Different prices for dine-in tables
Each table QR can add an amount to every item, or take an amount off. Use it for a service charge built into the price, or for a cheaper outdoor table. Guests see the new price and never see the adjustment itself.

Set a price change
Step 1: For new tables
Press Add tables. Under Dine-in pricing, choose Add an amount and type the Amount per item. Every table you create in that batch gets it. Leave it on Menu price to charge your normal prices.
Step 2: For an existing table
Press Edit on the table and fill Dine-in price adjustment (per item). Clear the box to go back to menu prices.
Step 3: Check the list
Each table row shows its price rule: Menu price, or something like +₹20 per item.
| You type | What guests at that table pay |
|---|---|
| 20 | Every item costs ₹20 more than on your menu. |
| -10 | Every item costs ₹10 less than on your menu. |
| Nothing | Your normal menu price. |
What it changes
- It applies to guests who open the menu from that table's QR. Your website link and your menu's own prices are not changed.
- It applies to every item, to each size of a sized item, and to items on an offer.
- Enter a whole number, in your store's currency. A price never goes below zero.
- The change reaches QR codes you have already printed.
Good to knowThe amount is per item, not per bill. Two items at a table with +₹20 per item add ₹40 to the order.
Questions
Can different tables have different prices?
Yes. The amount belongs to each table, so a terrace table can carry a different amount from an indoor one.
Will guests see that a charge was added?
No. They see the final price on each item. The edit window says "Guests never see the adjustment itself."
Does it change my menu?
No. Your menu prices stay as they are. Only the menu opened from that table's QR shows the adjusted price.
