, Wine, Bottles & cans or Cocktails. Under 1. What you pay enter the container, its cost without VAT and the Serve. Add mixers in Mixer and garnish, and your Ullage and wastage if you know it. For a cocktail, press Add ingredient for each part.
Step 2: Get your GP or your price
Under 2. Your price choose My GP and type the Selling price with VAT, or choose The price for a GP and set the Target GP and how to Round the price. Pick 20% VAT or Not VAT-registered. The result shows GP, cost per serve, pour cost, markup and GP per keg or bottle.
Step 3: Build your price list
Press Add to price list for each drink, or Fill example bar list. Add how many sell a week to see your sales-weighted wet GP. Download CSV or Excel, Copy as text, or type your bar name under Print a price list for the bar and press Download PDF to print.
