The cake price calculator works out what to charge for a cake from your ingredients, gas, your time and the box. Choose the profit you want to keep and get the price per kg or per cake, plus a price for each size. Then make a price list image for WhatsApp or Instagram.

Price a cake
Open the cake price calculator. It is free, needs no sign-up and works on a phone.
Step 1: Choose how you price
Under What it costs you choose Price by: Per kg or Per cake. Pick your Currency. Example numbers are already filled in, so you see a price straight away.
Step 2: Enter your costs
Type the cost of your ingredients, or press List my ingredients to add each one. Then enter the time a cake takes (Baking, decorating, packing), Your hourly rate, Gas and electricity and Box and board.
Step 3: Set your profit
Under Your profit set the Margin and Round prices to. Under Extras you charge on top set a price for a Fondant finish, Cake topper, Photo print or Eggless. Set an extra to 0 to leave it off.
Step 4: Share your price list
Under What goes on it type your Your bakery name, a Heading, your Flavours and a contact line. Choose a Design, Colour and Heading font. Press Download image, or Share on a phone, to send it on WhatsApp or Instagram.
