Create a head office
You create a head office from an outlet you already run. Give it a name, an email and a password, then confirm the email with a 6-digit code. Your outlet becomes its first branch and keeps taking orders on the same device.

Create it
Step 1: Open the account menu
Click your store name at the top of the sidebar. In the menu that opens, press Add new branch.
Step 2: Enter the head office details
Fill in the Head office name, the Head office email you will sign in with, a Password of at least 8 characters, and Confirm password. Press Continue.
Step 3: Enter the code from your email
We email a 6-digit Code to the head office email. Type it and press Create head office. Not there? Check spam, or press Send the code again once the wait is over.
Step 4: Open your head office
The last screen says Head office created. Press Open head office to see it in a new tab, or Add your next branch to go straight to adding one. This device stays signed in to your outlet and keeps taking orders.
Signing in later
- Sign in at /hoLogin with the head office email and password. On your outlet's account menu, HO login or Open head office opens the same place.
- If you forget the password, press Forgot password? on the sign-in page. A 6-digit code is sent to the head office email and works for 10 minutes.
- We also email your outlet's login address to say the head office was created.
- To take an outlet out of a head office, use Leave head office in its account menu. A code goes to that outlet's own login email.
