The live orders screen
Orders lists every order from the last 24 hours as it comes in, ten to a page. Use the status chips to see only what needs you now, and use the row to change the status, record the payment, print or open the order.

Use the live list
Step 1: Open Orders and stay on Live orders
The first button at the top is Live orders. The others are All orders, Prebookings and Dropped orders. Prebookings appears only if you take orders for later.
Step 2: Pick a status chip
Under the buttons, the chips All, Pending, Accepted, Food Ready, Dispatched, Completed and Cancelled each show how many orders sit in that status. Press one to see just those.

Step 3: Work from the row
Each row has a status pill you can press to change the status, a payment badge, a print menu, an Open order icon and a delete icon. Press the row itself to open the order.
What each column shows
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Invoice No | The order's number for the day, with the date and time. See How order numbers work. |
| Order ID | A short code for the order. Wide screens only. |
| Table / Location | Table: 4 for a table order, Takeaway, or the delivery address. |
| Payment | Prepaid, COD, or the method you recorded, for example COD · UPI. See Record how an order was paid. |
| Order type | Delivery, Takeaway or Dine-in. Orders rung up on the POS read POS: Dine-in and so on. |
| Order status | The status pill. Press it to change the status. |
| Total | The amount the customer pays. |
| Actions | Print KOT, Print Bill or Print KOT + Bill; open the order; delete the order (not offered once an order is Completed). |
