Delivery agents (Adloggs)
Delivery agents are third-party delivery companies that Menuthere connects to your store. Adloggs is the first. When you accept a delivery order a rider is booked, checkout can quote the delivery charge live, and the customer gets a delivery code and a tracking link.

How delivery agents work
| Moment | What happens |
|---|---|
| You accept a delivery order | A rider is booked with the agent. Only real delivery orders with a map pin are booked, never takeaway. |
| You cancel the order | The booking is cancelled too. |
| Customer enters an address | Checkout asks the agent for a live price and whether it can serve the address, when Auto calculate delivery charge is on. |
| Agent can't serve the address | Checkout tells the customer delivery isn't available to their location. |
| A rider is on the way | The customer sees Track rider live, which opens the agent's tracking page, and a delivery code to give the rider. |
The settings you'll see

Good to knowThese settings are not in the dashboard yet, so Menuthere support sets them up. Once your account is connected, switch on Delivery agents under Settings → Features. Delivery agents work beside Porter and Rapido, and with both on you could get two riders for one order, so use one at a time. For a map of what each distance costs, see See what each distance costs.
Questions
Who pays the rider?
Rides are paid from your Adloggs wallet; ask Menuthere support for its balance. The customer pays the delivery charge shown at checkout.
Can I use delivery agents with my own riders?
Yes. You can still assign one of your own riders on any order.
