Make a quote
Open the catering quote maker. It is free, needs no sign-up and works on a phone.
Step 1: Add the event and the menu
Under 1. Your business add your name and phone. Under 2. The event type the Client name, Event, Event date, Guests and Venue. Under 3. The menu list the dishes, One dish per line, in sections such as Starters and Main course.
Step 2: Set your price per plate
Under 4. Price per plate choose I know my price and type the Price per plate. Or choose Work it out, enter the Food cost per plate and the Food cost you aim for, and the tool works out the price. Choose how to Round price to.
Step 3: Add extras, tax and the advance
Under 5. Extras press Add an extra for things like service staff, transport or rentals, with a Qty and Rate each. Under 6. Tax, advance and terms set the tax, the Advance, how long the quote is Valid for and your Terms, one per line.
Step 4: Send the quote
Press Download PDF to print, save the pages as an image, press Copy as text, or press Send on WhatsApp to open WhatsApp with the text ready.
