Download reports
Download Report in Analytics saves an Excel file for the period and order filter you chose. It holds your totals, a payment breakdown, your top selling dishes and every order with its items and charges.

Download a report
Step 1: Set the period
In Analytics, press Today, This Month or Custom and choose the two dates.
Step 2: Choose which orders count
Pick Completed only or All except cancelled. The report follows the same filter as the figures on screen.
Step 3: Press Download Report
The button reads Downloading… while the file is built. The file is named like Order_Report_20261006_193000.xlsx and has one sheet, Order Report.

| Summary | Report Period, Total Earnings, Orders Completed (the number of orders in the filter), Deliveries (which also counts takeaway orders) and Average Order Value. |
| Payment Method Breakdown | Orders and amount for Cash, UPI, Card and Not Selected. |
| Top Selling Items | Item Name, Category and Quantity Sold for every dish sold. |
| All Orders | One row for each order: Order ID, Order Display ID, Created At, Order Type, Table/Address, Items, Extra Charges, Payment Method, Status and Total Price. |
Good to knowThe button shows only when your store takes orders. On a plan below Lite it is hidden. If the file cannot be built you see Couldn't build the report. Amounts use your store's currency symbol. For a list of customers instead, see Export customers.
Questions
Can I download a year at once?
Yes. Use Custom with the first and last date. The report holds every order in that range.
Why does Orders Completed show a number that includes unfinished orders?
That label is the count of orders in your filter. With All except cancelled selected, it counts orders still in progress too.
Is the report a CSV?
No. It is an Excel file, which opens in Excel and Google Sheets.
