Customers in the POS: save, find and import

The Customers screen keeps everyone who has a bill with a phone number, with how many bills and their last visit. Search by name or phone, start a New bill for someone, import a list, or export it as CSV.

Use the list

  • A bill with a phone number adds its customer by itself.
  • Search by name or phone. Each row shows the number of bills and the last visit, with New bill to put the customer on a bill.
  • On the Billing screen, the name and phone boxes suggest saved customers as you type.
  • Add customer: a name, phone number and a note, such as *likes it less spicy*.

Import, export and the dashboard

  • Import list: an Excel or CSV file, or Paste a list. You see a preview first.
  • Export: the list as a CSV file.
  • Get from dashboard (Menuthere store): brings in your dashboard's customers.
Saved on this deviceThe list is kept on each device. A Menuthere store can bring it in from the dashboard on any till.

No. It stays on the device, and in a Menuthere store, your dashboard.
