How it works
| Area | What happens |
|---|---|
| Orders | A cash or pay-at-counter order is pushed at once. An online order is pushed only after payment is confirmed, so the kitchen never sees an order that may not be paid for. |
| Menu and prices | They come from Petpooja. Add Item and Add Category are hidden on your Menu screen. Make menu changes in Petpooja. |
| Item availability | An item marked in or out of stock on Petpooja is switched on or off in Menuthere too. You can turn this off (see below). |
| Cancelling | Cancelling an order in Menuthere cancels it on Petpooja and tells the customer. |
| Offers | Offers you make in Menuthere apply to your store and QR menu. They are separate from discounts you set up in Petpooja. |
Set it up and manage it
Step 1: Send Menuthere your Petpooja details
Message Menuthere support with your restaurant name, your Petpooja Restaurant ID and the Petpooja email ID on your account. Menuthere sets up and tests the connection.
Step 2: Check the connection
In Settings → Integrations a Petpooja row appears marked Connected, with your restaurant ID and the note that menu and orders sync with your POS.
Step 3: Choose who controls availability
Leave Item availability from Petpooja on if your team marks dishes out of stock on the POS. Switch it off to manage availability in Menuthere. Menu, prices and orders keep syncing either way.
