Collect payment at the door
For orders the customer pays at the door, choose what your rider shows: nothing (cash only), a QR for your UPI ID, or a fresh QR made for each order's exact amount. The money goes to your account, not through Menuthere.

Choose how the rider collects payment
Step 1: Find the card
Open Settings → Ordering → Delivery boy settings and look for How the payment is collected. Under At the door, the rider shows, pick one of the three options.
Step 2: For My UPI ID, add your UPI ID
Type your UPI ID in the field that appears, for example yourname@bank. Without it, the rider gets an empty QR.
Step 3: Save
Press Save. This card saves on its own button, separate from the rest of the page.
Step 4: The rider shows the QR
At the door the rider taps Show QR in the rider app and the customer scans it.
The three options

Good to knowPer-order QR needs Cashfree connected. If it isn't, the card tells you to turn on Online payment under Settings → Payments & tax. The amount comes from the order's total, so a rider can't change it.
Questions
Does Menuthere hold the money?
No. With My UPI ID the payment goes to your UPI account. With Per-order QR it goes to your own connected payment account.
Does this apply to Porter or Rapido deliveries?
No. It is for your own riders. For couriers, see Porter and Rapido, where you choose who pays the courier.
