Free and reduced delivery
Free and reduced delivery rewards bigger orders. Once the items in a cart pass an amount you set, the delivery charge is waived or reduced, within a distance or inside zones you choose. Customers see a bar at checkout showing how much more to add.

Set up free delivery
Step 1: Switch it on
In Settings → Ordering → Delivery settings, switch on Free delivery minimum purchase. A first band appears for you to fill in.
Step 2: Set the order value and where it applies
Enter the Order value to unlock. Leave it at 0 for any order. Then choose Within a distance (and fill Only up to), Any distance, or In zones if you deliver by zones.
Step 3: Choose free or reduced
Pick Make it FREE to waive the charge, or Reduce by amount and enter Reduce delivery fee by. The orange box titled This is what you've set up reads your rule back in plain words.
Step 4: Add more bands, then save
Press Add another band for a second rule, such as ₹1000 and above free within 10 km. An order that fits more than one band gets the best of them. Press Save.
What customers see
| Rule | How it works |
|---|---|
| The amount counts | The total of the items in the cart, before the delivery charge. |
| Several bands | The customer gets whichever band leaves the least to pay. |
| Distance can't be measured | The order earns nothing. The normal charge applies. |
| Zone bands | Apply only to addresses inside the zones you tick. They never apply when you deliver by radius. |
| Delivery only | Takeaway and dine-in orders are unaffected. |
