WhatsAppPro and up
Several numbers and the primary number
You can connect several WhatsApp numbers. One is the default sender, and it speaks first for anything Menuthere starts, such as order updates. Flows always reply from the number the customer messaged.

Add and manage numbers
Step 1: Add a number
Open Sales channel → WhatsApp → Number settings and press Add a number. The same Facebook sign-in opens as for your first number.
Step 2: Choose the default sender
Press Make default on the number that should speak first. The current default is marked Default sender.
Step 3: Turn automatic replies off for one number
Each number has a switch for automatic replies. Switched off, the number shows Replies off and no flow runs for it. Messages sent to it are still saved.
Which number is used when
| What is sent | Sent from |
|---|---|
| Order and loyalty updates, your store's message link | The default sender |
| Login codes at checkout | Menuthere's number, unless your store is set to send them from your own number. Then the default sender. |
| A reply from a flow | The number the customer messaged |
| A broadcast | The default sender, unless you pick another in Send from |
| A template you manage | The number picked at the top of Templates. Templates belong to one number. |
Good to knowIf you disconnect the default sender, another number takes over. If you disconnect your only number, order updates and automatic replies stop until you connect one again. Messages already sent stay in the inbox.
Questions
Does switching replies off stop customers reaching me?
No. Messages to that number still arrive and are saved to the inbox. Only the automatic flow replies stop.
Which number do templates use?
Templates belong to one number. With more than one connected, pick the number from the list at the top of Templates to manage its templates.
Which number sends login codes?
Menuthere's own WhatsApp number, unless your store is set to send codes from your own number. Ask Menuthere support to set that up. Then codes come from your default sender, and if it can't send one the code still comes from Menuthere's number. A store set to its own number only gets no fallback, so keep your number connected and your login code template approved. See how customers sign in.
