Analytics lists your eight best-selling dishes by quantity, ranks your categories by sales and shows every dish sold in the period. Search the full list by dish name or category.

Step 1: Pick the period
Use Today, This Month or Custom at the top of Analytics. The cards below follow it, and Completed only or All except cancelled decides which orders count.
Step 2: Read Top selling items
The card Top selling items lists the eight dishes sold most, with their category and a bar for sold quantity.

Step 3: Read Category analysis
Category analysis ranks up to eight categories by sales. Each shows its items sold, its amount and its percentage share.
Step 4: Search every item sold
All items sold lists every dish sold in the period with its quantity and amount. Type in Search items… to look up a dish by name or category.
How the figures are worked out
- Quantities add up the dishes on the orders in the period.
- Item and category amounts use the dish's current menu price times the quantity sold. They do not include delivery charges, tax or discounts.
- A category's percentage is its sales divided by Total revenue, which includes tax and charges. The shares can therefore add to a little under or over 100%.
- A dish that has since been removed from your menu is left out.
