Global flows is a library of ready-made WhatsApp flows. You preview one with your own store's name and currency, add it to your flows in one tap, and switch it on when you are happy with it. Added flows start switched off.

Add a flow from the library
Step 1: Open Global flows
Open Sales channel → WhatsApp → Flows and press Global flows. Filter with the category chips or Search flows.
Step 2: Preview it
Press Preview on a card to see what your customer would get, filled in with your store's name and currency. For flows triggered by orders, loyalty or carts you can see both sides of the 24-hour window.
Step 3: Add it to your flows
Press Add to my flows. The card then shows Added · off. Press Open to edit it, and use the switch to turn it on.
What is in the library

Good to knowA flow that sends a template shows its status on the card, such as Template approved — reaches customers any time or Template in review at Meta. Until it is approved, only customers who messaged you in the last 24 hours are reached. Templates Menuthere writes for a flow are sent to Meta for review when you switch the flow on. The replace button on an added flow overwrites your copy with the library version, so use it only if you have not edited yours.
Questions
Will adding a flow message my customers?
No. It is added switched off. Nothing is sent until you turn it on.
Can I change a library flow?
Yes. Once it is in your list it is your own copy. Open it and edit it like any flow.
