See which tables are occupied
Your table list marks a table Occupied while a customer's order from its QR is still being served. You can see the order number and its stage, and open the order in one press. You never mark tables by hand.

Read the table list
Step 1: Check the totals
The Occupied now tile at the top shows how many tables are occupied, with "of" your total beneath it. It updates as orders arrive.

Step 2: Look at each table
A table with a running order shows an Occupied tag. Under its name you see the order number, its stage and a note if the guest added items. A free table shows Not occupied.
Step 3: Open the order
Press View order on an occupied table to jump to that order. Back returns you to the same page of the table list.
When a table counts as occupied

| No activity on the order for 4 hours | Free again, even if the order was never completed |
