The allergen chart maker makes a printable chart of which allergens are in each dish. Choose the list your country uses, tick the allergens in each dish, and download the chart as a PDF. It is free and needs no sign-up.

Make your chart
Open the allergen chart maker. It is free, needs no sign-up and works on a phone.
Step 1: Pick your allergen list
Under 1. Your allergen list choose UK / EU / Saudi (14), US (9) or India (FSSAI list). The columns of the chart follow the list. For the 14-allergen list you can turn on Add Arabic names.
Step 2: Add your dishes and tick the allergens
Under 2. Your dishes press Add a dish and type a Dish name, then tap the allergens it contains. Or press Load my Menuthere menu to bring in your dish names, and any allergens you added in menu editing. Add a note for a dish if needed, such as "wheat; may contain traces of sesame".
Step 3: Style the chart
Under 3. Your chart choose a Design (Clean grid or Colour band), type your Restaurant name, and set the Date on the chart and the Note at the foot. Print a new chart whenever a recipe changes.
Step 4: Download the chart
Press Download PDF to print. Print it on A4 landscape. A long menu carries on over more pages. You can also download page 1 as an image or Share all pages from a phone.
