Free trials
Pick Lite or Pro when you sign up and you get that plan in full for 7 days, free. The first payment falls due the day the trial ends. If it isn't paid, the dashboard locks a day later. Your menu keeps taking orders either way.

How a trial works
Step 1: Pick Lite or Pro when you sign up
On the pricing page press Try Lite free or Try Pro free. If you build a site first and publish it, you choose the plan at that step instead. The trial begins when your store is created.
Step 2: Use the whole plan
Everything the plan includes is on from the first day. Billing shows the plan with a Free trial status. Add a card there if you want the first payment taken automatically.
Step 3: Pay when the trial ends
Menuthere emails you before the first payment with the date and the amount. On that day the invoice is charged to your saved card. With no card, you get an email with a Pay invoice button.
| When the trial ends | What happens |
|---|---|
| Card or UPI AutoPay saved | The first invoice is charged on its due date and a receipt is emailed. |
| No card saved | The invoice is emailed with a pay link. Pay it from the email or from Billing. |
| Not paid a day after the due date | The dashboard locks. Your menu stays online and keeps taking orders. See When the dashboard locks. |
| You'd rather not pay | Open Billing → Upgrade and press Switch to Free, or press Change plan on the lock screen. The unpaid bill is cancelled, and your menu and orders are kept. |
Rules to know
- There is one free trial per plan for each owner, matched by email or phone number. Trying Pro doesn't use up your Lite trial, and the other way round.
- If you have already had a plan's trial, that plan is billed from the day you sign up, with the first invoice due at once.
- Upgrading later from the Plans screen starts the paid plan straight away, with no trial.
- A trial is a window on the real plan. There is no separate trial plan with fewer features.
