Counter POS billing
The POS is your counter till inside the dashboard. You pick dishes, choose dine-in, takeaway or delivery, place the order and print the bill or kitchen ticket. Orders you ring up here sit beside your online orders. It is an add-on sold on request.

Ring up an order
Step 1: Open POS and build the order
Click POS in the sidebar. Your menu is on the left and the order is on the right. Tap a dish to add it. Search with Search menu items… and jump between categories.
Step 2: Choose the order type and customer
Pick Dine-In, Takeaway or Delivery. Dine-in asks you to Select table. Delivery asks for a delivery address. For any order type you can type a Customer phone and a Customer name. The name is saved on the order and shows on the order screen and on the printed bill, and the phone prints on the bill too, including a dine-in bill.
Step 3: Add charges, a note or a discount
Under the order lines, Charge, Note and Discount add an extra charge, a note for the kitchen, or a discount. A discount can be a percentage, a flat amount, a free item or a Buy X get Y offer, with an optional reason.
Step 4: Place the order, then take payment and print
Press Place order. It moves to Today's Orders. Open it to set its status, tap Cash, UPI or Card to record how it was paid, and print Bill, KOT or KOT + Bill.
Things worth knowing
- An order's status runs Pending, Accepted, Food Ready, Dispatched, Completed or Cancelled. You change it from the order's detail.
- Tapping the payment method already chosen clears it back to not set.
- On a phone, a round button at the bottom left opens Today's Orders and one at the bottom right opens the cart.
- The POS bills your normal menu price. Offers on your menu are not applied at the counter.
- Walk-in sales you ring up on the POS do not count towards the Free plan's 50 orders a month.
