Make the form
Open the cake order form template. It is free, needs no sign-up and works on a phone.
Step 1: Add your business
Under 1. Your business type your Business name, a Contact line and, if you like, an Address. Press Add logo for your logo. Pick the Paper size (A4, A5 or US Letter) and the Currency.
Step 2: Choose sections and choices
Under 2. Sections and choices switch off any section you don't need. Customer and Cake are always on. Edit the Sizes, Sponges, Fillings and Coverings, one on each line; they print as tick boxes. Press Add a price to print a price list.
Step 3: Set the deposit and terms
Under 3. Deposit and terms pick a Deposit (Fixed, % of total or None), when the balance is due and How customers pay. Edit the Terms, one on each line. Photo opt-out box and Data note add a tick box and a line about the customer's details.
Step 4: Download or go online
Under 4. How it looks pick Classic, Plain or Pastel. Press Download PDF to print, or Copy as text for the questions. Make my online cake order form opens a free order form page with your business name.
