Legal pages for your store
Every Menuthere store has six public information pages: About Us, Contact Us, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation and Shipping & Delivery. They are written for you from your store details, are linked from your storefront, and need no setup.

| Privacy Policy | /your-username/privacy-policy | What customer information is collected and how it is used. |
| Refund & Cancellation | /your-username/refund-and-cancellation-policy | How cancellations and refunds work, with your contact details for requests. |
| Shipping & Delivery | /your-username/shipping-and-delivery-policy | Service areas, delivery times and charges, order tracking, failed deliveries and takeaway. |
Where the content comes from
- Your Store name, phone and address come from Store details.
- If your landing page has an address in its Visit section, the pages use that address. Otherwise they use your store address.
- Your FSSAI licence no. and GSTIN come from the Legal section of the landing page editor. They also print on bills.
Customers find these pages at the foot of your storefront, where Contact, Terms, Privacy and Refunds are linked. The sign-in screen also links Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Payment gateways expect a store to link pages like these.
Good to knowThe wording is standard and applies to every store, so you do not write or edit it in the dashboard. Search engines are asked not to list these pages, because every store has near-identical copies.
Questions
Do I have to switch these pages on?
No. They exist for every store as soon as it has a username.
Can I change the text of the policies?
Not from the dashboard. The pages use your details, so keep your store name, phone, address and licence numbers correct.
Why is my address wrong on the Contact page?
Check the Visit section of your landing page first, then your store address in Store details.
