Read a customer's page
Step 1: Open the customer
In Customers → My customers, press a row. At the top you see their name, a Repeat or First order tag, their phone and when they first ordered. Call and Message buttons open a call or a WhatsApp chat.
Step 2: Read the five figures
Orders, Lifetime spend, Average order, Orders a month and Last order. Orders a month shows a dash until the customer has at least a month of history.
Step 3: Go through the orders and habits
Order history lists each order with its number, type, status, items, total, date and time, ten to a page. What they order shows their six most ordered dishes. Details gives their usual order type, usual time, how they pay, how they order and the last address.
Good to know
- Orders are found by phone number, so a guest order and a signed-in order from the same phone show together.
- The page shows up to the latest 100 orders for that customer.
- If the customer is a loyalty member, a Loyalty card shows their Balance, Earned and Redeemed points and their latest entries. See Manage loyalty members.
- Cancelled orders are left out.
- A person who only messaged you on WhatsApp has no orders, so the page shows No orders on record for this number.
