Open an order and read it
Step 1: Open the order
Press a row in Orders, or the Open order icon on the row, or an order on the dashboard.
Step 2: Read the top
The heading gives the order number, status, the order type and, for dine-in, the table. Under it the timeline shows Placed, Accepted, Ready, Picked up (delivery only) and Delivered, each with its time.
Step 3: Check the items and the bill
Order Items lists each dish with its quantity and price. The grey panel under it adds charges, Subtotal, discounts, tax and the Total Amount. A customer's note appears above the items as Order Note.
Step 4: Look at the cards on the right
Customer has Call and WhatsApp buttons, the address with View on Google Maps and Copy. Delivery shows the rider. Payment and the order information close the page.
