Packaging (parcel) charges
A packaging charge is added to takeaway and delivery orders as a line called Packaging Charge. You can charge one amount per order, an amount for each item, or a different amount for some dishes. Dine-in and table orders are never charged.

Set the charge
Step 1: Open Parcel settings
Go to Settings → Ordering and open Parcel settings. The card is Packaging charge.
Step 2: Enter the amount
Type the Amount. Until you enter one, the page reads "No packaging charge is added yet".

Step 3: Choose how it is charged
Under How the amount should be charged pick one option. The line beneath shows a worked example with your amount.
Step 4: Price some dishes differently
With Different for some items, a list of your dishes opens. Search for a dish, type its own amount, and use the Priced filter to see only the ones you've set. A dish left blank is charged the amount above. Press Save.
The three ways to charge
